Which won?

It’s that time of year again here in the place most folks call Arkansas where the local parasites suck our time, energy and labor from us in the form of something they call “property taxes”. If it is MY property, how can anyone “tax” it? Well apparently it is just a given. The tax cattle line up for their yearly sheering at rates that the majority of them can afford and do so gratefully. After all, it’s those wonderful “services” that they are being extorted to pay for.

First service, according to my “tax liability” list is….drum roll…PUBLIC SCHOOLS! Yeah! I feel so good knowing that children everywhere are being taught how to become good upstanding TAX SLAVES to the very system that extorts these “taxes” from them. I’m reminded of George Carlin’s view when I think of the “public” schools.

But there’s a reason. There’s a reason. There’s a reason for this, there’s a reason education SUCKS, and it’s the same reason it will never, ever, EVER be fixed.

It’s never going to get any better, don’t look for it, be happy with what you’ve got.

Because the owners, the owners of this country don't want that. I'm talking about the real owners now, the BIG owners! The Wealthy… the REAL owners! The big wealthy business interests that control things and make all the important decisions.

Forget the politicians. They are irrelevant. The politicians are put there to give you the idea that you have freedom of choice. You don't. You have no choice! You have OWNERS! They OWN YOU. They own everything. They own all the important land. They own and control the corporations. They’ve long since bought, and paid for the Senate, the Congress, the state houses, the city halls, they got the judges in their back pockets and they own all the big media companies, so they control just about all of the news and information you get to hear. They got you by the balls.

They spend billions of dollars every year lobbying, lobbying, to get what they want. Well, we know what they want. They want more for themselves and less for everybody else, but I'll tell you what they don’t want:

They don’t want a population of citizens capable of critical thinking. They don’t want well informed, well educated people capable of critical thinking. They’re not interested in that. That doesn’t help them. that's against their interests.

That's right. They don’t want people who are smart enough to sit around a kitchen table and think about how badly they’re getting f&$#%d by a system that threw them overboard 30 f&@&@%$g years ago. They don’t want that!

You know what they want? They want obedient workers. Obedient workers, people who are just smart enough to run the machines and do the paperwork. And just dumb enough to passively accept all these increasingly shitty jobs with the lower pay, the longer hours, the reduced benefits, the end of overtime and vanishing pension that disappears the minute you go to collect it, and now they’re coming for your Social Security money. They want your retirement money. They want it back so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street, and you know something? They’ll get it. Seems like civilization as a whole had two paths that it could have followed as of about 1850. There were two well read, at least that is my understanding, booklets that were released the same year. One was “The Law” by Frédéric Bastiat and the other was the Communist Manifesto by Karl Marx. Let’s take a cursory look at the two and you decide who was right. Of course most of you already are going to say Bastiat was right, and if that is the case…why aren’t HIS precepts the guiding force of those administering government rather than Marx?

The law perverted! And the police powers of the state perverted along with it! The law, I say, not only turned from its proper purpose but made to follow an entirely contrary purpose! The law become the weapon of every kind of greed! Instead of checking crime, the law itself guilty of the evils it is supposed to punish!

The worse part is that the tax cattle vote increases on themselves and their neighbors so that they can work to pay the increases on themselves. Why does anyone think that it is MY obligation to pay for their children’s “education”? WHY?

We did something really different. We HOMESCHOOLED four sons. To do so we had to make personal sacrifices. Our neighbors didn’t come in and fill the gap for the loses we incurred for schooling them ourselves. No one said, gee Mr. & Mrs. Reynolds, we see you’re giving up a $50,000 a year job to homeschool your four children. Let’s see what we can do about getting some donations together to cover your loss. Figure that out. Four sons being homeschooled over a twenty year period times $50,000. What does that calculate out to? And that is on the low side. Currently a registered nurse, which is what my wife went to school to be, makes about $100,000 a year. But we’ll stick with the 50K just for simplicity. 50K x 20 = ONE MILLION in salary LOST so we could homeschool our four sons. Meanwhile, our neighbors vote so that we can not only pay for our children, but theirs too. And they can stay working and make that salary that we sacrificed to save our children’s minds. They can afford new cars, and a fancy house while we buy used cars and a 1960’s house. See my dilemma? See one of the reasons I get really pissed off this time of year?

Because THIS GUY WON THE BATTLE for our children’s mind and YOU and I pay for it every year when we pay the RENT on our homes. Because some local PARASITES are claiming ownership and demand at gun point that we support their COMMUNIST school system.

Yeah, that’s right. Some PARASITES are claiming to own YOUR home by forcing you at gun point to pay the RENT. Why do I say that it is being done at gun point? BECAUSE if you don’t pay the RENT the local sheriff will be called in and he and his deputies will force you out at gun point or KILL YOU if you resist. And no one sees anything WRONG with this.

The following is the FIRST PLANK.

1. Abolition of private property and the application of all rent to public purpose.

The 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution (1868), and various zoning, school & property taxes. Also the Bureau of Land Management. If you pay off your home “free and clear” and do not pay the RENT to the local taxing authorities you’ll find out who owns your home when men with guns come to force you out and get someone else in that will pay the RENT. Oh, sorry, they call it rent. We call it “property taxes”. What’s the difference if the outcome is the same? And if you look at your “property tax” bill you will note that the majority of it pays for the 10 the plank. Read on…

10. Free education for all children in government schools. Abolition of children's factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production, etc. etc.

Click on this graphic and read the booklet. It’s a bit longer than a 2 minute tictok video, but reading it will enlighten you to the way things SHOULD be vs what they ARE. It was one of the lessons my four sons had to learn when we homeschooled them. I bet NO public school in the United States has this on their curriculum.

The Complete Perversion of the Law

But, unfortunately, law by no means confines itself to its proper functions. And when it has exceeded its proper functions, it has not done so merely in some inconsequential and debatable matters. The law has gone further than this; it has acted in direct opposition to its own purpose. The law has been used to destroy its own objective: It has been applied to annihilating the justice that it was supposed to maintain; to limiting and destroying rights which its real purpose was to respect. The law has placed the collective force at the disposal of the unscrupulous who wish, without risk, to exploit the person, liberty, and property of others. It has converted plunder into a right, in order to protect plunder. And it has converted lawful defense into a crime, in order to punish lawful defense.

How has this perversion of the law been accomplished? And what have been the results?

The law has been perverted by the influence of two entirely different causes: stupid greed and false philanthropy. Let us speak of the first.
