Us letter writers from the land down under - Terra Australis - have been smashing them with our living testimonies in the form of an affidavit for fraud for months! Have sent my LTA’s to the UK, Attorney Generals, Treasury, Land Titles, bank and Council. None rebutted. If unrebutted, stands in truth at law. Have written a letter for my nephew asking for onus of proof of contract for tolls. He holds no contract with them so that will remain unrebutted too. My family holds bloodline connection into our land, so they have been for years presenting themselves as the highest authority in our land. The British and fraudulent government are corporations that have never treatied with the original people and the originals have never ceded their land to any foreign power and they know it. The old queen knew it and now more and more people are awake and learning thanks to the CV19 bullshit and lockdown we endured. Many of us started researching and digging as well as assembling and voicing our truth all over this land. The policy enforcers (aka “the police”) sprayed, bashed and issued their paper fines. These men and women work for a U.S. corporation as paramilitary. They are not true peacekeepers of the people or for the people. Many of the “real” policemen/women resigned in droves and we are left with newbies who know nothing and those older ones who didn’t - their time will come to face the people who know the truth about the fraud that happened. We know we have unalienable rights and hold the power of our land.

Because of fraud, we should all seek damages against this corporation in civil court. That appears to be our recourse. Whether or not we owe taxes to the IRS is another question. What do we do about the fact that we are being attacked by our DOD? I thought warfare worked kind of like a dance competition. They served us with covid/jabs and lockdowns. They served us by deliberately poisoning the environment and sabotaging our food supply. Now we're supposed to serve them back, and after we serve them back: It's On!

I COMPLETELY agree. It cost me alot of "fiat currency" ($189.00), but I have a treasured copy of Dr. Edwin Vieria's 2 volume treatise on the Federal Reserve's FRAUD against The People and how the 2nd Amendment was meant to protect us from gov't, not necessarily each other. "Pieces of Eight - the Monetary Powers and Disabilities of the Constitution of the United States". A heavy lift, as it is 1800+ pgs of legalese and deep policy examinations; but the crux of the matter is that Fiat Currency IS a tax upon the people and theft of their LEGAL property: their wages.

The Constitution demands that all direct taxation be apportioned EQUALLY throughout the entire population of the LEGAL citizenry if there needs be for a direct tax.

Taxation must also depend upon PROFIT for it's application. Since the current system of taxation of wages is a direct tax on the individual, but it is GRADUATED according to income, then it is UTTERLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL on it's face. Secondly, and not marginally, when a person works for a wage, and the person/corp/company pays that individual a fair wage for his time/talent/knowledge/ effort/work, THERE IS NO PROFIT involved in the transaction. It is a direct trade: 8 hours work for 8 hours pay.

I am so grateful you brought this out for people to think about, because you are right: WE ARE GETTING SCREWED and we have been since Senator Nelson Aldrich gathered his banker buddies at Jekyll Island (1909) to write the framework of the Federal Reserve Act...and in 1913, it was "declared" passed, when IN FACT, it lacked the 2/3 majority of States agreement on ratification.

I have REPEATEDLY harped...QUIT FEEDING THE PIG...
