I am new to this group and this topic probably has been discussed before. You can google search when was propaganda made legal in America, then the definition of propaganda. It's amazing how it describes the source of our problems and why we are unable to effectively counter the lies and frameup jobs against Trump and those that support him. Propaganda is the most dangerous thing we have to contend with because people will not believe anything, even the truth when proven. But the lies make more sense to them. The administration that got propaganda legalized says a lot too. Our current problems all start to make sense. Now to deal with the propaganda monster that was unleashed on us!!!

You know what it's like when you hear or see someone make the wrongest decisions possible? You wish you could be there to tell him/her how stupid the decision was and how far-reaching and long-lasting the damage was certainly going to be, but you can't. People will make stupid decisions and say stupid things and there's nothing we can do about it.

I've had that sinking feeling a few times in my life, but none more than when I first heard G. Bush tell us he was invading Iraq (illegally, of course, but he didn't say that ), when I heard he had signed the Patriot Act, and I had a similar sinking feeling when I heard Trump "invite" people to DC on 6 January. I knew as sure as the sun would rise that the establishment would use any demonstration of that type as an excuse to do pretty much what they did; i.e., turn a nothing into a something. That they would sic the entire justice system on people who attended, using the "indefinite detention" provisions in the Patriot Act, took me by surprise. That we have not found a way to release these people from prison is even more surprising.

We seem to be watching what happens when a dying empire turns on its citizens in order to keep itself alive and in power. It remains to be seen how bad it will get for us in the coming months before the election, but one thing appears to be certain: "they" will, under no circumstances, relinquish the power they worked for decades to obtain; they will do "whatever it takes" to retain the reins of power they so dearly crave.
