Section 242 of Title 18 USC makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.

For the purpose of Section 242, acts under "color of law" include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within the their lawful authority, but also acts done beyond the bounds of that official's lawful authority, if the acts are done while the official is purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties.

Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute include police officers, prisons guards and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials. It is not necessary that the crime be motivated by animus toward the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin of the victim.

The offense is punishable by a range of imprisonment up to a life term, or the death penalty, depending upon the circumstances of the crime, and the resulting injury, if any. We see violations of this section every day in the US and yet no one is arrested, no one goes to jail, no one is convicted…the brutality just continues. No constitution gives, guarantees, or protects any right of any individual. No constitution is meant for any purpose other than fooling the people into a false belief that the political class is there to protect you or your so-called rights expressed by government in these bogus documents. Since everyone that I've talked to about getting rid of government always comes back to "muh roads"....let's have government for one thing. To gather the money to build and repair roads. And that would be it. We can handle the rest. The roads would be paid for with USE taxes on items that end up on the roads. Gasoline, oil, tires, car repair parts, etc.

And no, they can't make you pay for a drivers license UNLESS you are driving for commercial purposes. They can't make you get a license plate. That would be for INSURANCE COMPANIES to do. Also, insurance companies could charge for violations of road regulations. After you have agreed to follow them via a contract with the insurance company. The insurance companies can hire people to drive around and take pictures of the time and place someone violates an insurance regulation. If you want to run around without insurance on your automobile and you have an accident that is proven to be your fault (private arbitration in a contract enforced hearing) you will be PERSONALLY liable for your actions.

And just think what they wouldn't need money for! They wouldn't need it to build $300,000,000 air craft carriers. They wouldn't be able to use it to buy bombs to blow up other countries. And we need to take the money monopoly away from them via the Federal Reserve. We can pay .10cent a gallon for gas again and chicken will be .5 cents a pound. You can make a dollar an hour in silver and be able to SAVE what you have as surplus after your expenses and it won't loose value every year.

THE FIVE QUESTIONS

1) Is there any means by which any number of individuals can delegate to someone else the moral right to do something which none of the individuals have the moral right to do themselves?

2) Do those who wield political power (presidents, legislators, etc.) have the moral right to do things which other people do not have the moral right to do? If so, from whom and how did they acquire such a right?

3) Is there any process (e.g., constitutions, elections, legislation) by which human beings can transform an immoral act into a moral act (without changing the act itself)?

4) When law-makers and law-enforcers use coercion and force in the name of law and government, do they bear the same responsibility for their actions that anyone else would who did the same thing on his own?

5) When there is a conflict between an individual's own moral conscience, and the commands of a political authority, is the individual morally obligated to do what he personally views as wrong in order to "obey the law"?

Answers to the above:

1) Yes, via the "BALLOT BOX." Don't you see, the "BALLOT BOX" has mysterious powers that delegates to someone else that moral right. 2) A&B Yes. Once again the "BALLOT BOX" and it's mysterious power granted the moral right. 3) No, not without changing the act itself or once again by the mysterious power of the "BALLOT BOX". 4) Of course not. "Law" makers are protected by sovereign immunity. "Law" enforcers are protected by qualified immunity. Ask any of the black robed high priest & priestesses in any "COURT" room in the good ole US of A. 5) Any individual is NOT morally obligated to do what he personally views as wrong in order to "obey the law." Unless of course that person has agreed to let someone else give him that "right" via the magical "BALLOT BOX". Any individual is "lawfully" and/or "legally" obligated to obey the "law" due to the social contract that every individual mysteriously signs at birth.

I'm a human being and you're a human being. However, as the result of some rituals that other people did, and things being written on paper--which you don't need to understand the details of, and which you didn't need to be involved in--you now have a moral obligation to give me money and obey my commands. I'm tired of hearing excuses for the destructive nature of modern policing. No they do not protect you. Anyone who is a cop is NOT a good person. Few bad apples? No, it's the institution itself.

Cops are a violent extortion arm of a corrupt government. It's revenue collection first, the containment of minorities second, crime fighting last. Seven out of ten murders in the US remain unsolved yet in NYC over $500 million a year is stolen from the population in the form of parking tickets.

Cops won't ticket each other. Cops routinely violate the same vehicle and traffic codes they steal hundreds out of our wallets for. The police murder with impunity, as just 3% of the tiny handful actually charged are ever convicted.

We have 5% of the world's population but hold 25% of all the earth's prisoners!

If you won't see it then you're deliberately refusing to acknowledge the evidence. You're thinking emotionally (based on a lifetime of conditioning) to view the police as the good guys they're not. Wake up.

No matter how well intentioned a person may have started out, once on the job it's impossible not to see the corruption and violent behavior. Nearly all of those employed as police officers see it and do nothing. Those few who do are ruined professionally and personally by their 'brothers'.

Thus, there are no good cops. Only bad ones and silent ones who enable the bad ones. Because here's the undeniable reality; you either answer to a moral code or you follow orders. You cannot do both. Cops are people, and people need that paycheck.

You wanna disagree with that? Then take yourself off of my friends list. It's time for the public to peacefully resist this oppression with ostracism. If you're a cop, or a cop supporter...

That's an easy fix for the crime ridden black areas of the US! ...If there are one hundred thousand people living in any given "black" area, just hire 100,000 cops to be with each of them 24 hours a day! But be sure the cops are trained well so that they can be carrying their firearms in their hands at all times! And make sure they walk back to back with the citizens they are protecting so that there are two pairs of eyes looking out for bad guys at all times! Have them sleep in the home of the citizens so that will save on cost of upkeep for the officers of the "law"! Just think...if you have one at home with you, your wife and twelve kiddies, you can have FOURTEEN OFFICERS PROTECTING YOU 24 hours a day! Your police protection can take showers with you, help you cook, help you at work, baby sit and help with all kinds of activities! Heck, they can help you brush your teeth and shave in the morning! See? Simple...problem solved. Oh, and btw...there should be no issue about money to pay for this. Just let the FEDS do it since they have the power to create money, as much as they want out of thin air with the cooperation of the Federal Reserve! It's GRAND! Maybe that's why my one pound of broccoli last night cost FOUR BUCKS.

One of the issues I have is the word government. People talk like it is a living entity. First off QUIT capitalizing it. Next say things like THE PEOPLE running the GOVERNMENT. People need to focus on WHO is doing WHAT to WHOM. We are not being screwed by "the government" ..."the government" is a fiction that they have made us think is an actual entity that breaths, eats and craps. It isn't. It is like in the movie Soylent Green with Charlton Heston...SOYLENT GREEN IS PEOPLE. GOVERNMENT is PEOPLE. Typically PSYCHOPATHS that want to run other peoples lives. It is never "the State of Missouri" is at odds with the "State of Arkansas". It's Dim Jim FROM the "state of Missouri" who is at odds with Dip Shit from "the State of Arkansas" that is at odds with EACH OTHER. The STATE doesn't steal from you. The ass hats that we allow to rule over us do. Some fat ass sitting on two stools getting off working for the "state" and goes home to her fancy house in her Lexus SUV that YOU paid for because she couldn't hold down a real job no matter what it was.. is who STOLE from you. Sure she didn't pull out the gun but she had some guy down the hall who was more then willing to put a bullet in your head if you resisted that big red white and blue dick that had just been shoved up your ass. There are only a few types of REAL crimes: theft and assault. Steal something or threaten someone's life. Murder, of course, is going beyond threat and obviously is a crime. The simplest way to explain it is this...Damage someone else in their life liberty or property, you have committed a crime.

Move from point A to point B w/o their permission? Nothing wrong

Disobeying the other hundreds of thousands of government rules they call "laws" that have nothing to do with damaging someone is not wrong. You are just disobeying the state's rules, not committing a crime, you are not doing anything wrong.

But the enforcement by the state of their rules does constitute theft and assault which are crimes.

Forcibly taken into custody by armed men for disobeying their rules? Forced to forfeit your property and money? Assault and theft. Both wrong and both a crime.

Years of social engineering and psychological conditioning has created the reality the rulers want you to see. A reality that assigns non-existent authority to a handful of people to rule hundreds of millions of others and punish them for doing nothing wrong.

A reality that has convinced otherwise good, peaceful people that making their own decisions in life is wrong and criminal and that those enforcing the rules are the good guys and must be obeyed.

A reality through the looking glass where wrong is right and rights are wrong. The state is a disease that infects humanity. It is the DISEASE masquerading as the CURE.
