Jury Nullification ? Well written!

No wonder we have so many non violent or otherwise innocents ending up in metal cages!

And the Randy Weaver slaughter, the church in Waco TX with the moms & several dozen babies slaughtered and the ATF / Brian Malinowski slaughter - with no official ending up in prison for life, now that's a total injustice travesty.

The 10th amendment was all about jury nullification and States rights.

It should be shared far and wide too. https://tenthamendmentcenter.com/report/

As I recall, the Tenth Amendment speaks of State's Power and it was the ninth amendment that speaks of unenumertated Rights. The simple fact that organized criminal organizations in every local municipality continue to do "business as usual" with the lower classes of society. Satanic eugenicist do not respect any laws or personal boundaries, and I'm beginning to believe when they refuse to take no for an answer, they make peaceful revolution impossible.

It's good to see that D&B hasn't scrubbed all of their federal government corporate data yet. Although it looks like details are now behind a paywall.

Thanks for reminding me of that!

It's significance is subtle, but explicit at the same time.

A paywall? I didn’t have to go through one. Or is that the next layer that I haven’t been to yet?

When I tried to drill down into the details it said that was for subscribers only. Details such as contact and other info.

absolutely. I thank the freedomistas years ago for making me aware of this. A juror has the right to judge not only the facts of the case but the right to exercise their own conscience. Are the charges just?

Is the penalty far out of proportion to the alleged crime? Was there even a crime? By what right are these charges even brought by the state?

As it was intended. One case I know of where jury nullification was applied was the O.J. Simpson trial Even though the evidence was overwhelming, the black jury found him not guilty. That stems from the tribal mentality and the belief that it is “white man’s law” that I was witness to during a human relations meeting in my highschool years. Where the act of getting caught was the sin, not the act itself. Black kids, back in the 1970’s at least, I don’t know about today were taught that violating a law, say against shoplifting was OK to do, as long as you don’t get caught. I witnessed first hand a black juvenile shoplifter get hit by his mother, literally knocked off the chair he was sitting on, followed by the statement “I’ll teach you to get caught!” I was a store detective at the time. I was even told by one shoplifter that he was only guilty of getting caught. They looked at it as “white man’s” law, so it was OK to violate it. I’d say that is also the reason so many of them are career criminals and the jails are disproportionally, population wise, filled with them. Is this a racist comment? I don’t really care what someone thinks of it. IT’S my experience being relayed.

Excellent compellation of complaints against the existing Babylonian stautory system operating OUTSIDE of OUR common law. The only problem is that without the the state militias, we have no teeth. I see no other recourse but to plan on the next step which many of us are doing which will be the war of the flea.
