CONSTRUCTIVE FRAUD
Today, I’m going to lead this one off with a song by the late Carl Klang.
It is titled “Why The Banksters Keep Us Dumb”. It was written in the mid 1990’s and shows you just how ahead of his time Carl was.
Now I’m going to add this information because I am convinced we have found the NEXUS, the connection between the jurisdiction that the District of Criminals claims they have over us.
This may be new to you, as to a good degree it is to me, but it could be the way out of our mess by understanding that it is through CONSTRUCTIVE FRAUD we have waived our unalienable rights. Which is sort of problematic since UNALIENABLE rights can’t be waived. They can’t be taken. They can’t be sold. THE WORD means
HOWEVER, they may be “impossible” to take away or for us to give them up, but they CAN be infringed upon. And that IS one of the issues. Are our rights being infringed upon? Is it possible that without your knowledge and over a possible objection that you may have put yourself into a class of citizenship that is the nexus that connects us to the violations of “statutory law” that are used to conveniently get us convicted and put in a cage for doing so? At the age of 14 aren’t you considered to be a child in the eyes of the “law”? Can you legally sign a CONTRACT that is used later in life TO connect you to “laws/rules” that the contract binds you to? How about this…since they are now being issued to NEW BORNS…that didn’t even SIGN the contract… their parents did! No one has the right to sign a contract that is binding on them by another person.
What are you getting at Mark? Well, the SOCIAL SECURITY card appears to be the WRITTEN part of the agreement to be a 14th amendment US citizen that goes along with it! Now, OBVIOUSLY you could also claim to be a DUAL citizen. One of the District of Criminals (Washington, D.C.) and one of the “state” which you “live” in. In my case, Arkansas. But there is a problem. The problem is the CONFLICT that can be caused by being a dual citizen. For it seems that the District of Criminals citizenship binds you to specifically perform in ways that violate your UNALIENABLE rights as a human being and as a citizen of the state you reside in.
For instance, “they” claim that they have “jurisdiction” over you under the NFA (National Firearms Act). That act OBVIOUSLY violates the second amendment and it was OBVIOUSLY passed knowing it did so because if you look into it, they couldn’t outlaw the weapons in questions so they decided to just tax them at such an exorbitant rate for the time that no one could afford the tax.
Then look at the Federal Reserve Act which took the power of the purse away from We The People and through their machinations were able to bankrupt the country so that Franklin Roosevelt could claim bankruptcy and conjure up a scheme to make EVERYONE a “United States Citizen” via the “Social Security Act”. The earlier Social Security cards that were issued said Social Security System. And ironically enough SSS is the letter that the Bible translates the “666” from. Hmmmm….and the fact that it is obvious to anyone who looks that Article 1 Section 10 and Article on Section 8 are in direct conflict with the Federal Reserve Act! HOW CAN THAT BE without constructive FRAUD? THE RIGHT of the people to pay state debts according to Article 1 Section 10 has been FRAUDULENTLY stolen from them by that act! And the ABILITY to PAY with the gold and silver coin that the section says SHALL to, has been FRAUDULENTLY removed because it isn’t available to use because the violation of Article 1 Section 8!
As I reveal in There Is A Reason "They" Don't Listen to Us Anymore once they can control the “money” supply, and can create all that they want out of thin air, we really DO NOT have an say in what goes on anymore. And without the MILITIAS which are NECESSARY for our FREE state of existence, well, you can see where we are today.
Speaking of which I will note: Referred to in modern times as an individual’s right to carry and use arms for self-defense, the Second Amendment was envisioned by the framers of the Constitution, according to College of William and Mary law professor and future U.S. District Court judge St. George Tucker in 1803 in his great work Blackstone’s Commentaries: With Notes of Reference to the Constitution and Laws of the Federal Government of the United States and of the Commonwealth of Virginia, as the “true palladium of liberty.”
In addition to checking federal power, the Second Amendment also provided state governments with what Luther Martin (1744/48–1826) described as the “last coup de grace” that would enable the states “to thwart and oppose the general government.” (See WHY we need our state Militas back? ~C.L.)
Last, it enshrined the ancient Florentine and Roman constitutional principle of civil and military virtue by making every citizen a soldier and every soldier a citizen.
This following information that was sent to me by one of our readers in Oklahoma is what prompted me to do this post. It was in reference to the post I made about the 1934 National Firearms Act and how they thwarted the Constitutional infringement with some BS about the “interstate commerce clause” being used to INFRINGE on our right to keep and bear arms. He also sent me a copy of a recent LAW that was passed in Oklahoma that pretty much nullifies ANY Federal infringement on the Right to Keep and Bear Arms…Funny how they use the Constitution and twist it to their ends and expect us to follow right along with their infringing acts.

You need to back up a few years to the problem, the NFA only applies to citizens of the federal government and has nothing to do with the 2nd amendment. These rules are for Washington D.C. which is not a part of the United States...
Per article 2 of the Oklahoma Constitution you can clearly see that there are "citizens of this State" then you can see according to the Supreme Court that the 14th Amendment created a new type of "citizen", a citizen of the federal government, aka "Resident" that does not participate in the Rights that are enjoyed under "State citizenship" and that there absolutely, is a definite distinction between the two. Also take note as to which class the registration/tax is constructed around... this is not a matter of semantics!
So you need to ask yourself, does being a citizen of the federal government actually benefit you, or are you settling for a second class citizenship just because you didn't know there was a difference??

Soooo…if you didn’t KNOW the above posted information and no one TOLD you there were two distinct classes of citizenship, and you had no way to determine the difference because of the fact you weren’t told or taught, WASN’T IT DONE that way TO KEEP YOU FROM KNOWING? And isn’t that CONSTRUCTIVE FRAUD?
And isn’t the FRAUD being foisted on us when we get a “state” drivers license, which they say we HAVE TO HAVE or ELSE you get fined, have your automobile confiscated (stolen) and may end up arrested and in a cage, AND they DEMAND a SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER to issue it to you? And aren’t we being lied too when we open a bank account and they want a SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER?

Us letter writers from the land down under - Terra Australis - have been smashing them with our living testimonies in the form of an affidavit for fraud for months! Have sent my LTA’s to the UK, Attorney Generals, Treasury, Land Titles, bank and Council. None rebutted. If unrebutted, stands in truth at law. Have written a letter for my nephew asking for onus of proof of contract for tolls. He holds no contract with them so that will remain unrebutted too. My family holds bloodline connection into our land, so they have been for years presenting themselves as the highest authority in our land. The British and fraudulent government are corporations that have never treatied with the original people and the originals have never ceded their land to any foreign power and they know it. The old queen knew it and now more and more people are awake and learning thanks to the CV19 bullshit and lockdown we endured. Many of us started researching and digging as well as assembling and voicing our truth all over this land. The policy enforcers (aka “the police”) sprayed, bashed and issued their paper fines. These men and women work for a U.S. corporation as paramilitary. They are not true peacekeepers of the people or for the people. Many of the “real” policemen/women resigned in droves and we are left with newbies who know nothing and those older ones who didn’t - their time will come to face the people who know the truth about the fraud that happened.
