You're right; I'm seeing red right now. The next person who tells me how free we are in this country may get punched right in the nose. If I can control myself not to strike the idiot, I will certainly tell them they no one is more enslaved than the moron who thinks he's free.

I'm not easily frightened, but this article scares me half to death. Lord, I'm glad I'm old. THEY (The Hierarchy Exploiting You) aren't even trying to hide it anymore.

The out of control government tactics are working. Meaning, putting fear into average everyday citizens. Earlier today I ordered a book online titled “Resistance to Tyranny” after seeing it mentioned in a separate article’s comments section. Right after I placed the order I immediately thought I will probably show up on a government watch list since I also purchased an AR earlier this year. It’s sad that my mind went to that after simply protecting myself and family and educating myself. I am their enemy.

My wife has said that she worries since I'm a political activist that I would be raided like Trump was over some bullshit charge and for that reason she won't let our grandson spend the night because of her fear. It really infuriates the hell out of me that she would even have to think something like that. John Ross was literally harassed by ATF agents for selling a BOOK at gun shows. Ever read "Unintended Consequences?" The premise behind that books main story line actually has the feds concerned that it were to take place their place as the bully would be reduced to worm food. It's also the reason they went after Jim Bell for his essay "Assassination Politics" because the thought of that coming about makes them shit their drawers.

If it’s not tyranny that drives the thoughts of citizens to take drastic actions like not allowing grandchildren from being in the house for fear of a raid, then I don’t know what is. It’s either that or terrorism. Probably both. But they have the badges and “authority”, so it’s all on the up and up. BS.

I’ll have to read “Unintended Consequences”. Thanks for your great posts.

Very good book. After reading it I purchased several copies that I gave to some friends and family members. I no longer worry about being on "a list". I am most likely on may such lists managed by various government agencies. Perhaps that is what has kept them away, confusion.

This is just a murderous extension of the policy of lawfare, whereby "the process is the punishment", only in this form, it's essentially cold blooded murder committed by our federal government stormtroopers.

They've been doing this for some time now.

https://myriadmike.substack.com/p/the-feds-are-back-to-their-murderous

They know that these people could be arrested, in any number of ways, that don't result in their deaths, but they unilaterally choose the method that ensures their death. Hence, that is "the message"- we will kill you.

They don't want charges, and trials, and juries, they want dead suspects. They did this same shit with many of the Jan. 6'ers; Conducting these unnecessary, heavy handed, overly militarized SWAT style raids of people that they know represent a most miniscule chance for violence.

They could pick them up at their grocery store parking lot while they are putting stuff in their car, and know that it's perfectly safe to do so, and they INSTEAD choose the early morning SWAT raids.

And it isn't just the ATF, it's the FBI, US Marshalls, and coming soon- The now Nationwide "Capitol Police" forces, under the command of the Speaker of the House! How's that for some first rate Stasi secret police tyranny!?

Unfortunately, this is going to continue until it becomes too costly for the cops used in this manner, or people start going to prison over it.

A point that I have been making for some time now is: Where is it written, that people are just supposed to submit to pre-dawn SWAT raids? Are we, as citizens, supposed to just accept that anytime they want, they can just raid our homes, and arrest us at gunpoint? Especially now, that SWAT'ting is a thing? When cops get the wrong address on warrants, and do this to the completely wrong people as well. I don't remember ever signing a document, that says that "anytime they want, Feds can just break in my front door, and swarm into my house, and I'll just naturally comply with their commands, even though I have no reason to expect this occurrence".

There are reasons why we have warrants, and summons, and process servers, and it isn't so that we can all be treated like we are terrorist cells, and the only way we can arrested is with a dozen armed men at 4:00 am, using a battering ram and flash bangs.

We live in an era of home invasions. The first person through my front door is going to die.

The affidavit states he purchased 142 firearms from 2019 to 2023. That averages out to 2.36 guns per month during a 60 month period. I'd say many gun collectors may buy two or three a month. And then get bored of a few and sell them. Such a crime!

So much for the prohibition on establishment of a registry. Anyone who thinks all those 4473s and background checks just evaporate is seriously deluded.

Abolish the storm trooper ATF. The Founding Fathers would be up in arms (literally). Why is it that every federal department (and their agencies) are armed-- not just armed, but auto rifles, drones, etc.? Why is the Post Office boosting their number of armed employees? Why is the IRS hiring thousands of new agents, to be armed and trained in combat? It is painfully obvious that our government is planning a war with us (in addition to the on-going war with bioweapons). When will American citizens stop the government treating us as enemies of the state? Latest estimates are that there are almost 1 billion firearms possessed by American citizens. Every month about I million guns are added to the citizen armory. Do the feds really want to push the citizens into overturning this tyrannical government?

If you do some resereach into psychopathy you will find that one of their traits is that they believe they are invincible. That they can suffer no harm. And with that way of thinking they will most likely push Americans over the edge. Just look at what they did to Bryan Malinowski. His possible "crime"? Selling firearms with the permission of the master class. A few more incidents like that and maybe John Ross' "Unintended Consequences" will become a real life possibility.

This was also a "message" to the governor of Arkansas. She is not sufficiently deferential to her betters. The dead guy is just collateral damage. What difference does it make now?

The governor of Arkansas has within her power to ability to kick the feds totally out of the state of Arkansas, reinstate the first 13 words of the 2nd amendment AND THEN what are the alphabet asshole agencies going to do?

Think about this Jason T...

With Notes of Reference to the Constitution and Laws of the Federal Government of the United States and of the Commonwealth of Virginia, as the “true palladium of liberty.” In addition to checking federal power, the Second Amendment also provided state governments with what Luther Martin (1744/48–1826) described as the “last coup de grace” that would enable the states “to thwart and oppose the general government.” Last, it enshrined the ancient Florentine and Roman constitutional principle of civil and military virtue by making every citizen a soldier and every soldier a citizen.

Get the whole story here: https://www.courageouslion.us/p/those-forgotten-and-ignored-13-words

The commerce clause of the United States Constitution has been totally twisted and distorted way beyond the Founding Fathers intention. It's time that either the states reign in the out of control feds or WE DO.

The ATF and the government have been out of control as pointed out by the references in the article. I remember when Waco was happening, why didn't the agents simply wait for Koresh to go into town, which he frequently did, to arrest him. After the massive government fuckups at Ruby Ridge, they were looking for a splash of positive publicity. They couldn't have been more wrong. Recently, the glaring difference in the way the government handled the top secret papers between Biden and Trump, proves they have not learned a damn thing. They STILL couldn't be more wrong.

I've long believed most anyone serious about their freedom needs to start standing to. For those unfamiliar with the term it's what happens in the military, waking before daylight and making ready to face the threat. Might as well make insomnia work for you.
