Many of us (most of us?) came to substack precisely because we could find writers who spoke the truth in a world of lies. I'm not sure that Gab is a better alternative, since Gab (as far as I know) does not accommodate long-form writing like this. And I've heard discussion that Gab is full of heavy right-wing nonsense. I understand this principle/this narrative. This story has been with humanity for a long long time. I keep thinking about this idea and your messages because I think about freedom and liberty all the time. They have been my quest and study my whole life. I had a daughter named Liberty.
Anyway, my mentor said many things worth noting but 2 seem relevant here. We didn't need to kill the horses to get the automobile. We just built a better product that people wanted. Second, freedom is not a cause we fight for, it is a product we BUILD. Construct rather than destroy. Once built, the other becomes irrelevant to most. Horses are still beneficial on the ranch.
Anyway, I, too, am a courageous lion, yet in a different sort of way.
Comparing ridding the world of the psychopathic control freak parasites so that the normal population would be left alone and be free to the lack of need to kill horses because automobiles were invented seems a little off apples and oranges wise.
We WERE free at one time. The encroachments have been so gradual that when people read Communism American Style, they have three choices. Realize it’s true and start working to change it. Totally refuses to consider it and just go along with it because it’s easier. The first option is what 3% of the population took against the English King. How are we going to build it? Start a community of like minded people and the control freaks will pull a Waco on you.
I know…you follow the “tip toe through the tulips” Jesus. Not the one who grabbed a “cat o nine” tails whip and beat the money changers in the temple to an inch of their lives while tipping over their tables. BYE!
If you are ATTACKED and defend yourself that is stickily defensive. I can’t in a simple analogy, go shoot you because you bought a 50 caliber rifle and live next door because you “might” use it aggressively against me. It boils down to this if you can do it as an individual without violating the non aggression principle then you can do it as a “government”. You can’t go blow up 11 people who have never actually been proven to be what you claim them to be.
Recently I was accused by an assistant pastor of a number of violations of his privacy. I was told I could no longer attend the fellowship he is a member of. My response was SHOW ME the PROOF for the accusations. So far nothing but crickets. They don’t exist. He is a violator of the 9th commandment.
That commandment applies to government agents too. They need to be transparent to us. The Vietnam “war” was started because of a lie. The attack on Iraq and Afghanistan was started on a lie. Getting my point?
Most aren't Kris.. so you aren't alone. It will take the 3% of us who are to fight to get everyone's freedom back. Remember when men like Hugh Thompson stood up against murder, he was standing up against them murdering YOU, at least in principle. .

If you want no censorship you must tolerate the "nonsense" be it left or right or up or down.
I much prefer being forced to filter on my own than some basement dwelling reddit or deciding what is fit for print.
