With so many examples of the tyranny, despotism, and cruelty of this nation -- toward its own citizens, but mostly blatantly toward those considered "enemies" -- it was only after Sep 11 that I knew. I really knew then that if the people of this country did not wake the FU after that obvious fraud, we were doomed.

The brutality, the cruelty, the murder, and violations of natural rights (over which a revolution was fought and won here) imposed on those who had absolutely nothing to do with that attack would one day be turned against the people of this country. That is simply the way the universe works.

Yet the people of this country cheered -- if they took the time to even notice what "their" government was doing. Millions of casualties in places most could not find on a map if their lives depended on it. Did they care? Department of "Homeland" Security? The U.S.A. P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Act? All eye-watering violations of such basic natural rights as to constitute an absurd joke. Yet, the "American" people believed an absurdity, which meant they could tolerate atrocities. Against others and themselves.

So here we are today. As Whitehead points out, 1st amendment? 4th amendment? 5th amendment, all essentially gone.

To Susan Daniels' assertion that this is the country that Biden built. Sorry, Susan, but this is the country that "Americans" built. Over decades. They built it by willingly tolerating the violations of other nations while tolerating -- and supporting -- the violations of their basic natural rights at home. For "safety" or whatever the F excuse they gave themselves.

No. Americans "built" this. Because what goes around...comes around.

Great article, Mr. Mark!

I occasionally hear the bureaucrats briefly mention the Constitution when it somehow benefits their argument. Otherwise, they treat it like a joke or something to poke fun at. You are right! The US was sold down the river long ago.
