AND the people that decide how much property tax you have to pay look at your house from the outside, not knowing how much or IF, there's damage that would devalue said house to below what they say it's worth. If you want to fight their valuation it takes an act of God to get it lowered.
Or worse yet, if YOU pay money to remodel the house and put nice siding on, nice windows, tile the bathrooms and kitchen, replace cabinets...THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY to charge MORE rent.
