Today's champions of tyranny -- and the victim disarmament which is a necessary condition for the advancement of any enduring tyranny -- have been busy for some years attempting to demonize the term "militia."Thanks for reading Hear Me Roar - Jus Meum Tuebor!
If you give a control freak a reason to be more of a control freak he’ll love you. I think they will use the no paramilitary training laws to end public firing ranges. It’s amazing how much people don’t get the mass killings in the past and that it could happen. The U. of Hawaii Democide project is a good resource. https://hawaii.edu/powerkills/welcome.html
I read and commented on your 2A essay previously. This I would like you to take a closer look at: "One may note that school shootings did not begin until after the passage of the Gun Free School Zones Act in 1990. " Actually the major connection is SSRI meds. Not the Gun Free School Zones Act. That wouldn't have deterred anyone BEFORE that date either. Check out https://www.lewrockwell.com/2022/07/mark-reynolds/the-ssri-connection-to-suicides-spontaneous-murder-and-mass-shootings/
You did indeed, I should have checked. I was aware that drugs play such a part in the mass shootings, and I had noticed that the shooters were all on some psycho-active drug, legal or illegal.
I mentioned to a liberal co-worker about the school shootings starting after the gun free school zones act and he said that there were no guns in schools back then and there were not school shootings, which got me thinking. For one thing the high schools were full of ww2 vets as teachers, and there was not a law against it. In the rural elementary school I went to it would have been unthinkable not to have a shotgun at least for animals, rabid dogs, whatever, and it would not have been controversial - everyone had a shotgun at home at least. (I know that my high school principal had been a pilot in ww2. Did he have a 45 in his office safe? I have no idea.) Nevertheless his point was well taken, there have been so many changes since back then. Most kids had two parents, went to church, society was just in better shape. Regarding that, you would not "arm the teachers," you would just not ban concealed carry in the schools as the minority so inclined should be adequate. What really bothers me is that it seems that they want the school shootings to continue, no doubt for the sake of communism. Regarding mass shootings, this from the Chicago Tribune of all places is interesting:

The Christian Armenians killed, were murdered by the jewish, "Young Turks." The Holodomor, was conducted against Christian Kulaks, by jewish Bolsheviks. Namely, Kagonovitch and Yagoda. This was after the jewish Cheka, murdered at least another 10M Christian Russians, in the late 1920's. Mao, trained under Israel Epstein, and other jews, at China's equivalent to Yale, in the 1930's. he was funded by Rothschild. The "Holocaust," never happened, and if I said that in 18 nations, jewish Bnai Brith, Chabad and ADL sorts would have me put in prison. Even, if I just questioned the ever changing number. ALL the mass genocides, including Pol Pot, were conducted by, funded by, and sponsored by jews.
Just thought I would clarify. I would put in citations, but once you mention "the jews" on SubStack, most normies begin to shake uncontrollably, and refuse to click links.
Well said. The natural, God-given right to arm and defend ourselves, our family, and our community is as necessary to the security of a free state today just as much as it was 250 years ago, or as it ever was for that matter. The beauty of the 2nd amendment is that they purposely chose to use the word "arms" which entails ANYTHING that one might wish to use to "arm" themself with. The idea was that anything an army might use would also be available to the citizenry. There is no distinction, neither stated nor implied, in the 2nd amendment.

Well said, indeed. Long live the Second Amendment.
