Wouldn't ANARCHY Be Better Than What We Have Now?

Poppycock you say; humans cannot live without governments. Who would build roads, who would make ‘laws,’ who would give everyone ‘free healthcare,’ who would protect you from harm, who would fight constant wars of aggression, who would lockdown the country when someone got the flu, and who would fill the prisons with those who never harmed another? Who would tax you (steal from you) to supply the things you illegitimately desire that should only be the responsibility of each individual? All aggression is immoral and wrong, so all those sanctioning aggression at the hands of government as proxy, are in essence, committing aggression themselves. So what would REALLY happen if there were no parasite class ruling over us? Would we descend into total chaos? Where every man/woman would be a law unto him/herself? If all people are desperately wicked, why would you want someone who is desperately wicked ruling you? Think about this…I understand the word “Anarchy” to mean without rulers. But does it really mean WITHOUT RULES? If you look into the 1828 Noah Webster dictionary’s definition you’ll find, “Want of government; a state of society, when there is no law or supreme power, or when the laws are not efficient, and individuals do what they please with impunity; political confusion.”

The current definition is pretty much the same except they have added that anarchy is synonymous with chaos. Now, let’s break this down critically. First “want of government”? Don’t we have an ability of SELF rule? To be our OWN government? You can’t convince me that it is because of “laws” and the police that we aren’t running around committing robbery, rape and mayhem all over the place because if we were so desperately wicked how hard would it be for a few of us to set up an ambush and get rid of any police that may be hindering our wickedness?

Think about this, how many “laws” are on the books that do nothing but enrich the pockets of the parasite class? Why would there be a “law” against growing an herb that you find enjoyable to smoke? Well, I’ll tell you why…from a first hand experience. Someone close to me was arrested and booked for the heinous crime of having such a small amount of marijuana that when it was tested NONE was left. The result? A $1500 fine for that innocuous act. WHO profited from that situation? Why, of course, the parasite class of the “law enforcement growth industry.” And the end result wasn’t $1500. It was plus $10 for “book keeping” of each payment made. I don’t remember the exact total but it was over $1600. If that young man was making $20 an hour he had EIGHTY HOURS of his life stolen from him—that he can never recover. Some parasite enslaved him for 80 hours. Over THREE DAYS of his life were stolen from him that some PARASITE profited from.

Did the “law” stop my acquaintance from smoking the weed? NO? Why not? Well because he felt it was wrong, which it is, in that he should have the right to decide what he puts in his own body. As long as there was no victim, why should such a “law” even exist? Again, to enrich the parasite class. The class that offers no services and no products. They just live off the sweat and tears of the producers of goods and services.

Let’s go on…”when there is no law or supreme power”. Folks, there is ALWAYS law. It is the “law written on our hearts.” It is the LAW that you are told there is no excuse to disobey or to claim you are ignorant of it. if you are a man, you can’t rape a woman and say, “Gee, I didn’t realize that it was wrong to do that.” It is the COMMON LAW or as some call it, NATURAL LAW, which is understood to be basically DO NO HARM! No harm, no crime. What we have TODAY is a bastardized version of law called “statutory law”. Where legislatures make up decrees and pass them into “law” and basically suck the blood out of the working and producing class. Where you can be caged, fined, or even murdered and not have committed any act that harmed anyone. With COMMON LAW, there is no excuse to rob, rape or murder. But there may be an excuse to be able to own what you want, do what you want and go where you want as long as you harm no one in the process. So would such a society be an anarchy?

Convince me that where there is “no law or supreme power” that the average person living his life today is going to start robbing, raping and stealing. WOULD YOU? I know that I would become an enforcer of COMMON LAW immediately if someone in my neighborhood devolved into a common law violator! Even in a total anarchist society there will be sheep dogs protecting the sheep. And anyone who thinks otherwise is really not thinking it through. Seriously?

Next part of the definition, is “or when the laws are not efficient” NO LAW is efficient! The law against murder doesn’t stop murder! It only places a penalty into existence for the act of murder. Be it the death penalty or a lifetime in a cage which really enriches the law enforcement growth industry when I read the “cost” per year of keeping someone caged that should have had a 10 cent .22 round shot through their head. “LAWS” that make innocuous acts a crime are crimes in themselves! They make a victim out of the perpetrator. Take this for instance: you are caught with an “unregistered” short barrel rifle. That would be a rifle that has less than a 16” barrel. You are tried by a jury of your peers (that’s a laugh) and found guilty. The penalty? Up to a $250,000 FINE and 10 years in a CAGE for the NON CRIME (where’s the victim?) of having possession of a rifle with less than a 16” barrel and having not paid a $200 tax stamp! And the “law” OBVIOIUSLY violates the “supreme Law of the land”, the US Constitution where it says SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED! Oh, and doesn’t it violate THIS??? 8th Amendment US Constitution Bill of Rights: “Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.”

I ask you, is a $250,000 fine for not paying a $200 tax an EXCESSIVE FINE? Is not 10 years in jail for the mere possession of an inanimate object that you haven’t paid a $200 tax stamp on a cruel and unusual punishment? Do you HAVE to be a critical thinker to figure this one out or at least an elementary school graduate? I mean REALLY? No one seems to notice. No one seems to care.

And finally, “individuals do what they please with impunity”. THAT WILL NEVER be the case! And never has been the case! If you VIOLATE the COMMON LAW and damage someone else, there will be repercussions, even in a society based on NO RULERS.

So, my conclusion based on my reason, logic and common sense would be that to get back to COMMON LAW would be the step that would place us in a state of ANARCHY which would mean that we would have no rulers placing rules on us called laws that were in any way shape or form a violation of your freedom to do whatever you want as long as you didn’t harm anyone.

In that state NO ONE could force me to pay for their kid’s education. I will concede that there must be some way to pay for the roads. So if you want the roads paid for, simply tax items that use the roads. Tires, oil, gasoline, repair parts, sales of the car that is going to be used. Maybe set up a system of tolls where the funds are used ONLY for those roads. Use common sense! And don’t use the proceeds for some other non related project. That is about my extent of government. We will have our miltias back, well trained and protecting us on a day to day basis wherever one is at. For the SECURITY of our free state of existence. We won’t need the police running around collecting revenue from the citizens for traffic violations. As a matter of fact, insurance companies could work that out. That is another subject.

What we need is simply FREEDOM to do whatever we want, go wherever we want, live wherever we want, own whatever we want and as long as we harm no one, we can’t be considered a criminal. HOW HARD IS THAT? Would that REALLY be anarchy? Well, I guess according to that 1828 Websters dictionary, yes, it would be.

Oh, and as for the “political confusion” part of the definition? When has there not BEEN political confusion? EVER?

Let’s figure out a way to starve the parasite class so that they have to join the ranks of producers of goods or services. WHO besides themselves, NEEDS them?
