The "Law"of The Land
No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no court is bound to enforce it. Psychopathic control freak parasites running the "government" CONTINUALLY violate it and our unalienable rights.
I realize that many of my posts are “long”. Way longer than the average attention span of most Americas who want everything to be laid down in a 30 second sound bit on Tik-Toc. Sorry…this is the way a man of 69 years deals with the reason, logic and common sense he has acquired over those years. Being divergent from the “average American” that for the majority of his life he would be considered a “felon” by the system that is being used to violate and infringe on our UNALIENABLE rights. So if you have the time read this. If you don’t…well make the time. It is going to get longer and longer as I add to it. Some of it you can legitimately skip over like the text of the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution because it isn’t going to change. Just look for the emphasized areas and the links. Those are some of the spots that the learning experiences are attached. I call them “red pill” moments. As I go through the first 14 amendments to the Bill of Rights, that is the place you will see a lot of my interjections. ~ C.L.
Sixteenth American Jurisprudence Second edition, Section 177 late 2d, Sec 256:
The general misconception is that any statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land. The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and any statute, to be valid, must be In agreement. It is impossible for both the Constitution and a law violating it to be valid; one must prevail. This is succinctly stated as follows: The General rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of it's enactment and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it. An unconstitutional law, in legal contemplation, is as inoperative as if it had never been passed. Such a statute leaves the question that it purports to settle just as it would be had the statute not been enacted. Since an unconstitutional law is void, the general principles follow that it imposes no duties, confers no rights, creates no office, bestows no power or authority on anyone, affords no protection, and justifies no acts performed under it..... A void act cannot be legally consistent with a valid one. An unconstitutional law cannot operate to supersede any existing valid law. Indeed, insofar as a statute runs counter to the fundamental law of the lend, it is superseded thereby. No one Is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it.

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them. Think about the recent court case where the state of Missouri passed a “2nd Amendment preservation act” and the Federal Court judge said it was “unconstitutional” because it violated the “supremacy clause. My question to the judge would have to be…ARE YOU KIDDING? Didn’t you ever READ the supremacy clause where it states that the LAWS HAVE TO BE MADE IN PURSUANCE to the Constitution? Go back to elementary law school you clown.
He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only. Doesn’t this compare to redrawing lines for districts so that you can get more people that typically vote for the welfare military industrial complex side of the isle aboard? Naaaa
He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their Public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.
He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.
He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected, whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.
He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands. In our current case they are doing just the absolute opposite leaving the borders wide open so that a hoard of invaders can come in to take part in all kinds of free programs. Free to them but costly to us in the inflation and other issues that follow. Like increased crime. Lack of jobs for citizens. Working under the counter causing a problem with job marketplace competition. Stealing identity. Drug dealing and gang problems. You know what I’m stating. No, it isn’t racist to insist that immigration laws are followed. My ancestors didn’t come here without having to follow guidelines set up. A country that has no borders is not a country.
He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary Powers.
He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries. I contend that the reason they don’t listen to us anymore has a lot to do with the fact that the Federal Reserve runs most everything we took for granted.
He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people and eat out their substance. Well let’s see…for starters IRS, FBI, ATF, TSA, NSA, CIA, FCC, FAA, NEA, SBA and on and on. Making up a few million bureaucrats that are beholden to those who pay their salary and it isn’t US! And most if not all of these agencies have SWAT teams to use on the mundane of the population if they don’t tow the tyrannical line. Like for instance SWAT teams sent to Amish farms who sell whole milk that hasn’t been “approved” by Uncle Scam.
He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.
He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil Power.
He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:
For quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:
For protecting them, by a mock Trial from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:
For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:
For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent: Most taxes we pay we never consented to. Most were placed on us by past generations that were sleeping. Did you ever consent to paying “property taxes”? Did your “representatives” vote for them? I know that they may be increased by a vote for schools, which of course just means that 51% of the voters consented if they are increased. I never consented to having more of my substance taken from me by force. Did you?
For depriving us in many cases, of the benefit of Trial by Jury: If you read the 6th Amendment it is pretty obvious it is there to protect the right of trial by jury. And yet the “supreme” Court has decided that if the crime ONLY carries 6th months of time in a cage that you can’t insist on having a jury trial. So you get to go to court for some BS “petty crime” and face a taxpayer paid judge while being prosecuted by a taxpayer paid prosecutor who is allowing the testimony of a taxpayer paid “law” enforcement officer to be the witness against you. Seems to me there just might be a small conflict of interest, don’t you think? We the people don’t get to have any say in that “trial”. Maybe it should be considered to be a rogue court.
For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences: The won’t go so far as to transporting us beyond the seas but they will put crap like forcing you to defend yourself against some innocuous “crime” in a state that is far from your residence to wear you down and bankrupt you like they did to Matthew Hoover.
For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies:
For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments: The list for this is endless. Just look at the violations of the 2nd amendment!
For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.
He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us. Naaa the “war on drugs”, the attack on Ruby Ridge over a cut off shotgun, the attack at Waco Texas on the Branch Davidians…no wars there! More war on OUR rights is what it is!
He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people. Not quite as bad, but Ruby Ridge and Waco do come to mind.
He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation. I wonder some time WHY they are letting all these military age men into the country by the millions. Do you suppose maybe they are going to arm them up and tell them it’s OK to go after us? DO YOU SUPPOSE??
He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.
He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions. The burning of cities and the murder of innocents by those calling themselves Black Lives Matter or Antifi come to mind?
In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.
Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our British brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. “Our Sacred Honor”
The signers of the Declaration of Independence live on.

It's almost July 4, and you know what that means: It won't be long before you're reading an e-mail telling you all about the men who signed the Declaration of Independence.
Trouble is, much of the information flying around the Internet isn't reliable. Just ask Boston Globe columnist Jeff Jacoby, suspended last year by his bosses for a column on the signers, the gist of which had been zipping around on the Internet.
So, for the record, here's a portrait of the men who pledged "our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor" for liberty 225 years ago: I guess this was written a while ago as it is now 247 years since 1776 ~C.L.
Fifty-six men from each of the original 13 colonies signed the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. Nine of the signers were immigrants, two were brothers and two were cousins. One was an orphan. The average age of a signer was 45. Benjamin Franklin was the oldest delegate at 70. The youngest was Thomas Lynch Jr. of South Carolina at 27.
Eighteen of the signers were merchants or businessmen, 14 were farmers, and four were doctors. Twenty-two were lawyers — although William Hooper of North Carolina was "disbarred" when he spoke out against the king — and nine were judges. Stephen Hopkins had been governor of Rhode Island. Forty-two signers had served in their colonial legislatures.
John Witherspoon of New Jersey was the only active clergyman to attend. (Indeed, he wore his pontificals to the sessions.) Almost all were Protestants. Charles Carroll of Maryland was the lone Roman Catholic.
Seven of the signers were educated at Harvard, four at Yale, four at William & Mary, and three at Princeton. Witherspoon was the president of Princeton, and George Wythe was a professor at William & Mary. His students included Declaration scribe, Thomas Jefferson.
Seventeen signers fought in the American Revolution. Thomas Nelson was a colonel in the Second Virginia Regiment and then commanded Virginia military forces at the Battle of Yorktown. William Whipple served with the New Hampshire militia and was a commanding officer in the decisive Saratoga campaign. Oliver Wolcott led the Connecticut regiments sent for the defense of New York and commanded a brigade of militia that took part in the defeat of General Burgoyne. Caesar Rodney was a major general in the Delaware militia; John Hancock held the same rank in the Massachusetts militia.
The British captured five signers during the war. Edward Rutledge, Thomas Heyward, and Arthur Middleton were captured at the Battle of Charleston in 1780. George Walton was wounded and captured at the Battle of Savannah. Richard Stockton of New Jersey never recovered from his incarceration at the hands of British Loyalists. He died in 1781.
Thomas McKean of Delaware wrote John Adams that he was "hunted like a fox by the enemy — compelled to remove my family five times in a few months …". Abraham Clark of New Jersey had two of his sons captured by the British during the war.
Eleven signers had their homes and property destroyed. Francis Lewis's New York home was razed and his wife taken prisoner. John Hart's farm and mills were destroyed when the British invaded New Jersey, and he died while fleeing capture. Carter Braxton and Nelson, both of Virginia, lent large sums of their personal fortunes to support the war effort but were never repaid.
Fifteen of the signers participated in their states' constitutional conventions, and six — Roger Sherman, Robert Morris, Franklin, George Clymer, James Wilson, and George Reed — signed the U.S. Constitution.
After the Revolution, 13 signers went on to become governors. Eighteen served in their state legislatures. Sixteen became state and federal judges. Seven became members of the U.S. House of Representatives. Six became U.S. senators. James Wilson and Samuel Chase became Supreme Court justices. Jefferson, Adams, and Elbridge Gerry each became vice president. Adams and Jefferson later became president.
Five signers played major roles in the establishment of colleges and universities: Franklin and the University of Pennsylvania; Jefferson and the University of Virginia; Benjamin Rush and Dickinson College; Lewis Morris and New York University; and George Walton and the University of Georgia.
Adams, Jefferson, and Carroll were the longest surviving signers. Adams and Jefferson both died on July 4, 1826, the 50th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. Carroll was the last signer to die — in 1832 at the age of 95.
Thankfully, their ideas live on.

So, now we have to ask ourselves…DID THESE 56 MEN go through all of what they did to give us our current crap broken system that VIOLATES the major precepts of the Constitution as well as those laid down in the Declaration of Independence to the point that both documents for all intents have been made null and void? If there are no TEETH, what good is any of it? It’s an unfair fight when it’s one man or woman against a standing army. And who really wants to be a martyr? Some of us may not WANT to be….BUT!
I know that if you made it this far you may be waiting for the “punch line”. My next installment on this will deal with the Constitution itself and then the part of it that the psychopathic parasites crap on the most. The Bill of Rights. And the REASON they crap on it the most is because of two places in the Constitution itself that are being ignored and were crapped on big time in 1913.
Article 1 Section 8: To COIN Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;
and Article 1 Section 10: No State shall…coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debs; …
Those two Articles along with the Militia were the major lynch pins that held the whole thing together. Without the States INSISTING on the Gold and Silver Coin the Federal government was tasked to providing they wouldn’t be able to have ANY debts paid. Can any of you, in your lifetime remember paying ANY state owed debt in Gold and Silver Coin???

And while I agree, whole lion-heartedly, with the post, One must have an expectation that conducting oneself in opposition to such a law before court challenge, may result in YOU conducting said challenge and having to defend against prosecution. I'm not saying don't rebel. Just be ready for tyrants to defend their unjust laws to your detriment.
I have wanted someone to do this: to show where this “president”/dictator is going against our Constitution and Declaration of Independence. Thank you for your hard work and persistence to do this!! Maybe one day and hopefully soon, this administration will be deposed.
