Yes, stupidity is more dangerous and far more prevalent. There is the pull of the herd, a sense of safety in numbers that clearly trumps reason and question in fear-based contexts and that explains a lot. Also of course layers of lies and propaganda and attacks on health and thinking. All that and more.

And yes, they can be moved, have been, we witness it, to do clear wrong. We are watching large numbers cheer in their own enslavement. So agree.

Though this:

"The word of the Bible that the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom declares that the internal liberation of human beings to live the responsible life before God is the only genuine way to overcome stupidity."

Perhaps the love of God would have been more appropriate. Fear being its opposite and never motive for courage, always for submission. And isn't that our problem right there? Submission to 'authority'.

No, fear and God do not go together, imo.

Thanks.

"Perhaps the love of God would have been more appropriate. Fear being its opposite and never motive for courage, always for submission. " AGREED!!! I have no fear of my creator. I love that I was created to live this existence in awe and wonder! Too bad it is more in wonder than awe though. Wondering why the human race has let psychopathic control freak PARASITES run their world for THOUSANDS of years.

Indeed. If humans are not created out of Love, they are screwed. If they are, they have nothing to fear as long as they do what they can.

It's a conundrum for sure. Hopefully that tale is revealed to us - sooner than later. Best.

Christ spoke Aramaic, and in the ancient Aramaic scriptures, the word that the King James translators recorded as "fear" appears as "reverence", when translated into English (i.e., "The reverence of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom..." ~ Proverbs 9:10).

I greatly prefer my Aramaic to English copy of The Holy Bible over the King James Version, or any other version, for that matter.

When one looks up to the sky and takes in the vastness and awesomeness of the universe we almost tremble at our own vulnerability. That is what fear of God means. There are different types of fear and to assume God wants us to be afraid of him is an old fashioned propagandized sentiment against the belief in God or specifically Christianity. It is the acknowledgment of the vastness and awesomeness of God and our own vulnerability that helps put events and life in general in perspective. Our children are being groomed to be clueless and they’re training them to mask their vulnerability with arrogance and entitlement . This is dangerous and we are experiencing what we have sown. Malice has driven this and will continue to drive it until we grow a spine and stand up to it and we are going to need as much help from God as we can get. It’s not each other that’s the enemy. It’s those currently in power who are forcing their destructive agenda on us.

Since I’m not “God” I’m at odds to know what the creator dislikes the most. I’d suspect idolatry by making government a replacement for what the creator represents. So that we “vote” to put a master over us every few years in place of the creator, might be a reason for the creator to be ticked off. Do you think?

Already at the age of 19, I declared that I preferred malice over stupidity, because the latter is unpredictable. Still, as far as the servants of evil go, it makes no difference if they are paid agents, useful idiots, confused morons, or plain evil; the outcome is the same...

I happen to agree with Bonhoeffer that labor camps are evil (many US prisons are labor camps) and singling out "Jews" (there is no such thing; the Jewry is far too divided for that). The rest, not so much.

Thanks for the article.

Agreed - In fact, I was only just thinking of the next cataclysm, and how it would service our world, quite well!

Because we humans have become weak kneed Willimenas and Willies, this is our downfall. We, not all, chose to become followers, not leaders or those whom others may look up to for good reason. Our craftsmanship becomes mechanized - Nothing there, to take a bit of pride in at this point. Our minds are lead astray by those who are evil and wish to do humanity, harm. Foods are processed, leading to ill health and becoming overly, lackadaisical as we shovel in the crap and defecate the desired effects from those who purposefully, do us harm.

A catastrophe of this magnitude, would do humanity and our home, a service -

It would cleanse the earth of the filth, enrich the minds of those who were left - Assuring that we begin again, to think, be creative, love and take an interest in living life as it should be.

Blessings ~
