Nothing new in what he discovered and the IRS is still robbing us. He may have proved his case but nothing will be done.

When we have NO IRS, that will be victory.

I agree...but sometimes there are steps to victory. I was recently talking to a member of a club that belong to that had dropped his membership after 38 years. I was curious as to why he let it go. During our conversation he mentioned that he worked for the IRS in Kansas City and he said this..."Did you know that 65,000,000 American's aren't filing returns anymore?" To which I acted surprised. As more and more people become aware of how this whole system works, you will see it die on the vine. https://www.courageouslion.us/p/there-is-a-reason-they-dont-listen

Well...that's good news. I did see a website years back explaining all this and demonstrating how one could file so as to pay no tax. It was Cracking the Tax Code or something similar.

Hi!

I have known about the fraudulent income tax for many years.

Examine the 10 miles square clause in the federal constitution which should tell you plenty - See Art. 1, Sec. 8, Clause 17 = primary issue.

It's a jurisdictional issue.

Lack of jurisdiction means the lack of authority to do something.

That is the "primary" issue to argue NOT secondary issues which lead a person to lose.

State income taxes are attached to the federal unlawfully.

I will order the book.

Can be big risks challenging the income tax. Plenty have landed in jail.

The 16th amendment is about an excise tax - does not apply to most people, if not all.

He claims that the income tax is voluntary but is it?

He himself carried a gun as he worked in the criminal division.

If it is truly voluntary, why the need for a criminal division?

Why are some people landing in jail if it is voluntary?

This whole income tax craziness is about lies, deception, influence, fear, control, power and so forth.

Thank you!

Larken Rose was the big advocate of the 861 issue but that failed as Larken and his first wife both landed in prison.

If it is voluntary, then why did both of them land in prison?

Bill Benson wrote 2 volumes, which I have both, called The Law That Never Was.

It is about the 16th amendment.

This amendment is a "secondary" issue to argue, and you will lose.

The real issue (primary issue) to argue, if one must argue, is the jurisdictional issue as above-mentioned.

NO jurisdiction = NO authority to act.

There are a ton of books on the fraudulent income tax but NONE cite the 10 miles square clause.

Why is that?

I have many of them in my library.

Dave Champion is another one who argues the income tax.

Thank you!
