Meet The Late Carl Klang...
Back in my younger years while traveling around the country to different patriot type gatherings, I met Carl Klang. Carl was quite the lyricist. His songs hit home for many of us at the time. I had the fortune to have him stay at our home in Arkansas for a while due to his misfortune of circumstances at the time. He was also quite an interesting guy to have one to one conversations with.
Most of you have never heard of him but he passed at a rather young age of 66.
This from Discogs: “Carl J. Klang, III (June 2, 1953 - January 16, 2019) was an American country singer from Grants Pass, Oregon. Carl Klang's music career started in 1979 with the group Cascade Mountain Boys who recorded the album "Loggin' and Lovin'". Defining the better part of his recording career was his patriotic material from the 1990s.
He is survived by his two daughters and his wife Sunny. Sunny is such a sweet person and I’m dedicating this page to her.
I was instrumental with helping Carl get his last album produced which he recorded in Missouri with Jonathan David Brown, who has also passed. It was the album Extremist Too.
I am going to post a number of Carl’s songs on here and want to let you know that if you like some, I would like for you to Paypal a couple of bucks for a copy of any of them to his late wife Sunny. I also have copies of most of his songs, so all I have are available though me for you to get copies of in MP3 format which you can convert to whatever you want.
