Lysander is a waste of time. Sounds good until you test it and it fails. It fails on the first page. Amendment VII is for all cases over 20 buck but you must use Bouvier Law Dictionary 1856. When reading the Constitution of 1859. The last lawful, de jure government ceased 24 December 1860 and again March 1861.

Don't shirk jury duty unless it truly harms you (I had to beg out of back to back duty one year because I HAD to work at least some part of the month to pay the mortgage).

Better yet, if you can serve on a Grand Jury.

We have has 7 Grand Juries on Oregon in the last 3 years. www.orsja.org. Didn't need lysander for any of it.

the city of Portland a subdivision of the County of Multnomah a subdivision of the State of Oregon a subdivision of the United State of Washington District of Columbia Inc have all acquiesced as that is not an Article IV Section 4 Constitutional republican form of government.
