“Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed; as they are in almost every kingdom in Europe. The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of the people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any band of regular troops that can be, on any pretence, raised in the United States. A military force, at the command of Congress, can execute no laws, but such as the people perceive to be just and constitutional; for they will possess the power, and jealousy will instantly inspire the inclination, to resist the execution of a law which appears to them unjust and oppressive.” ~~~~ Noah Webster
“Since WE, THE PEOPLE have lost control of our Presidents, Congressmen, Senators, Judges and other tax consuming public servants it is without question that they have become unruly, careless, lazy, irresponsible, arrogant, rebellious, wasteful, inefficient, obnoxious, domineering, abrasive, violent, malicious, unfaithful, unpatriotic, abusive, inept, incompetent, dishonest, deceitful, spiteful, repulsive, diabolical, disrespectful, counterproductive, vicious, parasitic, shameless, contemptible, villainous, tricky, unstable, crude, harsh, callous, infernal, dangerous, uncooperative, unresponsive, corrupt, lawless, dictatorial, expensive—and yet you may wonder —
WHY WE NEED THE MILITIA BACK?!!
What do those first thirteen words say… A WELL REGULATED MILITIA BEING NECESSARY TO THE SECURITY OF A FREE STATE…
It has been proven obvious that WITHOUT the militia those administering government have undermined the SECURITY of a free state with their capricious “laws” that define a crime as something they concoct out of their demented minds. Not a REAL crime with a victim, but one where the law enforcement growth industry can grow and thrive due to its existence. Where lawyers, judges, prison guards, law enforcement officers have a continual source of revenue to increase their coffers and the coffers of the entities they “work” for.
“There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws.” ~Ayn Rand
Think about it, wasn’t it tax resistors who gave us the Declaration of Independence? Who fought and won the war for Independence and that gave us the Constitution for the united States of America and the Bill of Rights? We The People have been experiencing history repeating itself because political outlaws, clones of the likes of King George have used propaganda and lies to conduct a clandestine revolution so that our Lawful Constitutional form of government has been subverted into a Feudalistic Socialist political system!
Those men that presided over the birth of our great nation would be proud of anyone who is standing up against the current tyrannical system that has been strapped around our necks! Political criminals calling themselves Judges, Prosecutors, FBI, CIA, IRS, ATF , and FDA agents who have harassed, prosecuted and jailed many true patriotic Americans! Compare them to the “multitude of officers that have been sent out to harass our people and eat out their substance” from the Declaration of Independence. The current administration has gone so far off the deep end that they are now using the FBI directly against political opponents, as in the case of the raid on Donald Trump’s home.
It needs to be understood that we have been inundated with masses of lies and propaganda concerning the Militia. Politicians, bureaucrats, beneficiaries of government and major media have been decrying the Militia for over two decades. To the point that the word Militia has a stigma attached to it of such a degree that most folks think of it in a NEGATIVE way rather than the way the Founding Fathers had intended. And what you have to realize is the REASON they bad mouth it, is because they don’t want anyone interfering with their racket. Most politicians are criminals who use deceit and deception to legalize theft of the money and power from the people they claim to represent. Bureaucrats are the people who trade their souls for the security of a paycheck and benefits that the average working man has no access to. And the Militia is a threat to those who lie to us for a living in the mass media.
Yes, the Militia would be a threat to people who have given us the trillions in supposed federal debt, (Tell me what the debt is IN and I’ll send you 100 pounds free of charge and even pay shipping costs.) over 100,000 dead in no win wars in Vietnam, Korea, Iraq, Afghanistan as well as places they don’t even mention like Laos and Cambodia. They gave us Waco and Ruby Ridge and now they want to arm the IRS and send them out to rob and steal for the banksters that give us nothing but worthless fiat currency for our labor. And they want to steal it back from us. The only reason for taxes on the federal level is to make you THINK the so called money has value. Men and women who would join the voluntary militia know that the way our present government is being run is not lawful or Constitutional! If our Constitutional Republic were to be restored men and women of the Militia would form grand juries and indict the criminals that have been robbing us blind since at least 1913! We would form LAW ENFORCEMENT groups on the county level to hold violators of oaths of office accountable.
"The writers of the constitution knew exactly what they were doing when they wrote in Article I Section 10 paragraph 1 'No state shall... make anything but gold and silver coin a tender in payment of debts. ' People able to barter with gold and silver coin control government and are free. Loss of the right to trade in gold and silver coin enslaves people to the creators of psychological 'money.'":
-Merrill Jenkins, Sr., Money - The Greatest Hoax on Earth
We have had and still have TRAITORS to the Constitution at every level of “government”.
Some history on the Militia and its start with the fact that the Magna Carta is still part of our very foundation in liberty. Let’s go back eight hundred years where we can read about the people of England and their form of government. You see, the people were all serfs because the king claimed ownership of all the land. Isn’t the system we live under any different today? Do not those administering “government” claim ownership over our land and force us to pay them RENT every year in the form of “property taxes”? Isn’t that the exact understanding of the 1st plank of the Communist manifesto? Abolition of all rights to private property and the application of all rent (property taxes) to public purpose? The system I am writing of is called feudalism. Most of the kings we can read about were despotic and evil psychopaths. In the early twelve hundreds the people were slaves to a king so abusive that his own administrators, the Barons, decided the something had to be done. King John was a political tyrant and criminal, who had total control of the law and was free to use and abuse the people any way he felt the urge to. King John was accountable to no one. And as with all tyrannies the king had his hired enforcer killers keeping the people in a state of fear. (CDC? FDA? CIA? ATF? IRS? FBI?) The Barons knew the king was an outlaw and they had to intervene somehow.
They also knew that King John wasn’t going to approve of any effort to limit his powers. They also knew he would charge them with treason if they were found out. So those who accepted the risk had secret meetings to discuss what to do about this problem. These men were true patriotic Englishmen because they gave their allegiance to their country rather than to the king and his lackeys.
The Barons put together a law designed to control the king and his administrators. They identified the law as MAGNA CHARTA – THE GREAT CHARTER OF ENGLAND.
The Magna Charta aka Magna Carta was taken to King John and they demanded he agree to the terms and sign it. The Barons told him that he would sign it or they would go to war against him. Well of course the king refused to sign and there was a war. The Barons defeated King John’s army and he was captured. The Barons held King John at the tip of a sword and ordered him to sign the document. He signed and the Magna Carta became the new TWO LAW governmental system. Statutory Law and the Common Law. Common law is for the people and statutory law is for everything else.
The Magna Carta was a law that made the king and his government a servant of the people and the people became the masters. The people were to control the king and government. This was a radical departure from what had been for hundreds, no maybe thousands of years. Over the centuries man kings and beneficiaries of government have tried to subvert the Magna Carta. It was 1215 A.D. when King John signed it and this is still the Great Charter of England. Historians record forty four times since 1215 A.D. that the people of England had to bring political criminals and their government back under the law. There were twenty three times the people had to use force of arms to enforce the Magna Carta. The people actually beheaded one of their kings because he refused to obey the law.
After over close to eight hundred years that two law system is still working for England. Compare that to the many one law systems that have come and gone. The USSR was a one law political system that fell apart after less than seventy five years. The political criminals, who had control of the USSR controlled the law. In England to this very day the Magna Carta gives control of the law to the people. Currently England is having another effort being made to disband from the Magna Carta which is why they are being disarmed by the government. The government doesn’t want an armed uprising of militia members to force them back into compliance.
In the USA we HAD a two law form of government as it was in England but we have a group of political criminals working to subvert our form of government into a one law system as it was in the USSR. The founding fathers of our two law system, gave us some advice we have forgotten. They told us “Eternal vigilance is the price of Liberty”. The Waco murders, the murders at Ruby Ridge and the thousands of “gun control” laws on the books are evidence of our failure to maintain the system given to us with their blood and tears. Political criminals in the Executive and Judicial branches now exercise almost total control of our law.
It is ironic that our country was created because the people of England had let their guard down and didn’t pay the price for liberty. The people of England suffered under the kings violations of the law in the colonies. You have to remember, in 1775, King George III was the king of the British Empire and the American Colonies were part of that empire. The English Parliament was our Parliament and the British army was our army. The people in England didn’t help their countrymen in the colonies when the king became a criminal. King George III was violating the Magna Carta and the victims of his violations reacted by throwing tea in Boston Harbor and other anti tyrant activities. The people of Lexington and Concord started to accumulate gun powder and shot which they were storing in Lexington. The colonists were preparing to defend themselves from the kings enforcers which was a right secured under the Magna Carta.
King George and General Gage were political criminals in rebellion to the LAW. Gage ordered confiscation of the powder and shot which was armed robbery against the people of Lexington. When the soldiers marched across the bridge into Concord they were met by LAW ENFORCEMENT!
The men of Lexington and Concord became law enforcement as they protected their property from an organized crime syndicate called out by King George III! The soldiers were hired killers whose minds had been taken over by lies and propaganda they believed.
So now the punchline…
Those COLONISTS WERE LAW ENFORCEMENT enforcing the LAW against CRIMINAL OUTLAWS and they were the MILITIA!!
The Waco murders, Ruby Ridge and all the UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAWLESS LAWS are evidence that the Legislative, Executive and Judicial branches of “our” government are in rebellion against the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. When King George III violated the law the Militia was the last line of defense for the enforcement of Magna Carta. IF THE MILITIA WAS THE LAST LINE OF DEFENSE FOR MAGNA CARTA on April 19th 1775, then the MILITIA must be the last line of defense for the Constitution and Bill of Rights as you read this! If there is a last line of defense, then there must be a first line of defense for Magna Carta, our Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
Referred to in modern times as an individual’s right to carry and use arms for self-defense, the Second Amendment was envisioned by the framers of the Constitution, according to College of William and Mary law professor and future U.S. District Court judge St. George Tucker in 1803 in his great work Blackstone’s Commentaries: With Notes of Reference to the Constitution and Laws of the Federal Government of the United States and of the Commonwealth of Virginia, as the “true palladium of liberty.” In addition to checking federal power, the Second Amendment also provided state governments with what Luther Martin (1744/48–1826) described as the “last coup de grace” that would enable the states “to thwart and oppose the general government.”
WE THE PEOPLE ARE THE MILITIA and we need to act as LAW ENFORCEMENT to get back to our founding government of the The US Constitution and The Bill of RIGHTS.
The key phrase here is IN PURSUANCE THEREOF…
So that my friends is WHY THE MILITIA!
“Then there are those bastions of liberty in the pro-gun crowd who question why anyone would want to own an AK-47 or any other of those dastardly “assault weapons”. They contend there is no ‘legitimate’ reason to own one. Let me make this as simple as I can: I own a legal AK-47 and several other assault weapons so I can assault the tyrant who seeks to deprive me of my rights granted by my creator, or any other criminal who attempts to take that which is mine, or harm me and those I love. Simple enough?” ~Michael Gaddy See this too: Courage and Guns.
“Gun owners who claim they are totally against ‘registration’ of firearms have no problem in registering themselves as gun owners. Most egregious is their paying the state to bestow on them the rights they already possess as free men.
If the true purpose of the Second Amendment is to provide the means to resist a tyrannical government, where is the logic in begging and paying that same government to allow us to possess the weapons to protect ourselves from their tyrannical pursuits? Groveling at the feet of tyrants is no reflection of courage.
Not only do concealed carry permit holders place themselves in a database available to all bureaucrats whose goal is to disarm everyone, they place themselves in the database of all law enforcement agencies. How convenient it must be for the cop who runs your drivers or vehicle license number to immediately know you are armed, what you drive, where you live, and in some cases, what type firearm you have.” ~Lew Rockwell
“Can anyone seriously contend that the Founders, who had just expelled their British rulers mostly by use of light arms, did not want the individual farmer, blacksmith, or merchant to be armed? Those individuals would have been killed or imprisoned by the King’s soldiers if they had relied on a federal armed force to protect them. In the 1700s, militias were local groups made up of ordinary citizens. They were not under federal control! As a practical matter, many of them were barely under the control of colonial or state authorities. When the 2nd Amendment speaks of a ‘well-regulated militia,’ it means local groups of individuals operating to protect their own families, homes, and communities. They regulated themselves because it was necessary and in their own interest to do so. The Founders themselves wrote in the Federalist papers about the need for individuals to be armed. In fact, James Madison argued in Federalist paper 46 that common citizens should be armed to guard against the threat posed by the newly proposed standing federal army. Today, gun control makes people demonstrably less safe — as any honest examination of criminal statistics reveals. In his book ‘More Guns, Less Crime,’ scholar John Lott demolishes the myth that gun control reduces crime. On the contrary, Lott shows that cities with strict gun control — like Washington DC — experience higher rates of murder and violent crime. It is no coincidence that violent crime flourishes in the nation’s capital, where the individual’s right to defend himself has been most severely curtailed. Understand that residents of DC can be convicted of a felony and put in prison simply for having a gun in their home, even if they live in a very dangerous neighborhood. The DC gun ban was no joke, and the legal challenges to the ban are not simply academic exercises. People’s lives and safety are at stake. Gun control historically serves as a gateway to tyranny. Tyrants from Hitler to Mao to Stalin have sought to disarm their own citizens, for the simple reason that unarmed people are easier to control. Our Founders, having just expelled the British army, knew that the right to bear arms serves as the guardian of every other right. This is the principle so often ignored by both sides in the gun control debate. Only armed citizens can resist tyrannical government.” ~Dr. Ron Paul
jury of peers. peers understand when a crime has been committed. today juries are "selected" for compliance to the narrative
Hey, Lion, I just shared this today on my page. WELL DONE, GRYFFINDOR!
