Matthew 6:24 “No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.

Who or what do you serve? Is money your master? Or is it status and prestige, or simply the good opinion and flattery of others who have status and prestige. Or is it simply the good opinion of the crowd. Is it carnal pleasures, the fine things and seeming security that money can buy? Is it something as simple as mere convenience? If it means a possible struggle or hard work will you go along to get along. Will you comply or make compromises with popular opinions or unjust “laws” even if they seem unethical or wrong to you?

I’m sure you are aware of what you will encounter if you go against the popular worldly view, aren’t you? Jesus warned us about that in the book of John.

John 15:18 “If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first. 19 If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you. 20 Remember what I told you: ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted me, they will persecute you also.”

Let me ask you this. Is the “government” or its leader your master? As the founders of this great nation in the Declaration of Independence stated: “... all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

The advice of the scriptures teaches that graciousness, the willingness to avoid pointless arguments, contentions and violence, is the path of the humble Christian, to “go the extra mile.” Yet there is a limit even to this as described in the words of the founding document I just cited above. There may very well come a time when what is required is unjust, unethical and in violation of the just laws of love and of reality. The only answer at that point is ‘I will not comply,’ a humble refusal to do what you know to be wrong, and to rely upon the promises of the Lord Who alone is your only true Master.

Acts 5:27 The apostles were brought in and made to appear before the Sanhedrin to be questioned by the high priest. 28 “We gave you strict orders not to teach in this name,” he said. “Yet you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching and are determined to make us guilty of this man’s blood.” 29 Peter and the other apostles replied: “We must obey God rather than human beings!”

…..33 When they heard this, they were furious and wanted to put them to death.

The authorities were prepared to put them to death over this refusal to obey the constituted authority. Yet they were indeed under Divine Protection and this did not happen.

In fact the “power” of these authorities was nothing compared to the Authority that the apostles chose to obey. When they were first arrested they were put into jail by that “authority” yet a Higher Authority easily set them free.

17 Then the high priest and all his associates, who were members of the party of the Sadducees, were filled with jealousy. 18 They arrested the apostles and put them in the public jail. 19 But during the night an angel of the Lord opened the doors of the jail and brought them out. 20 “Go, stand in the temple courts,” he said, “and tell the people all about this new life.”

The authorities of this world are put in place by what Paul called “the god of this world” who makes king, queens and presidents.

2Corinthians 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

This is the “god” who appoints and controls the top authorities of this world and that dark influence seeps down even as far as the local levels today, as the world has become steeped in materialism. Do not doubt the control this insane “god” has over the affairs of this world. This was how he could offer Christ all the kingdoms and power of this world after the forty days of fasting in the wilderness. He had them to offer. However this is not the kind of kingdom Jesus wanted or needed. His kingdom was based on obedience through love, trust and understanding, not on coercion, and fear of the threat of violence, or bribery and blackmail.

Nevertheless our Father is a God of allowing. We are allowed to give our power to these creatures, if we choose to believe their lies and blasphemies and fair sounding but false promises. These have been broken over and over, yet people still choose what they are familiar with as they did of old. When they petitioned Samuel for a king he warned them what this would mean, yet he respected the choice of the people. At first he was tempted to believe this was a rejection of himself.

Samuel 8:7 And the Lord told him: “Listen to all that the people are saying to you; it is not you they have rejected, but they have rejected me as their king. 8 As they have done from the day I brought them up out of Egypt until this day, forsaking me and serving other gods, so they are doing to you. 9 Now listen to them; but warn them solemnly and let them know what the king who will reign over them will claim as his rights.”

Today we are faced with the defacto requirement to be a corporate church under the rules of the legal, but in my view unlawful, authority of the IRS. Otherwise we are told we cannot have a bank account and there may be adverse liabilities for our church trustees. Personally I have refused to comply with requirements that in my own view are unethical and unlawful, even though accepted by most people. I had hoped that the Terlingua Ranch Community Church would never be a 501c3 organization under my watch. Yet it appears this is what most of our leadership feels is expedient. For myself I do not accept their jurisdiction and will continue to say what the Lord inspires me to say whether it is pleasing to any earthly authority. If this makes you uncomfortable then I urge you to find another pastor who will teach those things that do make you comfortable if that is the will of the people and I will accept it. I’m not going away unless I am asked to do so, and I will not abandon this little flock. Every man and woman must always do their best to follow the guidance of their conscience and that precious Holy Spirit of Truth. If this is done sincerely you will in no wise lose your reward. The problem I have with Christianity is where in the Gospel record did Jesus Christ say, “Come follow me! I will make a new religion of approximately 45,000 denominations. I will teach those denominations ‘doctrines’, dogmas, rituals, and structured services.”

Happy Easter everyone. I went to church with my parents this morning. It was nice. I don’t go as often as I should and every time I do I wonder why I don’t go more. Afterwards I walked down to the park near their house and watched the neighborhood kids hunting for Easter eggs in the grass. Little girls in dresses. Little boys with chocolate all over their faces. A toddler eating a handful of dirt while his mom wasn’t looking. It was adorable. It was the most normal, most American, most wholesome thing I have seen in months and I stood there smiling like an idiot because for five minutes the world felt the way it’s supposed to feel.

Then I went home and opened my phone.

The President of the United States had posted this on Truth Social:

I read it three times. On Easter Sunday. On the day we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace, the man who told Peter to put his sword away, the man who wanted to save the souls of the people about to kill him. On THAT day the President who campaigned on Christianity to lock down the evangelical vote was dropping f-bombs, threatening to bomb a nation’s power plants and bridges, and signing off with “Praise be to Allah.”

I looked up from my phone. My dad was asleep in his recliner waiting for my mom to finish Easter dinner. She had a big ham in the oven with pineapple rings and those weird little bits of plant matter stuck all over it that I think are called cloves. The whole house smelled like a holiday is supposed to smell. I woke him up and showed him.

My dad is a Republican. He joined the Marines after 9/11 because he believed what they told him about who attacked this country and he wanted to protect it. He spent eight years in the service. Multiple tours in Iraq. He is a hard working, no-nonsense, love-his-country kind of man who is so confused about what America has become that he almost regrets the years he spent fighting for it. He is starting to realize he wasn’t fighting for freedom. He was fighting so a cult of billionaires could rummage through the ruins of ancient Babylon looking for God knows what. He looked at my phone for about five seconds and said “that’s not right” and closed his eyes again.

When the guy who spent eight years in the Marines and did multiple tours in a war he now suspects was a lie tells you something is off, you listen.

My mom called us for dinner about ten minutes later. I sat through the meal trying to act normal but I was eating that ham as fast as I could because I needed to message Wolf and find out what he thought about all of this. And last week his Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth went on television and said that Jesus wants America to go to war with Iran. The POPE told him he was out of his mind, that Christ is not a warmonger, which is one of those statements that should never need to be said out loud by the leader of the Catholic Church because it is literally the MAIN THING about Jesus. And it didn’t matter. Nobody cared. The base clapped.

“Praise be to Allah” was not a joke. It was not a negotiation tactic. It was not some 4D chess move your favorite YouTuber is going to explain away tomorrow morning. The man said it on Easter Sunday while threatening to turn a country into a parking lot. He told you who he serves and it is not Jesus Christ.

Conclusion

The Prophet Isaiah spoke of a future time when “the eyes of those who see will not be blinded, and the ears of those who hear will listen, and the mind of the hasty will discern truth” (Isaiah 32:3-4). It is the purpose of this treatise to assist in fulfilling Isaiah’s prophecy in regard to the true identity of today’s Israelites. White Supremacy

Identifying the Celto-Saxon peoples as Israel cannot be labeled “white supremacy” because it does not elevate one race above another. Instead, this Biblical reality mandates that one race (the Celto-Saxons) be a servant unto the other races. This Scriptural truth is not “white supremacy”; it is white servanthood. Seldom has it been stated more capably than by Pastor William John Cameron:

The true effect of race knowledge is not to feed our vanity or rouse boastfulness; rather, it should arouse a profound sense of responsibility.

Today [1930s] especially we feel a revulsion against speaking of race at all. ...I lay it down as a rule that whenever the thought of race leads us to boastfulness or contempt, there is something false in it.

The Bible is not a history of the human race at large, but one distinct strain of people amongst the family the races. All the other races are considered with reference to it.... The Bible deals with one race which flows like a Gulf Stream through the ocean of humanity. As the actual Gulf Stream touches two continents and blesses the nations, so this race, in its origin, history and destiny, was selected and equipped for the service of the [other] nations.

Of course, many people still have their own ideas about this, and that creates a difficulty. For when people get their own ideas about things, it always leads to confusion. A man will rise and demand, “By what right does God choose one race or people above another?” I like that form of the question. It is much better than asking by what right God degrades one people beneath another, although that is implied. God’s grading is always upward. If He [YHWH] raises up a nation, it is that other nations may be raised up through its ministry. If He exalts a great man, an apostle of liberty, or science, or faith, it is that He might raise a degraded people to a better condition. The Divine selection is not a prize, a compliment paid to the man or the race — it is a burden imposed. To appoint a chosen people is not a pandering to the racial vanity of a “superior people”; it is a yoke bound upon the necks of those who are chosen for a special service.

Unfortunately, there are White Supremacist groups (under many names) in our country today. However, true Christian Israelites should not and cannot be lumped together with groups who promote contempt and hatred for other races. There is no justification for anyone, who is truly searching for truth and who has honestly examined the facts, to label the Israel identity message in such a slanderous and defamatory fashion. This message is a great and wonderful revelation! Let it be embraced as such.

With all the facts before us — the truth of Scripture, the evidence of archaeology and the verification of history — we can see and understand that:

God still has a New Covenant plan for physical Israel today.

The Celto-Saxon peoples are Israelites, the true descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob/Israel.

Today’s “Jews” are not Israelites, but are, instead, imposters and Christian Israel’s greatest enemies.

The correct identification of modern-day Israel is vital for Christ’s body, true Israel and the rest of the world.

This understanding is not “anti-Semitic,” “racist” or “white supremacist,” but is, instead, the correct teaching concerning Israel found in the Scriptures.

Despite the confusion in the past and present ages, these truths concerning Israel’s identity are now clear. Each person must decide upon the action he will take regarding this information. It is my prayer that you will be honest with the facts presented in this book and accept the responsibility that is incumbent upon you. The following words of Pastor Josiah Strong are as applicable today as the day (in 1885) when he wrote them, maybe even more so:

...there is no doubt that the Anglo-Saxon [specifically the Christian Celto-Saxon] is to exercise the commanding influence in the world’s future; but the exact nature of that influence is, as yet, undetermined. How far his civilization will be materialistic and atheistic, and how long it will take thoroughly to Christianize and sweeten it, how rapidly he will hasten the coming of the kingdom [of God] wherein dwelleth righteousness, or how many ages he may retard it, is still uncertain; but is now being swiftly determined.... May God open the eyes of this generation! When Napoleon drew up his troops before the Mamelukes [in 1798], under the shadow of the Pyramids, pointing to the latter, he aid to his soldiers: “Remember that from yonder heights forty centuries look down on you.” Men of this generation, from the pyramid top of opportunity on which God has set us, we look down on forty centuries! We [Christian Celto-Saxons] stretch our hand into the future with power to mold the destinies of unborn millions....

Notwithstanding the great perils which threaten it, I cannot think our [Celto-Saxon] civilization will perish; but I believe it is fully in the hands of the Christians ... during the next fifteen or twenty years, to hasten or retard the coming of Christ’s [perfected] kingdom in the world by hundreds, and perhaps thousands, of years. We of this generation and nation occupy the Gibraltar of the ages which commands the world’s future.

It does not take a genius to see that America and her people are not what they once were, that her grandeur and greatness have been declining for some time. Why has this happened? Could Israel’s loss of identity, and thus her sense of obligation to her God, be the cause of her national deterioration?

...what great nation is there that has a god so near it as is YHWH our God whenever we [Israel] call on Him? Or what great nation is there that has statutes and judgments as righteous as this whole law which I [Moses] am setting before you today? Only give heed to yourself [Israel] and keep your soul diligently, lest you forget the things which your eyes have seen, and lest they depart from your heart all the days of your life; but make them known to your sons and your grandsons [and all your descendants forever]. (Deuteronomy 4:7-9)

The description “great nation” will never again be said of Israel unless she awakens from her blindness, accepts the responsibility of her identity and returns to her God and His Laws!

Will this ever happen? Is there any hope that our sight and hearing will be restored and that our understanding and discernment will return? Isaiah prophesied of a time in Israel’s future when the blind would see, the deaf would hear and many would understand the truth:

...the eyes of those who see will not be blinded, and the ears of those who hear will listen. And the mind of the hasty will discern the truth.... (Isaiah 32:3-4)

Was the American poet Ralph Waldo Emerson inspired by those words of the Prophet Isaiah when he wrote the following?

Our eyes are holden that we cannot see things until the hour arrives when the mind is ripened. Then we behold them, and the time when we saw them not is like a dream.

May we, who have been graciously granted a deeper understanding of God’s Word and who have been privileged to see and hear a higher calling in Yeshua the Christ, prove ourselves worthy and true to this calling. Let us awaken to the tremendous impact which can be made on our generation and the generations to come with the knowledge of Israel’s true identity. Let us be faithful to what we now know, passing it on to the remnant among our people who are waiting to hear and respond.

President Trump’s decision to join Israel in launching a regime-change war on Iran has so far cost the lives of at least 13 American service members. More than 200 have been wounded, dozens seriously enough to require evacuations to military hospitals in Europe and the United States. Among them are individuals who’ve suffered traumatic brain injuries, burns and shrapnel wounds. One was facing potential amputation of an arm or leg.

As much as these service members and their families are victims of Iran’s justified retaliation for a surprise attack perpetrated amid ongoing negotiations, they’re victims of a betrayal perpetrated by their president and the joint chiefs of staff, who cast them into an unconstitutional war of aggression, packaged in lies and initiated to advance the agenda of a foreign government, while undermining the security of their own country.

Of course, US casualties comprise a small subset of the total bloodshed. In executing this unjust war, Americans have collectively inflicted far more death and dismemberment than they’ve endured, teaming up with their Israeli counterparts to kill more than 3,000 Iranians, including some 150 schoolgirls — mostly between age 7 and 12 — whose school was destroyed by Tomahawk cruise missiles at the war’s very start.

Though it should have already been apparent, Operation Epic Fury should make clear that — service members’ good intentions aside — combat waged under the US flag rarely has anything to do with American security. Moreover — and I say this as former Army Reserve enlistee and Regular Army officer — anyone thinking of starting or extending a military career should understand that their government may send them to be killed, maimed or psychologically damaged, and to slaughter foreign innocents, so long as it helps those in power remain in the good graces of the extremists who rule Israel, and their powerful collaborators inside the United States.

A New Regime-Change War Built On False Premises

Under international law, a war of aggression is considered a supreme war crime unto itself, and Operation Epic Fury is precisely that. Like so many of America’s wars before it, this one was launched on false premises. Contrary to the US-Israeli narrative…

Iran was not developing a nuclear weapon. In 2007, the US intelligence community assessed that Iran halted any effort to develop a nuclear weapon in 2003. Since then, the intelligence community has periodically re-validated that conclusion, most recently in March 2025. Belying Trump’s claim that the United States had only two weeks in which to stop Iran from having a nuclear weapon, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard this week testified that Iran had made “no efforts” to rebuild its enrichment capacity after it was devastated by last summer’s US bombing.

Note that, in 2005, Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei issued a fatwa — a formal interpretation of Islamic law — asserting that “the production, stockpiling and use of nuclear weapons are forbidden under Islam and that the Islamic Republic of Iran shall never acquire these weapons.” In the opening act of their latest warfare on Iran, the United States and Israel collaborated to kill him.

Iran did not stray from the 2015 nuclear deal until Trump did. When Trump withdrew the United States from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), Iran was in full compliance. Among other things, the JCPOA required Iran to eliminate its medium-enriched uranium, slash its cache of low-enriched uranium by 98%, limit future enrichment to 3.67%, agree to even more external monitoring than it was already submitting to, and render its heavy-water reactor worthless by filling it with concrete. After Trump withdrew the United States from the JCPOA in 2018 and reinstated sanctions, Iran waited a year, but then began straying from its own commitments, using elevated enrichment as a lever to push for a new agreement and relief from suffocating sanctions. Iran says the JCPOA permitted it to suspend its commitments after Trump’s withdrawal, citing language governing “material breaches” and “significant non-performance.”

Iran is a member of the nuclear non-proliferation treaty, and has long cooperated with international inspections and monitoring required by the NPT. On the other hand, Israel has refused to join the NPT and has some 200 nuclear warheads, a situation that makes every dollar of American aid to Israel illegal under US law.

Iran wasn’t the problematic negotiation partner. When historians write about the run-up to this latest of American regime-change disasters, they’ll surely emphasize that fact Trump assigned Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner to represent the United States in negotiations. While people rightly scoff at their lack of credentials, it’s far more important to appreciate their intimate ties to the Israeli government and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu — who has been trying to maneuver the United States into a war with Iran for decades.

As Branko Marcetic writes in an excellent account of the negotiations at Responsible Statecraft,

Witkoff is known as a staunch supporter of Israel. He counts pro-Israel megadonor Miriam Adelson as a “dear friend” and carries a custom pager gifted to him by Netanyahu and senior Mossad officials, in a reference to an operation in which Israel remotely detonated thousands of pagers that allegedly belonged to Hezbollah officials…

Kushner, meanwhile, has been steeped in the pro-Israel community his entire life. He counted Netanyahu as a family friend growing up, with the future Israeli prime minister occasionally borrowing the teenager’s bedroom during visits. Kushner reportedly consulted with Netanyahu officials to pen Trump’s 2016 speech to the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, and he is both friends with hardline pro-Israel figures and has donated money to illegal West Bank settlement-building.

In addition to their glaring conflicts of interest, Witkoff and Kushner refused to bring nuclear experts to their meetings with the Iranians, which reportedly left the Iranians perplexed about how any progress could be made in negotiating such a highly technical subject.

Iran put forward a fresh offer less than 48 hours before being attacked. In the last meeting before bombs dropped, Iran offered concessions that included dilution of its 60%-enriched uranium, a multi-year pause on new enrichment, subsequent enrichment capped at 20%, and expanded IAEA oversight. Sources say UK national security advisor Jonathan Powell, who attended that meeting, was surprised by the strength of the Iranian offer, and saw it as reason to be optimistic about reaching a deal.

After learning that Witkoff was grossly mischaracterizing Iran’s stance — if not outright lying about it — Oman’s foreign minister, who’d been mediating the discussions, made an urgent trip to Washington to tell the administration and anyone who’d listen that Iran had made substantial concessions, some of which surpassed the provisions of the JCPOA. His mission failed. In the aftermath, a Gulf diplomat bluntly told the Guardian, “We regarded Witkoff and Kushner as Israeli assets that dragged a president into a war he wants to get out of.”

Iran’s ballistic missile program wasn’t built for offense. In an example of moving goalposts that would be laughable if the context weren’t so tragic, the Trump administration reopened nuclear negotiations with a new demand — that Iran surrender its conventional ballistic missiles.

The White House claimed Iran was building a “conventional shield” that would enable future “nuclear blackmail,” but anyone who’s been paying attention could see the demand sprang from last summer’s 12-Day War, when Iran effectively used cutting-edge ballistic missiles to retaliate against Israeli aggression.

That use is consistent with US intelligence’s characterization of Iran’s military posture as primarily defensive. As the US Defense Intelligence Agency wrote in a 2019 report, “Iran’s conventional military strategy is primarily based on deterrence and the ability to retaliate against an attacker…If deterrence fails, Iran would seek to demonstrate strength and resolve, [and] impose a high cost on its adversary…this strategy is unlikely to change considerably in the near term.”

The demand for Iran’s conventional disarmament and the demand for the scientifically-advanced country to end any nuclear enrichment had something in common: both were made knowing they’d be refused. Here’s how Joe Kent — the former National Counterterrorism Center Director who resigned this week in protest of the war — characterized the enrichment demand in his in-depth, post-resignation interview with Scott Horton:

“I really frankly don’t think the Israelis cared that much about…nuclear enrichment…What I think the Israelis care about is regime change. They wanted to push this war as fast as they could, so they came up with this talking point that zero enrichment was the starting point, knowing that was a non-starter for the Iranians.”

Iran hasn’t been waging war on the United States for 47 years. To the contrary, the hostilities have overwhelmingly originated in Washington, and any thorough survey of the history should go back at least 73 years, to 1953. That’s when the United States and United Kingdom orchestrated the ouster of Iran’s democratically-elected prime minister, and the installation of the Shah. The ledger should also include US support of Iraq’s eight-year war on Iran in the 1980s, which included giving artillery targeting intel to Iraq, with the knowledge those targets would be hit with chemical weapons. Then there’s decades of economic blockades, which, mirroring the morality of Al Qaeda, intentionally inflict suffering on civilians with a goal of forcing political change. Last summer brought America’s unprovoked bombing of Iran’s imaginary nuclear weapons program. The ceasefire that ended the so-called 12-Day War turned out to be a mere strategic pause before all-out warfare was initiated by Israel and the United States on Feb 28.

A central line in the “47-year war” narrative falsely blames Iran for killing “thousands” of Americans in Iraq, by supposedly directing Shia militias to target Americans, and equipping them with improvised explosive devices (IED). In a concise treatment at his Substack, former Marine officer Matthew Hoh, who led counter-IED efforts in Iraq, dismantled that well-entrenched narrative. His key points:

• The great majority of American service members killed in Iraq died at the hands of Sunni resistance groups. Iran provided some support to Shia militias, but Hoh calls out the hypocrisy of US officials saying Iran alone has blood on its hands, pinning no such blame on US-aligned Gulf monarchies that backed Sunni militias in Iraq.

• Americans were an occupying force in a country that US forces had devastated and which was beset by civil war, which means both Shia and Sunni militias had their own reasons for using violence against them. Hoh notes that the now-decades-old narrative that Iraqis were killing American soldiers and Marines on orders from Iran “not only helped justify a longed-for war with Iran but also bolstered the fiction of the American occupation as a benevolent and liberating one.”

• The charge that Iran killed Americans with IEDs centers on the claim that Iran provided Shia militias with a special type of IED called an explosively formed penetrator (EFP). “Anyone with a simple understanding of explosive principles and a half-decent machine shop can make an EFP,” says Hoh. Given the abundance of explosives and other materials around war-torn Iraq, Hoh says “Shia forces were able to mass-produce EFPs in Iraq. Smuggling in EFPs from Iran was unnecessary.”

Iran isn’t the “world’s leading sponsor of terrorism.” If that title were awarded on the merits, the top contenders would include Saudi Arabia, the United States and Israel. The US government selectively applies the “state sponsor” label to vilify countries and — more importantly — as the basis for imposing economic sanctions. As we’ve seen in the case of Cuba and others, American secretaries of state have full discretion to slap the “state sponsor of terror” label on and pull it off, with no due process or burden of proof required.

“The US’s list of terrorist organizations is at this point really laughable, because we take groups off willy-nilly based on whether we like them politically or not — not whether they’ve actually engaged in or continue to engage in terrorism,” said Trita Parsi, Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft co-founder, in a recent appearance on Judging Freedom. “The Sudanese got off the State Department’s terrorist list by simply agreeing to normalize relations with Israel — nothing else.”

It’s true that Iran has sponsored various groups in the Middle East that seek to thwart US and Israeli hegemony in the region. At times, some of those groups — like Hamas — have used violence against civilians to achieve political ends, which is the honest definition of terrorism.

However, US and Israeli condemnation of Iran’s support for such groups is intensely hypocritical, considering the United States and Israel have themselves backed forces that have carried out terrorism. Indeed, if sponsorship of Hamas is damning for Iran, it’s also damning for Israel and Netanyahu, who long fostered the rise of Hamas even after it turned to terror.

Then there’s the regime-change campaign in Syria, which saw the United States and its Gulf allies empowering head-chopping terrorists, and saw Israel patching up al Qaeda members and sending them back into the fight. Keep in mind, Iranian-backed Hezbollah and Shia militias were instrumental in beating back ISIS, the monstrous terror entity that sprang from the Syria regime-change campaign carried out for Israel.

Shattering The Middle East For Greater Israel

The war on Iran isn’t about nuclear weapons, ballistic missiles or state-sponsored terrorism. It’s the continuation of a long-running Israeli program to achieve total dominance over the Middle East by repeatedly shattering surrounding states and territories. Here’s how the University of Chicago’s John Mearsheimer has described it:

“The Israelis want to make sure that their neighbors are weak and that means breaking them apart, if you can, and keeping them broken…The Israelis want Syria to be a fractured state. They want Lebanon to be a fractured state. What do they want in Iran? …What the Israelis want to do is to break Iran apart. They want to make it look like Syria.”

For many in Israel, this strategy isn’t merely about safeguarding the current version of Israel. Rather, it’s a means of achieving an expansionist dream of “Greater Israel.” While interpretations vary, this vision typically goes far beyond annexing the West Bank and Gaza, also taking Egyptian territory east of the Nile, along with all or portions of what is now Lebanon, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Iraq.

The US government has aided and abetted this ruthless strategy in a variety of ways, from the arming of Israel, to running covert operations to foment unrest and equip militant groups, to direct use of American military force. The human cost has been incalculable. In the regime-change wars against Iraq and Syria alone, more than a half million people have been killed, and several times more are believed to have died from secondary causes like disease.

Sadly, it seems it’s now Iran’s turn to be shattered in the pursuit of Israeli supremacy. Iran has been Netanyahu’s white whale: After the launch of Operation Epic Fury, Netanyahu gushed that Trump’s collaboration meant Israel was finally doing what Netanyahu had “yearned to do for 40 years.”

Underscoring the cold-blooded and maliciously dishonest nature of the regime-destruction campaign, consider that Israel and the United States have framed their surprise attack on Iran as a virtuous endeavor meant to liberate the Iranian people from theocratic rule. On the day Israel and the United States launched this new war on Iran, Netanyahu called on Iranians to rise up: “Do not sit idly by, very soon the moment will come when you must take to the streets to finish the job and overthrow the totalitarian regime.”

However, at the same time Netayahu was calling for an Iranian uprising, senior Israeli officials were privately telling US diplomats that “the people will get slaughtered” if they act on those exhortations. Of course, any such slaughter would serve the Israeli agenda, since it could be used to propagandize for more vigorous regime-change action, up to and including what is likely Netanyahu’s greatest wish: a US ground invasion.

Killing Innocents, Sparking Global Catastrophe

It’s hard to imagine, but there could be something even worse than committing one’s self to the defense of America, only to be killed or maimed in a campaign to advance the agenda of a foreign government that is far less an ally than a parasite— and that’s killing, wounding and immiserating innocent people for that same government.

Through March 19, more than 3,000 Iranians have been killed by American and Israeli attacks, according to HRANA, an Iran-focused human rights group. Of that total, 1,394 were civilians, including those several dozen schoolgirls killed on day one; 639 deaths have yet to be classified as military or civilian.

There have been more than 1,100 Iranian military fatalities. Among those dead Iranian service members are 87 sailors whose lightly-armed ship was sunk by an American torpedo off the coast of Sri Lanka. The ship was not only far away from the war zone, but it was reportedly lightly-armed as it was returning from a largely-ceremonial, multi-national exercise hosted by India in the interest of building international maritime cooperation.

Given they died on the receiving end of an unjust war of aggression, these and other dead members of the Iranian military were likewise innocent victims of America’s war for Israel. Note too that, unlike every American who’s dishing out death from the sky, land or sea, most Iranians in uniform are conscripts, not volunteers.

That said, there’s reason to empathize with volunteer American service members who’ve now been ordered to wage this war. Ahead of their enlistments and commissioning, most are ill-equipped to peel back the patriotic red-white-and-blue veneer and discern the true nature of US military service. In a sense, they’re victims of a grand fraud. Millions of their fellow citizens are oblivious collaborators in that fraud, to the extent they help perpetuate the false assumption that military service is inherently virtuous and invariably serves the American people.

With Marines now steaming toward the Persian Gulf, the 82nd Airborne Division gearing up and Netanyahu cryptically referring to the necessity for a “ground component”, the number of dead, wounded, dismembered and PTSD-inflicted Americans could soar higher. Given the unjust nature of this war, many are certain to face a lifetime dealing with a lesser-known type of wound — moral injury, which is psychological and emotional distress springing from having witnessed, participated in, or failed to prevent acts that go against one’s moral convictions.

Importantly, the suffering that springs from this war of aggression isn’t confined to the United States, Israel, Iran and Gulf states hosting US bases. People around the world are already coping with growing scarcity and increasing cost of oil and gas. Asian countries are particularly vulnerable, and they’re already taking measures like rationing fuel, cutting workweeks, urging more people to work from home and closing hotels hit by diminished air travel — all this after less than three weeks of the Strait of Hormuz being closed to most traffic.

There’s much more to this Pandora’s box of harms. For example, the world’s supply of medicine is in growing jeopardy. “Nearly half of U.S. generic prescriptions originate in India, which relies on the Strait of Hormuz for the arrival of key inputs in drug manufacturing,” explains CNBC. The Gulf also supplies about half the world’s urea — a fertilizer component — and the price US corn farmers are paying for fertilizer has jumped upwards of 70%. That presages higher food costs all over the world, with malnourishment and starvation a distinct risk in some parts of the world.

Clearly, if the war continues and the Strait of Hormuz remains closed, it’s certain to result in a global health catastrophe, a devastating economic depression, surging crime and social unrest. America’s standing will be profoundly and irreparably damaged in a world united in outrage over a US president’s lawless decision to launch this demented war of choice in service to Israel. American citizens are likely to suffer terrorist acts inspired by this latest savagery inflicted on a Muslim country.

And it will have all started with weapons fired by American service members…

Nobody wants to believe they’re the villain in the story. Nobody wants to believe their government is run by psychopaths who are inflicting unfathomable evils upon populations around the globe in order to rule the world.

It’s much nicer to believe you’re the Good Guys. Much easier to sit with the idea that your government might make an innocent mistake here and there, but overall is a driving force for the good of humankind, and is certainly superior to the villains it makes war with.

That’s a fiction, though. It’s a comfortable lie. A fairy tale that westerners tell themselves to avoid a profoundly uncomfortable truth.

The truth is that we are the villains.

We are the terrorists.

We are the tyrants.

We are the evil regime.

Our soldiers aren’t out there defending our country, they’re out there murdering people for defending their country. They’re not fighting for freedom and democracy, they’re fighting for money and power.

Daniel Crimmins from the US Army 3rd Infantry Division wrote the following about the Iraq War in 2015:

“Then you realize you haven’t seen anything to support the idea that these poor fuckers are a threat to your home. You look around and you see all the contractors making six figure salaries to fix your shit, train Iraqis, maintain the ridiculous SUVs the KBR dicks ride around in. You consider the fact that every 25mm shell costs about forty bucks, and your company has been handing those fuckers out like shrapnel flavored parade candies. You think about all the fuel you’re going through, all the ammo and missiles and grenades. You think about every time you lose a vehicle, the Army buys a new one. Maybe you start to see a lot of people making a lot of money on huge amounts of human suffering.

“Then you go on leave, and realize that Ayn Rand has no idea what the fuck she’s talking about. You realize that Fox News and Limbaugh and John McCain don’t respect you or your buddies. They don’t give a fuck if you get a parade or a box when you get home, you’re nothing to them but a prop.

“Then you get out, and you hate the news. You hate the apathy, and you hate the murder being carried out in your name. That’s the reality right there, folks. We can wake up and start living in reality, or we can remain asleep in the fiction.

It’s time to wake up to the reality that western civilization is a depraved dystopia where most people are sleepwalking in a propaganda-addled stupor under an empire that is fueled by human blood. And it’s time to awaken to the fact that as westerners it is our duty to tear that empire down brick by brick, for the sake of our children and grandchildren, and for the sake of our fellow man.

To Congress/Pentagon/Decision-makers:

The Executive Branch has entered into one more lie-based, unprovoked, illegal and unconstitutional war in the Middle East. The President, Secretary Rubio and Secretary Hegseth have all admitted publicly and privately that this is a war initiated for, or because of, Israel. Our elected leaders in Congress have the singular responsibility to pull the plug before the Pentagon is commanded to send American men and women to die in one foreign country for another foreign country.

The Pentagon has studied and gamed war in Iran for over 45 years, and in no case has a US victory resulted. Every soldier, sailor, airman and Marine knows this, as do their commanders. Trump’s attack on February 28th was, and remains, a grave mistake. In less than three days, US initiative was spectacularly lost, our munitions and equipment supply shortfalls widely revealed, and it became obvious the Pentagon had not planned for any significant defenses of the nearly 50,000 American troops now stationed in the region -- despite knowing exactly what would happen once Israel and the US attacked Iran in the midst of diplomatic negotiations for the second time in 8 months.

This war was strategically lost on Day 3, and the financial and human cost of this war will continue to skyrocket, providing the US and the American people no benefit, and no security. The cost of this war, and the cost of the material losses, so far is in the hundreds of billions-- all paid for by working Americans. The dead are already returning home in caskets, all for lies. What will you say to your constituents, to the wives, husbands and children of those you have sacrificed for nothing?

The President, guided by and in concert with Israel, also declared a needless war against the global Shia Muslim population with the targeted murder of the Grand Ayatollah, his wife and family. This is not only a crime which has resulted in an ICC action against President Trump personally, it has unleashed a variety of dangers to Americans around the world. As with all arrogant and unwarranted attacks, there will be blowback if this war is not immediately ended.

The military we have built over the last 40 years is frankly not designed to win expeditionary offensive war, and it has not won a single one of them. It is also not designed or equipped to defend the actual United States. Instead, your appropriations and your cheerleading, however well intended, go directly to a mercenary force for Israel, wealthy undemocratic Arab sheikdoms and those who profit from war. This force mobilizes for money and slaughters women and children without a second glance. No American politician or General has apologized for the four strikes on a girl’s school in Minab, Iran, and the mass murder of over 200 women and girls, because immorality and cowardice has long been institutionalized.

As we speak, the President and the Pentagon are planning to send boots on the ground to Iran, first to train several disconnected opposition forces along the border, with more to follow. This is directly out of the Vietnam playbook, and it will fail, but before Washington admits that it has failed, thousands of American lives, in the battle area and around the world, will have been sacrificed.

The President has accidentally created a real opportunity to reshape defense spending and priorities to match what Americans have repeatedly voted for, and what they deserve -- a strong, affordable defensive military. Your role, as leaders and decisionmakers, must be to take this opportunity and put the people back in charge of their national defense. Not the Epstein class, not other countries like Israel, not the out-of-control technocratic military industrial complex that President Eisenhower warned us of in 1960.

For the rest of us:

We don’t need any more lies, or any more wars that politicians choose, usually after consulting their investment portfolios. This war -- with its dubious and ever changing objectives -- was lost by the third day. Americans can handle the truth, and we are not willing to die for other countries, or worse, for the vanity of draft-dodging presidents, of which we have had many.

What we can’t handle is the hundreds of billions, and trillions, that will be required to wage this illegal war against a country that never attacked us, nor ever wanted to, but is now united politically and spiritually to preserve their very existence from what must seem to them to be Godless and corrupt crusaders. Iran can last until the last American, and after the last American dies there, it will not have changed the outcome. We just did this in Afghanistan, taking two decades to figure it out, replacing the Taliban with the Taliban. We demand Congress assert their Article 1 responsibilities, end the war, and bring all our troops home for good.

I’m not sending my children or grandchildren to fight someone else’s unconstitutional war, and you shouldn’t either. What will you say when the draft notice arrives? If President Trump’s war is continued to its logical conclusion, a draft will indeed be necessary.

This is exactly why Americans can’t have nice things. We demand our troops, and our money, come home in full, and begin a long overdue process of healing our land, our industry, our people and our spirit.

The 1804 Haitian Massacre: A Historical Overview

Jean-Jacques Dessalines, the leader of the Haitian Revolution and later Emperor of Haiti, ordered a systematic campaign against the remaining white population following Haiti’s declaration of independence on January 1, 1804. This period, known as the 1804 Haitian Massacre, lasted from February to April 1804 and resulted in the deaths of between 3,000 and 5,000 white French colonists, including men, women, and children.

The massacre was driven by a desire for revenge for centuries of enslavement, brutal treatment, and violence inflicted by French colonists. As stated in a manifesto by Dessalines, “For white people, it means to pay blood for blood and tooth for tooth.” While some white civilians were spared—particularly Polish Legionnaires who had defected to the Haitian side, Germans, and free people of color (gens de couleur libres)—the majority of the white population was targeted.

Key details of the massacre:

• Excluded groups: Polish soldiers (who fought alongside Haitians), some Germans, and certain French professionals were granted citizenship. In another words RACE TRAITORS.

• Method of killing: Victims were often executed through stabbing, beheading, and disemboweling. In some cases, entire families were murdered in their homes. MURDERED IS THE KEY WORD .

• Justification: Dessalines argued that spared white women could bear future white children, thus perpetuating the threat of French domination. This led to the killing of women and children. PROOF THAT HE WAS A WHITE HATING PSYCHOPATHIC FREAK.

• Aftermath: The Haitian flag was altered to remove white stripes, symbolizing the eradication of white influence.

The event is widely considered a genocide under international law due to its intentional and systematic elimination of a targeted group. Historians note that while the revolution itself was a justified struggle against slavery, the massacre had long-term consequences, including international isolation and hardened opposition to abolition in slaveholding nations like the United States.

Despite its historical significance, the massacre remains a controversial and sensitive topic, with modern Haiti acknowledging the trauma of the past while emphasizing the fight for freedom and sovereignty.

In the 12 years between 2005 and April 2017, only 80 officers have been arrested on murder or manslaughter charges for on-duty shootings, according to work by Philip Stinson, an associate professor of criminal justice at Bowling Green State University in Ohio. The Washington Post reported that between 2015 and 2017 police shot and killed 2,884 people. Police shoot and kill numerous people every year and are hardly ever held accountable.

Ken Ballew raided on June 7, 1971.

The federal raid by the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms Division (ATF’s predecessor) on the apartment of Kenyon F. Ballew in Silver Spring, Maryland. During the raid, Ballew was shot and permanently paralyzed after agents stormed his home based on suspicion of illegal possession of hand grenades.

No live grenades were found—the items recovered were inert, dummy grenades used as military souvenirs or bookends, legally owned under federal regulations at the time. The raid became a cause célèbre in gun rights debates, with criticism from groups like the ACLU and NRA, and is often cited as a pivotal moment that energized the modern gun rights movement.

The shooting was carried out by a county police officer, Louis Ciamillo, not a federal agent, and a court later ruled the use of force was reasonable under the circumstances. The incident remains controversial, symbolizing concerns over federal overreach and excessive force in weapons-related raids.

Even though Kenneth didn’t die, it still shows that the use of force against him could just have been his death. This is where I will start. OO at work

# 2 The death of Donald Scott

Death of a Tycoon : Rancher Don Scott Was a Man of Legends

Donald Scott was killed in his home by an ad hoc team of raiding cops who were looking for marijuana — but the larger prize may have been his 200-acre Malibu ranch.

Right before he was fatally gunned down by members of a law enforcement drug task force, Ventura County rancher and secluded multi millionaire Donald Scott was thinking about the purchase of a $50,000,00 yacht.

“His last major trip was to Tahiti where he bought some paintings 15 years of so ago,” claimed his longtime friend and family attorney Nick Gutsue of Los Angeles, who was planning to join Donald on a global cruise.

Now, here he was at the age of 61, contemplating selling his beloved 250-acre spread, Trail’s End Ranch, located in the Santa Monica Mountains approximately one mile from the Los Angeles County line, after purchasing his own personal luxury liner, “The Other Woman,” that was docked at a European port.

The cruise would have been a crowning touch for Donald Scott, whose idiosyncrasies were widely known in the Malibu community, but whose background was shrouded in legends and myths.

But it was not to be.

Just before 9 a.m. on a Friday morning, October 2nd 1992 , a drug task force made up of Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies, U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration agents, National Park Service officials and others drove swiftly through an open ranch gate on Mulholland Highway in Malibu.

Kicking up dust, the caravan of more than a dozen cars and unmarked utility vehicles careened down a rutted dirt road past giant oak trees on land where Chumash Indians once lived.

Armed with a search warrant containing information that Scott was believed to be illegally cultivating marijuana plants, the deputies restrained his wife and burst into the rustic wood and stone ranch house’s living room.

There stood the Donald, barefoot, clad in a T-shirt and jeans, with a .38-caliber revolver held in his right hand over his head as deputies ordered him to drop it.

He was coming down the stairs after hearing his wife scream don’t shoot me.

As Scott brought his arm down, two deputies opened fire at close range. One of the .9-millimeter bullets missed, crashing through the living room wall. But two found their mark, hitting Scott in the upper chest and killing him instantly.

Deputies searched Scott’s property for hours after the fatal shooting, but not a single marijuana plant was found.

Gutsue believed that Scott should have been taken alive and said that a wrongful death suit will be filed.

A separate investigation of the fatal shooting was conducted by the Ventura County district attorney’s office.

Pending the outcome, those who knew Scott best were left with their memories of one of Malibu’s most colorful characters.

Scott, who was educated in Switzerland and who spoke fluent French, loved to stand by his ranch gate, alongside his souped-up 1977 GMC utility truck, and talk at length with neighbors about subjects ranging from politics to the stock market.

He was not one given to braggadocio.

The investigation and legal proceedings concluded that the search warrant used to raid Scott’s ranch was invalid due to material misstatements and omissions, and that the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department was likely motivated by a desire to seize and forfeit his valuable property. However, while the District Attorney found the warrant flawed and the raid unjustified, they determined there was insufficient evidence to prove Deputy Gary Spencer knowingly lied in the warrant affidavit, so no perjury charges were filed.

The only accountability came through a civil settlement: In 2000, after an eight-year legal battle, Los Angeles County and federal government officials agreed to pay Scott’s heirs and estate $5 million to settle a wrongful death lawsuit, despite maintaining the deputies’ actions were justified.

So was anyone ever really held accountable for his untimely death brought on for a search for an herb that has been deemed to be illegal? NO. OO at work.

John Singer: The Death of An American

Singer's stand against the Utah public school system began a road of court battles and finally ended with his death by agents of the state. His dissatisfaction with the school system escalated over a picture in a textbook that he found offensive to his religious beliefs. He confronted the school superintendent and objected that his children were being subjected to what he considered immoral secular influences. His legal confrontations began when he declared that he would withdraw his children from public school because the Constitution states that states cannot interfere with religious beliefs. The state countered by showing him a copy of the State Compulsory Attendance Law, which states that parents with children ages 6 to 18 must send them to school. Homeschool at that time was forbidden.

Singer’s defiance of the law and his determination to have his children removed from the public school system led to his ostracism in the community and eventual excommunication from the Mormon Church.

After his first arrest and court appearance, Singer was allowed to teach his children at home under guidelines from the state which included testing twice a year and evaluation by a psychologist. Even though his children tested below average, the psychologist advised the school board to continue the exemption. However, Singer grew dissatisfied with the arrangement and felt that the state still had too much authority over his children. He informed the psychologist that the family would no longer comply with the state’s program.

Singer faced new legal problems after 19 October 1978 when a district court awarded Dean Black a decree of divorce from Shirley Black and temporary custody of the couple’s children. When authorities went to the Singer farm to pick up the children, Singer refused to surrender them leading to his ultimate death for defending his right to protect these children.

They were wrongly persecuted for their religious beliefs and John was killed by Utah law enforcement and then they were allowed to get away with ALL charges and law suits...

It was a book I read years ago. The Death of An American. It is in a lot more depth and left me with a feeling of sadness that it had happened. Either they are YOUR children under God or they are the “states” children. Which is it? John simply wanted to be left alone. OO at work again.

Daniel Shaver and OO Agent Phillip Brailsford

Daniel Shaver, a 26-year-old pest control specialist from Granbury, Texas, was fatally shot on January 18, 2016, in the hallway of a La Quinta Inn & Suites in Mesa, Arizona, by former Mesa police officer Philip Brailsford.

The incident began when a hotel guest reported seeing a rifle pointed out of Shaver’s fifth-floor window. Shaver, who was with two acquaintances, had been using a pellet gun for bird extermination and had briefly pointed it outside. After police arrived, Shaver exited his room unarmed and complied with officers’ commands to lie down and crawl. During this process, he reached toward his waistband—likely to pull up his falling shorts—while sobbing and pleading, “Please don’t shoot me.”

Brailsford, who had previously been administratively cleared for excessive force in a 2015 incident, fired five shots from his AR-15, killing Shaver. Body camera footage, released after his acquittal, showed Shaver begging for his life. The rifle found in Shaver’s room was later confirmed to be non-lethal pellet rifle he used for his job of removing pests from Wal-mart and other large department stores..

Despite being fired by the Mesa Police Department for policy violations—including engraving his rifle with “You’re fucked”—Brailsford was acquitted in December 2017 of second-degree murder and reckless manslaughter charges. The trial drew national attention, particularly due to the graphic nature of the footage and the lack of accountability. Fact is that the JUDGE wouldn’t let the evidence in of the rifle engraving or the actual video of the killing.

In November 2022, Shaver’s widow, Laney Sweet, reached an $8 million settlement with the City of Mesa over her husband’s wrongful death and civil rights violations. The settlement, funded in January 2023, is among the largest in Arizona history for a police shooting.

The case remains a symbol of ongoing concerns about police use of force, accountability, and procedural failures, especially in cases involving unarmed individuals.

Ashli Babbitt, and the Trial for Her That Never Came

For climbing through a window, Ashli Babbitt was shot and killed January 6th 2021. She was gunned down by OO licensed to kill, Lieutenant Michael Byrd, a Capitol police officer at that time, with a troubled service record, who claimed it was his last resort. This is a lie, as dastardly as the Left ever tells.

In 2024, Ashli’s family filed a $30 million wrongful death lawsuit. Judge Ana Reyes of the U.S. District Court scheduled the trial for July 20, 2026, 16 days after our quarter millennial anniversary. The plaintiffs contended that, “Her hands were up in the air, empty, and in plain view of OO licensed to kill Byrd and other officers in the lobby. Ashli posed no threat to the safety of anyone.”

On that day, except for Ashli, no one else died at the hands of another during the protest and resulting riot. Biden’s Department of Justice absurdly claimed that Babbitt’s rights were not violated during the encounter with Byrd, a black American, and that it “was reasonable” for Byrd to have shot her in self-defense. I’m convinced personally it was another black on white crime that is not considered as such. Another total disgusting use of the proper definition of commonly understood words.

With Biden’s DOC mercifully out of the picture, thankfully the Trump DOJ was able to reach a $5 million settlement for Babbitt family. Sadly, her saga likely will fade.

No Excuse

Ashli, who was 35 years old, along with her husband Aaron, owned a successful swimming pool business. Departing from San Francisco, she travelled to Washington DC, initially to attend the “Women for America First” rally to be held on January 6^th at the Ellipse. The family’s lawsuit contended that the U.S. government, through its officers, was negligent on a variety of issues which resulted in her wrongful death.

The fatal shooting occurred at the Capitol’s east entrance. Legal protesters had already filled up the hallway outside of the lobby. Two people in the crowd undid the glass panels in the lobby doors, which enabled others to pass through. Ashli’s life ended the moment she was able to hoist herself up through one of the openings.

OO licensed to kill Lt. Byrd reported afterward that he fired on Ashli prior to being able to see her hands and prior to knowing if she was carrying any kind of weapon. He did not even know she was a female when he fired and he certainly could not assess her intentions.

America sorely needed to watch a trial for Ashli, but it’s not going happen. According to witnesses, exactly as the plaintiffs had claimed, her hands were empty, up in the air, and in plain sight of officers in the lobby. At the moment she was struck, witnesses at the scene cried out, “You just murdered her.” She fell dead on the spot.

Official and Unofficial Words

Multiple witnesses, including an armed police officer, confirmed that Lt. Byrd was completely out of Ashli’s field of vision, far to the left of her. OO licensed to kill Byrd could not have been a target of any potential aggression on her part even if she had been armed.

Sergeant Timothy Lively, one of the Capitol officers in the immediate vicinity, said, “I saw him… there was no way that that woman would have seen him.” Lt. Byrd was not in uniform and had not identified himself as an officer. Also, before killing her, he did not make any commands or warnings that he was going to fire.

OO licensed to kill Lt. Byrd was not charged (of course not! OO licensed to kill agents are never charged! ) with any crime or otherwise disciplined. He suffered no official consequences as a result of his actions. Among some on the Left, he was accorded hero status. True to form, the fakestream media either downplayed the situation or sought to portray Ashli as a violent aggressor. She was not an aggressor in any manner.

Some outlets reported that she had a weapon. Others reported that she acted menacingly. Still others said that OO licensed to kill Lt. Byrd was in grave jeopardy. None of the above is true.

Setting the Record Straight: The ambush and murder of LaVoy Finicum

Recently FBI Director Kash Patel presented the Bureau’s Shield of Bravery award to Hostage Rescue Team (HRT) operators involved in the 2016 Malheur Wildlife Refuge standoff.

The justification for this award, as reported, contains numerous factual inaccuracies about the events of January 26, 2016, inaccuracies that not only defame the memory of LaVoy Finicum but also obscure the truth about what happened to Ryan Bundy, who still carries a bullet in his arm from that day. We cannot remain silent as falsehoods are institutionalized as “bravery.”

The award citation describes a sequence of events that is demonstrably false:

1. Clandestine Meeting

• The award states that LaVoy and others were traveling to a “clandestine meeting.”

• In fact, LaVoy was en route to a publicly announced meeting with Grant County Sheriff Glenn Palmer, scheduled for that afternoon, attended by hundreds of citizens.

2. Ramming a Vehicle and Pinning an Agent

• The award citation claims LaVoy rammed his truck into an FBI vehicle, trapping an agent.

• The FBI’s own aerial video shows LaVoy’s truck swerving off the road into a snowbank to miss hitting an officer after being blocked by law enforcement. There was no ramming. There was no pinned agent. In-fact the footage shows that Lavoy intentionally swerved further into the snow to avoid hitting an officer.

3. Attempt to Fire on Officers

• The award states that LaVoy attempted to fire on Oregon State Police (OSP).

• Multiple witnesses and video evidence show LaVoy exiting the truck with hands raised. The OSP admitted shooting him three times when he lowered his arms, but there is absolutely no evidence he aimed or fired a weapon at officers.

These are facts established by official investigations:

• Oregon State Police (OSP) admitted firing six rounds: three at LaVoy’s truck as it approached the roadblock, and three more that struck and killed him.

• The DOJ Office of Inspector General (OIG) later found that FBI HRT operators fired at least two shots:

• One struck the roof of LaVoy’s truck.

• One missed entirely.

• These FBI shots were not disclosed at the time. In fact, the FBI agents (that were recently awarded) denied firing at all.

• Shell casings from FBI rifles were ultimately logged into evidence being found by OSP investigators. This is how we know FBI shots occurred.

• Aerial surveillance video reviewed by the OIG showed the FBI agents (that were recently awarded) “appearing to pick up objects from the roadway” immediately after the shooting — an action inconsistent with proper crime-scene procedure.

• The OIG criticized the FBI’s handling of evidence and later one FBI agents (that was recently awarded) was charged with three counts of “Making False Statements” and two counts of “Obstruction of Justice”. Because of the “lack of evidence” he was acquitted. Ryan Bundy was a passenger in LaVoy’s truck. During the shooting, he was struck in the arm by a bullet. Nearly ten years later, the bullet remains lodged in his body.

As bullets entered the vehicle Ryan turned around in his seat, kneeling with his knees on the floor. Had he been sitting in the normal upright position, the trajectory of the bullet that hit him would most certainly have entered his head. His survival depended on that small, fateful shift in posture. Rather than going through his head the bullet entered into his arm.

FBI Hostage Rescue Team members later testified in court that they are highly trained marksmen.

Though LaVoy’s truck had tinted windows, an experienced shooter could approximate where a rear passenger would normally sit. Taken together, these facts raise a sobering question; was the shot which struck Ryan Bundy in the arm intended to kill him. The government has never accounted for this round.

Oregon State Police attributed its shots to LaVoy’s fatal wounds. FBI agents denied ever shooting. Yet Ryan’s wound remains unexplained.

Now, in light of the FBI’s continued false narrative, Ryan Bundy will undergo surgery to have this bullet removed. The bullet will be submitted to an independent forensic laboratory for full ballistics testing.

The official record acknowledges at least two FBI shots, but aerial footage showing agents picking up objects raises another disturbing question: were more shots fired by the FBI than the government has admitted?

• If FBI operators removed casings from the roadway, as the OIG footage suggests, then the true number of FBI rounds may never have been fully reported.

• If so, one of those unacknowledged rounds could be the very bullet that struck Ryan Bundy.

• The only way to resolve this uncertainty is through forensic testing of the bullet that has remained in Ryan’s arm for nearly a decade.

• FBI Director, Kash Patel, has now chosen to give medals of honor to agents based a false account:

• That LaVoy Finicum was secretly conspiring, when he was publicly meeting with a sheriff and hundreds of people.

• That he rammed an FBI vehicle and trapped an agent, when he swerved into snow.• That he attempted to shoot at officers.

• That FBI agents acted heroically, when in fact the Bureau’s own Inspector General found they fired shots, failed to disclose them, misrepresented the truth and possibly removed and hid evidence.

Honoring agents on the basis of these distortions does violence to the truth and to the memory of LaVoy Finicum. It also insults every American who expects transparency from their government.

Why the FBI Director is issuing these awards under the circumstances and after nearly a decade is unclear and concerning.

Giving the established fact and recent FBI awards the Bundy Family Requests:

1. That the FBI release the full text of the Shield of Bravery award citations and the supporting justification memos.

2. That Congressional committees conduct a public review of the award narrative against the factual record.

3. That the FBI correct or rescind statements that contradict established video, forensic analysis, and eyewitness testimony.

4. That the FBI release Lavoy’s truck, permitting independent investigators to examine the bullet holes and verify the evidence.

5. That the FBI and OSP cooperate fully in the ballistics comparison once Ryan Bundy’s bullet is removed.

This is not about vengeance. This is about truth. For nine years, the official story has shifted and hidden behind denials. Now, as medals are pinned on the very agents involved, Ryan Bundy will bear the pain once more to give the American people a piece of unalterable evidence: the bullet in his arm. That bullet may prove not only that the FBI agent fired shots that they did not admit — but that one of those hidden rounds struck Ryan himself. And the circumstances of that shot suggest it was meant to take his life. Depending on what the m forensic testing reveals, Ryan and the Bundy family will be reviewing all available legal options, including the possibility of civil action, to ensure accountability.

The Killing Of Renee Good

I’m going to put a video up for this one. After watching it you decide. Was the officer who shot her a OO Agent? Or is this one going to have some accountability?

While the number of people shot is so high in a given amount of time being close to 3000 in a two year period, you can’t convince me that there shouldn’t be more investigations that end up with charges against the one who stepped over the line with excessive deadly force. Maybe we need to get away from “Law Enforcement” and back to “Peace Officers”. Maybe we need to get rid of ALL laws where there is no victim involved. But that will be hard as long as we have a law enforcement GROWTH industry! C.L.

Brutus Was Right About Everything

And yet he remains one of America’s most obscure and unknown founding father.

Robert Yates (aka Brutus of the “Anti-Federalist” Papers) was a wise founding father who understood why creating a strong central government would end badly. When reading his prescient arguments today, he predicted our present reality – an overblown, overgrown, corrupt federal government, usurping individual and state rights by an “uni-party” political class - a taxpayer-funded oligarchy - getting rich off the taxpayers. (Actually getting rich off the fake money created out of thin air due to the Federal Reserve act of 1913. See Thank You Federal Reserve What Would We Have Done Without You? C.L.)

And We the People allow this to continue, insisting that voting that bad guy out will fix the problem. Unfortunately, those attracted to powerful positions are often sociopathic types, so another self-serving sociopath replaces the outgoing self-serving sociopath, often with no real-life experience in the private sector (!) and here we are.

Since Brutus was on the losing side of the argument, he became memory-holed, and will remain there unless We the People resurrect his arguments, and debate the many reasons why any strong, central government will grow beyond our control, as he described in Brutus I - XVI.

There comes a time when we must face reality and that reality is that we did not keep our constitutional republic, designed with the enumerated powers that would be “few and limited.”

We can argue/debate when and how it happened. If the left even acknowledged that we were organized as a constitutional republic (and not a democracy) and understood all the reasons why democracies never last, they would still insist that ‘democracy’ ended during the “King Trump” era, while ignoring the real kings in the House, Senate, supreme court, and the deep state.

Some will say it started with Lincoln’s nationalism during the civil war, but the horrors of slavery should taint that idea. Some might designate 1913, a date that should live in infamy, as the year that ended our constitutional republic, and they would have a strong case. Certainly, socialism crept into our government during the 1930s and never turned back, pushing too many Americans further into dependency on the government.

And some might argue that it was in 1787-91, with the Necessary and Proper Clause combined with the Supremacy Clause, that would not only expand the powers favoring a new aristocratic class, but could (and would) supersede individual and state rights.

But what difference, at this point, does it matter when the constitutional republic ceased its existence? What we are left with is the fact that our government is vastly corrupt and we are no longer free when We the People go broke as we continue to feed an insatiable and uncontrollable beast of a monster with an increasing $38 trillion-dollar national debt. (I have to interject a point here…that is what is the debt in or of? I’ll send 100 pounds to anyone who can identify it. It is all make believe. Seem my Blood Running in the Streets for a economics lesson you won’t get with a four year degree in economics. That post needs a dramatic update when it comes to the value of gold and silver! C.L.)

Even an employee in the 1950s did not have an optional box to choose “No” to have social security taken out of his paycheck, let alone choose to be taxed on income or how those tax dollars would be spent. How can we say we live in a free country when we have no choice but to pay our increasingly higher taxes or risk ruin if we don’t pay up?

Meanwhile, back in 1787-88, Brutus warned us of the numerous reasons why we do not want a strong, central government.

Brutus understood why term limits were critical when he said:

“The senators are chosen for six years, and they may be continued by re-elections for life. This, in my opinion, is a great defect in the constitution... It is a wise policy in republics to erect a body of men, who shall be the guardians of the laws, and who shall watch over the liberties of the people; but it is a dangerous policy to entrust them with too much power, or to suffer them to continue too long in office. The senate of Rome, which was the model of our senate, was at first chosen for five years, and afterwards for life; but it became so corrupt and tyrannical, that the people were obliged to reform it... Rotation in office is one of the best securities for the preservation of liberty.” Brutus XVI

“The house of representatives is to be elected for two years, which is a short time; but the senate is to be chosen for six years, which is a long time. The house of representatives is to be elected by the people, but the senate is to be chosen by the state legislatures... This will create a dependence in the house upon the senate, and the senate will control the house.” Brutus XI

If we had included term limits language from the Articles of the Confederation, it is likely we would have not experienced a nepo baby born from a career “public servant.”

Brutus predicted the division of the people, despite the idea of E Pluribus Unum:

“The territory of the United States is of vast extent; it now contains near three millions of souls, and is capable of containing much more than ten times that number. Is it practicable for a country, so large and so numerous as they will soon become, to elect a representation, that will speak their sentiments, without their becoming so numerous as to be incapable of transacting public business? It certainly is not.

In a republic, the manners, sentiments, and interests of the people should be similar. If this be not the case, there will be a constant clashing of opinions; and the representatives of one part will be continually striving against those of the other…The laws and customs of the several states are, in many respects, very diverse, and in some opposite; each would be in favor of its own interests and customs, and, of consequence, a legislature, formed of representatives from the respective parts, would not only be too numerous to act with any care or decision, but would be composed of such heterogeneous and discordant principles, as would constantly be contending with each other…

In a republic of such vast extent as the United-States, the legislature cannot attend to the various concerns and wants of its different parts. It cannot be sufficiently numerous to be acquainted with the local condition and wants of the different districts, and if it could, it is impossible it should have sufficient time to attend to and provide for all the variety of cases of this nature, that would be continually arising.

In so extensive a republic, the great officers of government would soon become above the control of the people, and abuse their power to the purpose of aggrandizing themselves, and oppressing them…The command of all the troops and navy of the republic, the appointment of officers, the power of pardoning offences, the collecting of all the public revenues, and the power of expending them, with a number of other powers, must be lodged and exercised in every state, in the hands of a few.²³ When these are attended with great honor and emolument, as they always will be in large states, so as greatly to interest men to pursue them, and to be proper objects for ambitious and designing men, such men will be ever restless in their pursuit after them. They will use the power, when they have acquired it, to the purposes of gratifying their own interest and ambition, and it is scarcely possible, in a very large republic, to call them to account for their misconduct, or to prevent their abuse of power.

These are some of the reasons by which it appears, that a free republic cannot long subsist over a country of the great extent of these states. If then this new constitution is calculated to consolidate the thirteen states into one, as it evidently is, it ought not to be adopted.” Brutus I

Brutus predicted the corruption of the Supreme Court, who would create laws, rather than merely interpret them, in defiance of Article I, Section I:

“This power in the judicial will enable them to mould the government into almost any shape they please.” Brutus XI

“The judicial power will operate to effect, in the most certain, but yet silent and imperceptible manner, what is evidently the tendency of the constitution: I mean, an entire subversion of the legislative, executive, and judicial powers of the individual states.” Brutus XV

“The judges in England are under the control of the legislature … But the judges under this constitution will control the legislature, for the supreme court are authorised in the last resort, to determine what is the extent of the powers of the Congress.” Brutus XI

Brutus predicted that a standing army would create what we now call the “military industrial complex”:

“In despotic governments, as well as in all the monarchies of Europe, standing armies are kept up to execute the commands of the prince or the magistrate, and are employed for this purpose when occasion requires: But they have always proved the destruction of liberty, and [are] abhorrent to the spirit of a free republic…

A free republic will never keep a standing army to execute its laws. It must depend upon the support of its citizens. But when a government is to receive its support from the aid of the citizens, it must be so constructed as to have the confidence, respect, and affection of the people…The confidence which the people have in their rulers, in a free republic, arises from their knowing them, from their being responsible to them for their conduct, and from the power they have of displacing them when they misbehave: but in a republic of the extent of this continent, the people in general would be acquainted with very few of their rulers: the people at large would know little of their proceedings, and it would be extremely difficult to change them…The consequence will be, they will have no confidence in their legislature, suspect them of ambitious views, be jealous of every measure they adopt, and will not support the laws they pass. Hence the government will be nerveless and inefficient, and no way will be left to render it otherwise, but by establishing an armed force to execute the laws at the point of the bayonet—a government of all others the most to be dreaded. Brutus I

Brutus predicted out of control taxation and spending:

“The power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts, and excises, is unlimited in its nature... This power, exercised without limitation, will introduce itself into every corner of the city, and country—it will demand the produce of the farm, and the labor of the artisan; it will enter the house of every citizen, and will take from him a portion of his property, without his consent.” Brutus VI

“This constitution, if adopted in its present form, will in time produce a system of government little better than an aristocracy, or a monarchy, in which the few govern the many, and the voice of the people is lost in the councils of the great.” Brutus IV

“The most important question that was ever proposed to your decision, or to the decision of any people under heaven, is before you, and you are to decide upon it by men of your own election, chosen specially for this purpose. If the constitution, offered to your acceptance, be a wise one, calculated to preserve the invaluable blessings of liberty, to secure the inestimable rights of mankind, and promote human happiness, then, if you accept it, you will lay a lasting foundation of happiness for millions yet unborn; generations to come will rise up and call you blessed. You may rejoice in the prospects of this vast extended continent becoming filled with freemen, who will assert the dignity of human nature. You may solace yourselves with the idea, that society, in this favoured land, will fast advance to the highest point of perfection; the human mind will expand in knowledge and virtue, and the golden age be, in some measure, realised. But if, on the other hand, this form of government contains principles that will lead to the subversion of liberty—if it tends to establish a despotism, or, what is worse, a tyrannic aristocracy; then, if you adopt it, this only remaining assylum for liberty will be shut up, and posterity will execrate your memory.” Brutus I

Brutus warned us against creating moneyed entities like the Federal Reserve:

“If the general government has the power to establish a bank, it may, under the same authority, establish any other corporation it pleases; and by these means, it may create a moneyed interest, which will be formidable to the liberties of the people, and will be able to influence every measure of government.” Brutus XI

“The powers of the general legislature extend to every case that is of the least importance—there is nothing valuable to human nature, nothing dear to freemen, but what is within its power. It has authority to make laws which will affect the lives, the liberty, and property of every man in the United States; nor can the constitution or laws of any state, in any way, prevent or impede the full and complete execution of every power given. The power to incorporate a bank, for instance, is not among the enumerated powers, yet it may be deduced from them, and would be an engine of corruption, and would tend to the establishment of a government of the few over the many.” Brutus XI

And Brutus warned that the Constitution had no Bill of Rights, despite the fact that Alexander Hamiliton expressed in Federalist #84 that “bills of rights is not only unnecessary…but would even be dangerous.”

Even with big thanks to the “Anti-Federalists” who demanded that a Bill of Rights was necessary, we now have a government that continually tramples over the 9^th and 10^th Amendments, making the 9^th and 10^th Amendments appear to have been dead on arrival with the Necessary and Proper Clause combined with the Supremacy Clause.

…This government is to possess absolute and uncontrollable power, legislative, executive, and judicial, with respect to every object to which it extends... The government then, so far as it extends, is a complete one, and not a confederation. It appears from these articles, that there is no need of any intervention of the state governments, between the Congress and the people, to execute any one power vested in the general government, and that the constitution and laws of every state are nullified and declared void, so far as they are or shall be inconsistent with this constitution…Brutus I

There is no easy fix at this point, but if we all could at least understand why the federal government grew into the monster that it did, it would help us try to come up with a strategy to combat the ever-growing corruption and expansion of power.

Many people had high hopes that President Trump would drain the swamp and rein in spending, but the reality is, when he entered office, the national debt was still under $37 trillion dollars, and today it has already surpassed $38 trillion dollars and the oval office now looks like Marie Antoinette decorated it. That should not take away from the numerous positive achievements President Trump has accomplished, despite the attacks, but if we continue to increase spending, expanding our national debt, how is that sustainable?

President Trump: “Yeah, there is one thing. My own morality. My own mind. It’s the only thing that can stop me, and that’s very good.”

In January 1776, Thomas Paine published Common Sense, a pamphlet that gave voice to the discontent of a nation struggling to free itself from a tyrannical ruler who believed power flowed from his own will rather than the consent of the governed.

Paine’s warning was not theoretical.

Two hundred and fifty years later, we find ourselves confronting the same dilemma—this time from inside the White House: can a people remain free if they place their faith in the virtue (or vice) of one man?

When asked by the New York Times what might restrain his power grabs, Donald Trump did not point to the Constitution, the courts, Congress, or the rule of law—as his oath of office and our constitutional republic require. He pointed to himself.

According to Trump, the only thing standing between America and unchecked power is his own morality.

Now America’s founders believed in faith and morality. As John Adams warned in 1798, “Avarice, Ambition and Revenge or Galantry, would break the strongest Cords of our Constitution as a Whale goes through a Net. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious People. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”

Adams was not advocating for a theocracy. Rather, he was emphasizing that a government of liars, thugs, and thieves will not be bound by constitutional limits. It will treat them as inconveniences.

A constitutional government survives only when both the people and their leaders are willing to be bound by it.

If our freedoms depend on Donald Trump’s self-proclaimed morality, we are in dangerous territory.

Over the course of his nearly 80 years, Trump has been a serial adulterer, philanderer, liar, and convicted felon. He has cheated, stolen, lied, plundered, pillaged, and enriched himself at the expense of others. He is vengeful, petty, unforgiving, foul-mouthed, and crass. His associates include felons, rapists, pedophiles, drug traffickers, sex traffickers, and thieves. He disrespects the law, disregards human life, is ignorant of the Bible, illiterate about the Constitution, takes pleasure in others’ pain and misfortune, and is utterly lacking in mercy, forgiveness, or compassion.

Christian nationalists have tried to whitewash Trump’s behavior by wrapping religion in the national flag and urging Americans to submit to authoritarianism—an appeal that flies in the face of everything the founders risked their lives to establish.

That whitewashing effort matters, because it asks Americans to abandon the very safeguards the Founders put in place to protect them from men like Trump.

Trump speaks in a language of kings, strongmen, and would-be emperors advocating for personal rule over constitutional government. America’s founders rejected that logic, revolted against tyranny, and built for themselves a system of constitutional restraints—checks and balances, divided authority through a separation of powers, and an informed, vigilant populace.

“If men were angels, no government would be necessary,” James Madison argued in Federalist 51. Because men are not angels and because power corrupts, Thomas Jefferson concluded: “In questions of power then, let no more be heard of confidence in man, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution.”

All of their hard work is being undone. Not by accident, and not overnight.

The erosion follows a familiar pattern to any who have studied the rise of authoritarian regimes.

Trump and his army of enablers and enforcers may have co-opted the language of patriotism, but they are channeling the tactics of despots.

This is not about left versus right, or even about whether Trump is a savior or a villain. It is about the danger of concentrating unchecked power in any one individual, regardless of party or personality.

This should be a flashing red warning sign for any who truly care about freedom, regardless of partisan politics.

The ends do not justify the means.

Power that can be used “for the right reasons” today will be used for the wrong reasons tomorrow.

History shows that once the machinery of oppression is built—surveillance systems, militarized enforcement, emergency authorities—it does not care who operates the controls. The only question is who will be targeted next.

All presidents in recent years have contributed to the rise of the American police state with executive overreach, standing armies, militarized policing, war without consent, mass surveillance, and concentrated power.

But Trump 2.0 has done more to dismantle the nation’s constitutional guardrails than at any other time in history.

Rather than adhering to the script provided by America’s founders, it’s as if the Trump administration took the grievances leveled against King George III in the Declaration of Independence and adopted them as a governing playbook.

These are not hypotheticals or worst-case projections.

They are unfolding now through emergency declarations, warrantless raids, speech-based detentions, unaccountable surveillance, and military actions launched without consent or constitutional authority.

It is the same sequence every despot follows.

First, power is centralized.

• Trump has ruled by executive decree rather than law, sidelining Congress through emergency declarations and unilateral orders.

• He has obstructed laws necessary for the public good, refusing to enforce statutes that limit his authority.

• He has conditioned governance on loyalty, withholding protection, relief, or aid from those who oppose him.

Next, accountability is dismantled.

• Trump has obstructed the administration of justice, interfering with investigations and shielding allies from prosecution.

• He has politicized the judiciary, rewarding loyalty over independence and attacking courts that resist him.

• He has undermined due process, expanding detention, administrative punishment, and coercive enforcement.

Once law no longer restrains power, force takes its place.

• Trump has deployed militarized federal agents among the civilian population without meaningful oversight.

• He has blurred the line between civilian authority and military power, treating force as governance.

• He has protected agents from accountability, excusing abuse, violence, and killing by law enforcement.

If this is how Trump intends to celebrate the country’s 250^th birthday, by reenacting the abuses that drove Americans to revolt in 1776, someone might need to clue him in to the fact that it ends with Americans rejecting “absolute tyranny.”

With every passing day, the American police state with Trump at its helm gets more unhinged.

Once force replaces law at home, it is only a matter of time before it is unleashed abroad.

With Trump’s blessing, the military carried out strikes on Nigeria on Christmas Day.

Without congressional authorization, without constitutional authority, and without any grounding in international law, Trump directed U.S. forces to invade a foreign country, abduct its president and his wife—and then Trump declared himself the new head of Venezuela.

Consumed with visions of global conquest and military expansion, Trump has treated sovereignty as negotiable and international law as an inconvenience. He has threatened, coerced, or destabilized nations including Venezuela, Greenland, Cuba, Nigeria, Iran, and others—not through diplomacy or lawful process, but through dominance, spectacle, and unilateral force.

Trump’s push to boost the military budget to $1.5 trillion speaks less to national defense than to imperial ambition.

This is not leadership. It is lawlessness carried out by mercenaries and thugs on the government payroll.

Not content to wage war abroad, the government has systematically worked to transform America into a battlefield, setting its sights on the American people.

That transformation is almost complete.

In Minneapolis, a federal ICE agent shot and killed 37-year-old Renee Good in the head, while she was behind the wheel of her car. In the immediate aftermath of the shooting, the Trump administration rushed to paint Good as an agitator and domestic terrorist, justifying the cold-blooded assassination of an American citizen by a masked gunman as an act of self-defense.

Video footage, including from the ICE agent who can be heard remarking, “Fucking bitch,” reflects poorly on the government’s claims.

Rather than de-escalating a situation that they created, the Trump administration has continued to add fuel to the fire, deploying more militarized agents, more force, more intimidation.

ICE agents have been battering down doors, ramming into private homes, and carrying out warrantless militarized raids that treat constitutional protections as inconveniences and human beings as expendable obstacles.

This is the reality of Trump’s America: moral collapse, thuggery, violence, greed, and dehumanization.

Due process has become optional. Restraint has vanished. Violence has been normalized.

A government that recognizes no moral limits will recognize no legal limits.

And a nation that places its faith in the “morality” of unrestrained power will soon discover that morality—like liberty—cannot survive where law no longer rules.

Unchecked power does not protect its supporters—it eventually turns on them, too.

This is what happens when the rule of law gives way to rule by force.

Looming over all of this is a question that can no longer be ignored: who is pulling the strings?

Nothing about Trump’s behavior is rational or sane, even by his own standards: he’s bulldozing the White House, blitz-bombing boats, threatening to seize foreign lands by force, and plastering his name and face on every available surface.

As diabolical as these distractions are, they are a sideshow to keep us from seeing the long-term plans to lock down the country being put in place by an unaccountable shadow apparatus operating behind the scenes for whom the Constitution means nothing.

We ignore them at our own peril.

What we are witnessing is not merely presidential overreach, but the consolidation of power within an unaccountable executive-security apparatus—one that operates beyond meaningful public oversight and treats constitutional limits as obstacles rather than obligations.

A ruler who sees himself as indispensable soon comes to believe the law is expendable.

A government that elevates personal ambition over public accountability begins to treat constitutional restraints as obstacles rather than safeguards.

And a nation that confuses brute force with authority inevitably finds itself governed by fear rather than consent.

When a president surrounds himself with military parades, inflates defense budgets to obscene levels, deploys federal forces against the civilian population, and insists that his personal morality is the only safeguard against abuse, the republic is no longer drifting towards tyranny—it is sliding fast.

And when ego becomes policy, the results are predictable: perpetual war, endless surveillance, normalized violence, the criminalization of dissent, and a public conditioned to accept abuses in the name of security and patriotism.

This is how republics fall.

Not all at once. Not with a single coup or declaration. But gradually, through the steady erosion of norms, the hollowing out of institutions, and the quiet surrender of moral responsibility.

Paine warned that “a long habit of not thinking a thing wrong gives it a superficial appearance of being right.” That warning resonates with terrifying clarity today.

Americans are being trained to accept what would have once been unthinkable: law enforcement that kills without consequence, presidents who operate above the law, wars launched without consent, and power exercised without accountability.

That normalization is the true danger.

Which brings us to the question that Common Sense forced Americans to confront in 1776—and that we must confront again now: Are we a nation governed by laws, or by the will of a man?

If the answer is the latter, then no election, no court, no ritual invocation of patriotism can save us.

The founders did not risk everything to replace one tyrant with another. They did not reject monarchy only to embrace executive supremacy. They did not enshrine checks and balances so that future generations could shrug and hope that those in power would restrain themselves.

They understood that freedom requires moral courage, not blind loyalty; that resistance to tyranny is not treason, but duty; and that the price of liberty is eternal vigilance—not eternal trust.

But when the law itself is perverted for corrupt ends, the burden of resistance does not disappear. It shifts.

The founders also understood something else—something history has confirmed again and again: when government descends into lawlessness, people of conscience, faith and deep moral beliefs are tested. And they either rise to confront injustice, or become complicit in its abuses.

The Franklin Grahams of this world, who have exchanged moral authority for a seat at Trump’s table, would have us believe the lawful response is simply to comply with those in power.

But scripture does not command blind obedience to power. The same Bible invoked to demand submission also records prophets confronting kings, apostles defying unjust rulers, and Jesus himself executed for refusing to submit to an immoral state.

As Martin Luther King Jr. pointed out, “One has not only a legal but a moral responsibility to obey just laws. Conversely, one has a moral responsibility to disobey unjust laws.”

That resistance has historic roots.

During the years leading up to the American Revolution, it was the so-called Black Robed Regiment—a derisive term used by the British to describe colonial clergy—who spoke most forcefully against tyranny. From pulpits across the colonies, pastors preached sermons condemning unchecked power, defending liberty of conscience, and warning that obedience to unjust authority was itself a form of moral corruption.

Those ministers did not preach submission to power. They preached resistance to it.

In Nazi Germany, theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer watched as the church gradually surrendered its independence and aligned itself with state power. Bonhoeffer warned that when the church becomes silent in the face of evil—or worse, when it cloaks injustice in religious language—it ceases to be the church at all. Silence, he argued, was not neutrality; it was collaboration.

Bonhoeffer paid for that conviction with his life.

These pastors understood that the church’s role is not to sanctify empire, but to confront it.

The same themes running through Paine’s Common Sense and the later American Crisis are just as relevant now as they were 250 years ago: no ruler is above the law, no government is entitled to unchecked power, and no people remain free who surrender their conscience to the ambitions of the powerful.

And as I make clear in Battlefield America: The War on the American People and in its fictional counterpart The Erik Blair Diaries, history has already told us what happens next: when government becomes destructive of liberty, it is not only the right of the people to resist—it is their duty.

If you utilize your God given reason, logic and common sense, what you will have just read will cause your critical thinking capabilities to become overloaded. What John has written is the truth. You’re likely aware that I’m a libertarian. But I’m actually more than a libertarian. I don’t believe in the right of the State to exist. The reason is that anything that has a monopoly of force is extremely dangerous. As Mao Tse-tung, lately one of the world’s leading experts on government, said: “The power of the state comes out of a barrel of a gun.”

There are two possible ways for people to relate to each other, either voluntarily or coercively. And the State is pure institutionalized coercion. It’s not just unnecessary, but antithetical, for a civilized society. And that’s increasingly true as technology advances. It was never moral, but at least it was possible, in oxcart days, for bureaucrats to order things around. Today it’s ridiculous.

Everything that needs doing can and will be done by the market, by entrepreneurs who fill the needs of other people for a profit. The State is a dead hand that imposes itself on society. That belief makes me, of course, an anarchist.

People have a misconception about anarchists. That they’re these violent people, running around in black capes with little round bombs. This is nonsense. Of course there are violent anarchists. There are violent dentists. There are violent Christians. Violence, however, has nothing to do with anarchism. Anarchism is simply a belief that a ruler isn’t necessary, that society organizes itself, that individuals own themselves, and the State is actually counterproductive.

It’s always been a battle between the individual and the collective. I’m on the side of the individual.

I simply don’t believe anyone has a right to initiate aggression against anyone else. Is that an unreasonable belief?

Let me put it this way. Since government is institutionalized coercion—a very dangerous thing—it should do nothing but protect people in its bailiwick from physical coercion.

What does that imply? It implies a police force to protect you from coercion within its boundaries, an army to protect you from coercion from outsiders, and a court system to allow you to adjudicate disputes without resorting to coercion.

I could live happily with a government that did just those things. Unfortunately the US Government is only marginally competent in providing services in those three areas. Instead, it tries to do everything else.

The argument can be made that the largest criminal entity today is not some Colombian cocaine gang, it’s the US Government. And they’re far more dangerous. They have a legal monopoly to do anything they want with you. Don’t conflate the government with America—it’s a separate entity, with its own interests, as distinct as General Motors or the Mafia. I’d rather deal with the Mafia than I would with any agency of the US Government.

Even under the worst circumstances, even if the Mafia controlled the United States, I can’t believe Tony Soprano or Al Capone would try to steal 40% of people’s income from them every year. They couldn’t get away with it. But—perhaps because we’re said to be a democracy—the US Government is able to masquerade as “We the People.” That’s an anachronism, at best. The US has mutated into a domestic multicultural empire.

The average person has been propagandized into believing that it’s patriotic to do as he’s told. “We have to obey libraries of regulations, and I’m happy to pay my taxes. It’s the price we pay for civilization.” No, that’s just the opposite of the fact. Those things are a sign that civilization is degrading, that the society is becoming less individually responsible, and has to be held together by force.

It’s all about control. Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely. The type of people that gravitate to government like to control other people. Contrary to what we’re told to think, that’s why you get the worst people—not the best—who want to get into government.

What about voting? Can that change and improve things? Unlikely. I can give you five reasons why you should not vote in an election (see this article). See if you agree.

Hark back to the ’60s when they said, “Suppose they gave a war and nobody came?” But let’s take it further: Suppose they gave a tax and nobody paid? Suppose they gave an election and nobody voted? What that would do is delegitimize government.

I applaud the fact that only half of Americans vote. If that number dropped to 25%, 10%, then 0%, perhaps everybody would look around and say, “Wait a minute, none of us believe in this evil charade. I don’t like Tweedledee from the left wing of the Demopublican Party any more than I like Tweedledum from its right wing…”

Remember you don’t get the best and the brightest going into government. There are two kinds of people. You’ve got people that like to control physical reality—things. And people that like to control other people. That second group, those who like to lord it over their fellows, are drawn to government and politics.

Some might ask: “Aren’t you loyal to America?” and “How can you say these terrible things?” My response is, “Of course I’m loyal to America, but America is an idea, it’s not a place. At least not any longer…”

America was once unique among the world’s countries. Unfortunately that’s no longer the case. The idea is still unique, but the country no longer is.

I’ll go further than that. It’s said that you’re supposed to be loyal to your fellow Americans. Well, here’s a revelation. I have less in common with my average fellow American than I do with friends of mine in the Congo, or Argentina, or China.

The reason is that I share values with my friends; we look at the world the same way, have the same worldview. But what do I have in common with my fellow Americans who live in the trailer parks, barrios, and ghettos? Or even Hollywood, Washington, and Manhattan? Everyone has to be judged as an individual, but probably very little besides residing in the same political jurisdiction. Most of them—about 50% of the US—are welfare recipients, and therefore an active threat. So I have more personal loyalty to the guys in the Congo than I do to most of my fellow Americans. The fact we carry US passports is simply an accident of birth.

Those who find that thought offensive likely suffer from a psychological aberration called “nationalism”; in serious cases it may become “jingoism.” The authorities and the general public prefer to call it “patriotism.” It’s understandable, though. Everyone, including the North Koreans, tends to identify with the place they were born. But these things should be fairly low on any list of virtues.

Nationalism is the belief that my country is the best country in the world just because I happen to have been born there. It’s most virulent during wars and elections. And it’s very scary. It’s like watching a bunch of chimpanzees hooting and panting at another tribe of chimpanzees across the watering hole. I have no interest in being a part of the charade—although that’s dangerous.

And getting more dangerous as the State grows more powerful. The growth of the State is actually destroying society. Over the last 100 years the State has grown at an exponential rate, and it’s the enemy of the individual. I see no reason why this trend, which has been in motion and accelerating for so long, is going to stop. And certainly no reason why it’s going to reverse.

It’s like a giant snowball that’s been rolling downhill from the top of the mountain. It could have been stopped early in its descent, but now the thing is a behemoth. If you stand in its way you’ll get crushed. It will stop only when it smashes the village at the bottom of the valley.

This makes me quite pessimistic about the future of freedom in the US. As I said, it’s been in a downtrend for many decades. But the events of September 11, 2001, turbocharged the acceleration of the loss of liberty in the US. At some point either foreign or domestic enemies will cause another 9/11, either real or imagined. It’s predictable; that’s what sociopaths do.

When there is another 9/11—and we will have another one—they’re going to lock down this country like one of their numerous new prisons.

It’s going to become very unpleasant in the US at some point soon. It seems to me the inevitable is becoming imminent.

And lastly we have Muscular Christianity: Manhood and Sports in Protestant America, 1880-1920 by Clifford Putney

Dissatisfied with a Victorian culture focused on domesticity and threatened by physical decline in sedentary office jobs, American men in the late nineteenth century sought masculine company in fraternal lodges and engaged in exercise to invigorate their bodies. One form of this new manly culture, developed out of the Protestant churches, was known as muscular Christianity. In this fascinating study, Clifford Putney details how Protestant leaders promoted competitive sports and physical education to create an ideal of Christian manliness.

Of the three I’d pick “Why Men Hate To Go To Church” first to read as I believe David did an excellent job of explaining in detail some of the issues that we men face when subjecting ourselves to the modern day “Church”.

His book has a chapter titled “The two Jesuses”. It describes in excellent detail what we have going on in the modern church today.

Think about your church. Which Christ is presented more often, the lion or the lamb?

1. When you think of the essential nature of Christ, do you picture a mild man or a wild man? Is Christ at his core a God of comfort or a God of confrontation?

3. Other than “The Three Blessed Exceptions” (page 49) is there any time Christians are allowed to be bold, aggressive or even violent in practicing their faith?

4. Are competition and Christ compatible?

5. Do you believe who Jesus is trumps what he taught or what he did? How do you handle Bible passages that seem to contradict your understanding of who Jesus is? (for example, read what “The Prince of Peace” says in Matthew 10:34)

6. Do you know someone who feels wounded by the church? Did they leave the church over their feelings? Share their story with the group (if you can do so without gossip).

7. How can we re-introduce the Lion of Judah to our churches without causing disruption? Is it even possible? Is it a good idea? Will it bring men back?

Action item: Grab three items: a pink highlighter, a blue highlighter and a paperback New Testament. Highlight in pink all the passages in the gospels where Jesus is soft, gentle and merciful. Highlight in blue all the passages where Jesus is bold, harsh and commanding. Share your findings with the group the next time you meet.

The Intercept is keeping count of all publicly declared U.S. attacks on boats in the Caribbean Sea and Pacific Ocean.

Since September, the Trump administration has conducted an undeclared war in the Caribbean Sea and Pacific Ocean, killing scores of civilians. The Intercept is chronicling all publicly declared U.S. attacks and providing a tracker with information on each strike.

The administration insists the attacks are permitted because the U.S. is engaged in “non-international armed conflict” with “designated terrorist organizations,” or DTOs. President Donald Trump has justified the attacks, in a War Powers report to Congress, under his Article II constitutional authority as commander in chief of the U.S. military and claimed to be acting pursuant to the United States’ inherent right of self-defense as a matter of international law. The Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel has also produced a classified opinion that provides legal cover for the lethal strikes.

Experts in the laws of war and members of Congress, from both parties, say the strikes are illegal extrajudicial killings because the military is not permitted to deliberately target civilians — even suspected criminals — who do not pose an imminent threat of violence. The summary executions are a significant departure from standard practice in the long-running U.S. war on drugs, in which law enforcement agencies arrested suspected drug smugglers.

The Pentagon has repeatedly withheld information on the attacks from members of Congress and the American public, despite mounting questions from lawmakers about the legality of these deadly strikes.

So The Intercept is publishing a strike tracker documenting America’s newest war. The locations and casualty figures are drawn from information provided by U.S. Southern Command, which oversees military operations in Latin America and the Caribbean, the Office of the Secretary of War, and social media posts by Trump and War Secretary Pete Hegseth.

And this just in from Lawrence Vance from Lew Rockwell.

There have now been 25 “lethal, kinetic strikes” by the U.S. military against “narco-terrorists” in international waters who were supposedly transporting drugs to the United States. It recently came to light that the opening salvo of these strikes, on September 2, resulted in two survivors who were killed with a double-tap strike.

Many on the Left, and some on the Right, have denounced the second strike as a war crime, and called for the firing of Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth.

Rep. Jim Himes (D-CT) described footage of the September 2 strike as “one of the most troubling things I’ve seen in my time in public service.” “You have two individuals in clear distress without any means of locomotion, with a destroyed vessel were killed by the United States,” Himes added.

Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC) commented: “You don’t have to have served in the military to understand that that was a violation of ethical, moral and legal code.”

Even the War Street Journal weighed in:

The charge of deliberately killing the defenseless is serious enough to warrant a close look from Congress. Our view is that the Commander in Chief deserves legal latitude as part of his constitutional war powers. But that doesn’t extend to shooting the wounded in violation of U.S. and international rules of war. The Pentagon’s own law of war manual prohibits “hostilities on the basis that there shall be no survivors.” Such excesses will also turn the public against allowing a President the power he may someday need to defend the country’s interests quickly.

Because I often write about war, the U.S. military, and U.S. foreign policy, I have been asked my opinion about the double-tap strike.

Single tap, double tap: What’s the difference?

The uproar over the order given, supposedly, by Admiral Frank Bradley to kill the survivors of the September 2 boat strike masks the real issue: The first boat strike was an illegitimate, illegal, unconstitutional, immoral, unnecessary, and foolish act of extrajudicial murder.

Most of the Democrats and Republicans in Congress who are upset about the second strike that killed the two men care not a whit about the men killed in the first strike. Why has no one shed a tear for the men that were killed during the first strike on the boat? What about their families?

Neither the boat nor the men on it posed any threat to the United States. Not a single American had to go to bed worrying about any boat in the ocean off the coast of Venezuela. There were no terrorists. There was no boat near American territory. There was no search of the boat. There was no congressional authorization to use military force. Fentanyl—supposedly the scourge of America that results in the most drug overdoses—usually comes into the country through border crossings; the boat was supposedly carrying cocaine. There was no conviction of a crime. And there wasn’t even a crime committed. No one who loads a boat with anything who is 1,500 miles from the United States can possibly violate any American law.

When Admiral Bradley defended his actions before members of Congress, he told lawmakers that he “weighed the fate of the survivors with the understanding that the Trump administration has argued illicit drugs are weapons responsible for killing Americans, and that those who traffic them are not criminals but enemy combatants.” Bradley maintained that U.S. intelligence “showed that everyone on the boat was a ‘narco-terrorist,’ consistent with the administration’s definition, which allowed for deadly force.”

This is ludicrous. Even if the boat was loaded bow to stern with drugs, there was no crime at all. It would simply mean that the boat crews were entrepreneurs bringing products to the United States that Americans want. If illicit drugs are weapons, then Americans are killing themselves. And not just with illicit drugs. According to the American Public Health Association (APHA), “Across the United States, 40 people die each day because of overdosing on narcotic prescription medications.” There is a reason why the United States has the highest rate of drug overdose deaths in the world: Americans want to take drugs. And if they want to take drugs, who are you or I to stop them?

Regime change in Venezuela is on the horizon. Blaming Venezuela for America’s drug problem is just a ruse. Venezuela holds the world’s largest proven oil reserves. Trump’s seizure of an oil tanker off the coast of Venezuela is just the beginning. ~Lawrence Vance

It’s been obvious to me for a long time that the US “leadership” is run by psychopaths. People who will and can kill anyone they want for whatever reason they want and to hell with any kind of so called “due process”. I remember when Obama was killing people in Afghanistan just because the kids father was designated an enemy of the US.
What about all the actual criminals that were let out of prisons in South America and gifted to US from the countries involved so we would have to deal with them through the open borders policy of Joe Biden? If they multiplied at a normal population rate of 2%-3% per year using 2% as our base, they would double in population every 35 years. At 3% it would double every 20. We’ll go with the lower number because, after all, we are dealing with 2500 years of time to multiply population wise. With this understanding by the year 2525 BC they would have become a nation of 58,000. By 2490 BC they would be 116,000. Do you see where I’m going with this? By 2455 BC 232,000 by 2420 BC 464,000 2385 BC 928,000 2350 BC 1,858,000 2315 BC 3,716,000 2280 BC 7,432,000 2245 BC 14,864,000 2210 BC 29,728,000 2175 BC 59,456,000 2140 BC 118,912,000 2105 BC 237,834,000 2070 BC 456,648,000 2035 BC 951,296,000 By the time of 2000 BC we would have a world wide population of 1,902,592,000

That’s right, but the time of Jesus the “Lost Sheep of the House of Israel would have made up ONE BILLION NINE HUNDRED TWO MILLION, FIVE HUNDRED NINETY TWO THOUSAND souls.

But there is a hitch. You see, those people had a terrible habit of fighting among themselves. So with one war after another after another there was no way that the Israelite population could have become that high. My point is, that was TWO THOUSAND YEARS AGO. How many “Jews” do you suppose are on this planet today? Those who claim they are Israelites? I can’t find an accurate number anywhere but I can assure you it is in no way up into the hundreds of millions. But who is? I believe when the WORD says that Israel will be a MULTITUDE of nations, and would become a VAST MULTITUDE of people, it was talking about land areas surrounded by borders and those that inhabit them. So now with 525 years of population increase let’s consider the following:

So Who Really IS True Israel?

Yahweh provided scriptural clues for identifying Israel of old. Ancient Israel fulfilled and was identified by most of those marks. These very same clues help us identify Israel today. Listed below are five national and five spiritual aspects (out of hundreds of scriptural clues) that positively identify Israel. Ask yourself, which people do they identify today?

National Marks

• Israel would become a great and mighty nation. (Genesis 12:1-3)

• Israel would become a vast multitude of people. (Genesis 22:17)

• Israel would eventually become a multitude of nations. (Genesis 17:4-6)

• Israel would rule over other nations. (Deuteronomy 15:6)

• Israel would be blessing to all nations. (Genesis 22:18)

Spiritual Marks

• Israel would be blind to her identity. (Isaiah 42:16-19)

• Israel would be called by a new name. (Isaiah 62:1-2)

• Israel would be given a new Covenant and be saved by Yahweh. (Jeremiah 31:7, 31-37)

• Israel would be the instrument through which the gospel would be taken to all the world. (Isaiah 49:3-6)

• Israel would be the only nation given Yahweh’s Law. (Psalm 147:19-20)

Taken as a whole, these marks identify only one people - and it is certainly not today’s Jews. These identifying marks describe the Celtic, Germanic, Scandinavian, Anglo-Saxon, and kindred peoples (hereafter Celto-Saxons or maybe we should just say CAUCASIANS ): the multitude of people who became a multitude of nations, with a new covenant, and who have shared the blessing of the gospel (among other things) with the world.

Jeremiah 31:31-33 alone proves that either the Celto-Saxons comprise Israel, or Yahweh has not been true to His Word. Because Yahweh is always true to His Word (Numbers 23:19), He has made the New Covenant with Israelites. On a map, draw circles around the land masses in which true Christianity has flourished for the past two millennia, and your circles will encompass those nations primarily composed of Celto-Saxons.

Conclusion

The Prophet Isaiah spoke of a future time when “the eyes of those who see will not be blinded, and the ears of those who hear will listen, and the mind of the hasty will discern truth” (Isaiah 32:3-4). It is the purpose of this treatise to assist in fulfilling Isaiah’s prophecy in regard to the true identity of today’s Israelites. We have demonstrated and provided evidence for the following three facts:

God has a New Covenant plan for a remnant of physical Israel today.

Today’s Jews are not Israelites, but imposters.

The Celto-Saxon peoples are Israelites, the true descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. And no, posting facts doesn’t make you a ‘racist”. Facts are Facts

Maybe I was on to something with that picture that I’m just now realizing in it’s totality.

Matthew Hoover has FINALLY been released from a federal prison in Wisconsin after serving nearly three years of a five-year sentence for trafficking machine guns. He is now headed to a halfway house to serve out the remainder of his conviction.

And how did that conviction even take place? Because a LYING JUDGE told the jury that if the ATF says the piece of metal with the etching on it is a MACHINE gun then it’s a machine gun. And of course the brain dead lemmings on the jury who had no idea that a “judge” would lie, came back with a guilty verdict. I wonder if they had read this article, if they would have thought the same way? What do YOU think?

I don’t know about you, but does the picture following the definition look like a machine gun to YOU? Which goes to prove that the jury had to be full of dolts.

Matthew ran the popular YouTube channel CRS Firearms. The channels main focus was on guns and the rights of gun owners. While Matthew was running the channel, he was approached by Kristopher Justin Ervin about advertising the AutoKeyCard. The AutoKeyCard was a metal card with a slight etching of a “lightning link”. The etching was not to scale. According to Kristopher, the purpose of the card was to inspire conversations about the ineffectiveness of gun laws. Matthew agreed to take on the sponsor. A “lightning link” is a device when inserted into an AR 15 with a factory bolt carrier, and trigger assembly would allow the rifle to fire in a full “auto” mode making it illegal under the unconstitutional rights infringing NFA (National Firearms Act). It was actually making the weapon fire by causing the mechanism to malfunction.

So Matthew began advertising the card on his YouTube channel. At no time did he sell, manufacture, or own the company that produced the cards. While advertising the cards, a bank employee at the bank the company used would Google the Auto Key Card. This employee would then contact the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), believing the product to be illegal. Boy, I sure would like to know what bank that was so I can make sure I’m not doing business there! The employee should be so proud to have ratted on the owner of Auto Key Card.

When the ATF got word of the card’s existence, they would arrest Kristopher and charge him with multiple charges, including trafficking machine guns. Then Matthew would make the effort to raise money for Kristopher’s legal defense. This fundraising caught the attention of the tyrants that work for the ATF. These agents believed that Matthew was raising money for Kristopher to help him win the case, so they could keep making money. According to the ATF, this meant the two men were involved in a criminal conspiracy. See how sick in the mind these government goons are? After all they are part of the PRE CRIME unit that makes criminals out of people for POSSESSING “something”. Not committing an actual CRIME where someone is harmed, but just mere possession. After all, guns or all sizes are out running around 24/7/365 committing acts of violence!

The ATF would arrest Matthew and charge him with conspiracy and trafficking machine guns in violation of the National Firearms Act (NFA) and the Hughes Amendment of the Gun Owners Protection Act (GOPA). This arrest sent shivers down the backs of anyone who took sponsorships, because a company’s actions could be used against content creators.

During the “trial”, in the Kangaroo court run by a lying judge, these agents of the ATF admitted that they could not get the card to work as a lightning link by cutting along the lines. ATF Firearms Examiner Cody Toy admitted he had to cut outside the lines to get automatic fire. Even this was not entirely correct. The ATF did not get sustained fire. It caused a malfunction in the operation of the firearms called hammer follow, which BTW is DANGEROUS as it causes slam fire conditions, but to these tyrants working for the ATF, that was enough to determine that the card functioned as a machine gun conversion device (MCD). The government couldn’t find a single person who had the card to work as an MCD, but it claimed that it didn’t matter because the men “intended” the card to work as an MCD.

Matthew and Kristopher both were prevented from arguing that the Second Amendment protected them. The jury instructions were also bold faced lies as they were basically told that the card should be considered a machine gun, which hurt the defense’s case. It should be obvious to anyone with a brain between their ears that this piece of metal is a machine gun, shouldn’t it? (sarcasm reader! Sarcasm) There is NO confusion with these low IQ dorks that work for the ATF and their tyrannical insanity, IS THERE?

And you would never guess, but the jury actually returned a guilty verdict after a few hours of deliberation. Matthew was immediately kidnapped, ripping the father away from his wife and two small children who had to ask their mommy where daddy was day after day.

During the sentencing, the pre-sentencing report (PSR) was favorable to Matthew, citing that he had a clean criminal record and was the sole breadwinner for his family. The government “attorney”, tyrant Laura Coffer Taylor, objected to the PSR demanding the maximum sentence for Hoover. She claimed that the marriage was a sham to prevent Hoover’s wife from testifying against him, even though they had multiple children together. She wasn’t a lying sack of human excrement was she? Naaaa a real sweetheart. When AmmoLand News reported on the PSR, Taylor filed for a gag order to try to prevent them from reporting. Can you believe this outright tyrannical bull crap? Fortunately Gun Owners of America (GOA), was able to have a legal team help and the “government” AKA tyrants were forced to withdraw its motion.

Matthew and Kristopher would appeal their convictions to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. That appeal has been heard, but the Circuit Court has not issued a decision in the case. Matthew might be out of prison, but he has still is having his unalienable rights infringed on by people, with, drum roll here….GUNS!!! Yeah, and those guys get to have those REAL machine guns to mow you down as every day carry weapons (EDC) . Whether the INFRINGEMENTS on his rights is stopped is in the hands of the “judges” in that Circuit Court.

And then there is the New Grolier Encyclopedia: Khazars {kah’‑zars}

Fact is people, we have been hoodwinked! (A masonic term) For in the Bible we find that it reveals that the Khazar (Ashkenaz) Jews were/are the sons of Japheth not Shem:

“Now these are the generations of the sons of Noah, Shem, Ham, and Japheth: and unto them were sons born after the flood. The sons of Japheth;...the sons of Gomer; Ashkenaz...” (Genesis 10:1‑3)

Therefore, the Bible proves that the Ashkenaz Jews [Khazars] are not the descendants of Shem and cannot be Semite.

The New Encyclopedia Britannica, Volume 6, page 836 relates:

“Khazar, member of a confederation of Turkic‑speaking tribes that in the late 6th century A.D. established a major commercial empire covering the southeastern section of modern European Russia...BUT THE MOST STRIKING CHARACTERISTIC OF THE KHAZARS WAS THE APPARENT ADOPTION OF JUDAISM BY THE KAGAN AND THE GREATER PART OF THE RULING CLASS IN ABOUT 740...THE FACT ITSELF, HOWEVER, IS UNDISPUTED AND UNPARALLELED IN THE HISTORY OF CENTRAL EURASIA. A FEW SCHOLARS HAVE ASSERTED THAT THE JUDAIZED KHAZARS WERE THE REMOTE ANCESTORS OF MANY OF THE JEWS OF EASTERN EUROPE AND RUSSIA.”

Collier’s Encyclopedia: Volume 14, page 65 states:

“Khazars [kaza’rz], a semi‑nomadic tribe of Turkish or Tatar origin who first appeared north of the Caucasus in the early part of the third century...IN THE EIGHTH CENTURY KHAGHAN BULAN DECIDED IN FAVOR OF THE JEWS AND ACCEPTED JUDAISM FOR HIMSELF AND FOR HIS PEOPLE...”

New Catholic Encyclopedia, Volume VIII, page 173 relates:

“The Khazars were an ethnic group, belonging to the Turkish peoples, who, toward the end of the 2d century of the Christian Era, had settled in the region between the Caucasus and the lower Volga and Don Rivers...At the beginning of the 8th century, dynastic ties bound the Khazars more closely to Constantinople, which led to a limited spread of Christianity among them. They also became acquainted with Judaism from the numerous Jews who lived in the Crimea and along the Bosphorus.
