“Anarchists did not try to carry out genocide against the Armenians in Turkey; they did not deliberately starve millions of Ukrainians; they did not create a system of death camps to kill Jews, gypsies, and Slavs in Europe; they did not fire-bomb scores of large German and Japanese cities and drop nuclear bombs on two of them; they did not carry out a ‘Great Leap Forward’ that killed scores of millions of Chinese; they did not attempt to kill everybody with any appreciable education in Cambodia; they did not launch one aggressive war after another; they did not implement trade sanctions that killed perhaps 500,000 Iraqi children.

In debates between anarchists and statists, the burden of proof clearly should rest on those who place their trust in the state. Anarchy’s mayhem is wholly conjectural; the state’s mayhem is undeniably, factually horrendous.”

Just to clarify "horrendous " - After we had beat Japan and it was clear that the war with them was over, we - in some sort of killing frenzy - fire bombed ( Kurt Vonnegut describes Dresden when it was fire bombed if one want's some of the gory details - people jumping into the water to escape the fire and heat and the water was on fire. Bricks on building foundations so hot that touching them would scald someone. And then, try breathing in extremely heated air......) 57 of the largest Japanese cities. Cities full of civilians - children, women, men, the elderly..... 57 treated just like Dresden......That's the US of A doing that.

Even the people in charge commented that they should have been treated as war criminals.

And, the beat goes on..........the only thing we have learned from war is how to kill more and more people, more effectively. Well, what would one expect when all of one's life force is focused on doing so....... What would happen if we really focused on Peace ????

The truth warrior who opened my eyes to the tyranny of all government and the solution of peaceful anarchy is the great Gary D. Barnett. Here's his brilliant essay on the topic ...

He single handedly convinced me to stop voting for someone to rule over me.

Gary just sent me a personal note wondering how I’ve been. He and I don’t see the solution the same way. I see the solution as a violent one which has been the way it has been since the beginning of time. He sees some sort of peaceful one. Great guy! I can tell you that! I’m looking forward to meeting him the next time he comes to Arkansas to visit some family. I vote for one reason. To vote AGAINST anything that they are trying to pass that makes me more of a slave. As for candidates? I leave them all blank.

The way government arose as protection from predation is unchanged. Too few people of character who want self rule in honorable privation. A small militant group with it's own ideology of power rides rough shod today under guise of law. No one fights back strong enough to stop it. In fact they vote government after government in for protection from being ridden roughshod. Are they wrong wanting a law based public order to protect them? As bad as things are, would no restraint on might makes right operate well when backbones are absent? Revolutions fail for the reason governments fail. Psychopathology is 1 in 10 people. Most likely unless we have a strong character we cannot govern ourselves in a mixed multitude absent a deeply shared value system not based on pecuniary emulation.

The problem we run into is the Tories in America who have never known or believed in freedom at all. They’ve always known that they were subject to the king, lord of the commonwealth. Our lawyers , judges, and politicians all hold British titles. The USA is a foreign corporation.

Bravo! Well explained here. No random coincidence that the word anarchy has gotten such a bad rap. Those who profit from deceit an deception don't want the average human to know what it really means and implies. I am not a bit ashamed for my claim to be an anarchist in the real meaning of the term and applaud any effort to wake people up to reality.

An eye for an eye works for me...

The "Do No Harm" policy applies here as well.

If you steal, lose a hand.

If you take a life that is not in self defense, you forfeit yours.

If there were consequences for crime instead of 3 hots and a cot, I think the recidivism rate would be much lower if not non-existent.

Why isn't Austin Metcalf's name in the headlines instead of the wannabe thug that murdered him? Do no harm?!?

I just read your comment again and have this to add? WANNABE thug? No wannabe there! He IS a thug. And thugs should always garner hundreds of thousands of dollars for their defense. Murderers family is looking at $453,283 currently. Sickening that there is ANYONE that would support that slime.

Except for: "If you steal, lose a hand." How about Biblical restitution? If the item is unrecoverable vs recoverable.

Leviticus 6:2-5 covers situations in which the stolen property is restored, plus one fifth of the value. Also of note in this passage, the restitution was made to the owner of the property (not to the government or any other third party), and the compensation was to be accompanied by a guilt offering to the Lord. The Mosaic Law, then, protected victims of theft, extortion, fraud, and negligence by requiring the offending parties to make restitution. The amount of remuneration varied anywhere from 100 to 500 percent of the loss. The restitution was to be made on the same day that the guilty one brought his sacrifice before the Lord, which implies that making amends with one’s neighbor is just as important as making peace with God.

Doesn't this seem a little more humane? A person missing a hand may become a burden to society. And what if the reason the theft took place was similar revealed in the Celtic Tune Fields of Athenry? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zr1rzSSMsac

The ones who steal in my area are already a burden to society and usually have no way of making restitution. It would only take a couple of one handed thieves to send a message to anyone else considering risk vs rewards

I don’t actually know if it could ever be possible to return the USA to a free society. I figure the only possible chance of it happening is the day when all people not only stand as one, indivisible, ignore the governments, and walk in and remove them to start from scratch based only on the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Here in “the land of the free” the entire system is flawed. It cannot be necessarily named communist as the communist societies do not even have as many laws. A panel of people were hired to count all the laws on the books and after about 40 days gave up, claiming that it cannot be done. There are so many ridiculous laws now that nearly every person breaks one or more laws every day but, are not even aware of it.

People have been brainwashed into thinking that government is necessary. They claim they would then fear everyone. If you do not fear government and law enforcement now, you really have no idea how it all works. Those entities are not there for your protection. “Serve and protect” means serve and protect the cabal. Originally, police had only one purpose, to catch and return runaway slaves. The gang should have been abolished along with slavery instead of trying to find legitimate alternate purposes. Mark, the states you and I live in have an awful habit of placing police along the interstate to stop vehicles having out of state tags. If the person has drugs or money, it will be seized and the person arrested and charged with trafficking. Of course the seized money is kept for the organization or divided by the thugs equally. If drugs is found, they are sold back into circulation in order to further uphold their faulty purpose. One story comes to mind… a few years back an elderly gentleman was passing through I-40 in Tennessee headed to Arkansas with a substantial amount of cash to purchase a vehicle. He was stopped, searched, and all his cash seized. It took several years and an extreme amount of attorney fees to finally get himself cleared and get his money back. That is nothing short of gang thuggery.

The entire system is faulty when it is really observed. Firemen love fires and therefore will set fire. Doctors love illness and will make people chronically ill by any means possible, including but not limited to bribing the food manufacturers to use toxic ingredients. Law enforcement love crime and have very clever ways of creating crime to enrich and justify their existence. Believe in the Justice system? Then you are a fool. Anyone who is arrested and accused of a crime, guilty or not, will be punished much worse if they do not confess to the crime. That is not Justice but, only thuggery. Of course it is not told on the local news but, many people who risk their lives to make it to “the land of the free” soon return voluntarily to where they came from due to all of the crazy laws and jacked up legal system.

"Christian" anarchy* rejects our God and Creator's dominion mandate to His subjects over government and society, per Romans 13:1-7 and related passages.** As such, it's biblically seditious.

You cannot reject His commission and claim to be His subject, because to reject His commission is to reject the One who gave it - it's that simple!

I’m not suggesting “Christian” anarchy. I’m just suggesting plain ol’ pagan rock worshipping anarchy. Even though after studying the words of Yahshua, I’ve come to the conclusion HE was an anarchist through and through. Rejecting mans pretend authority for the authority given HIM by our Father Yahweh. The new covenant is all about grace, not works. The KINGDOM OF YAHWEH is WITHIN us. We the “church” need to reveal that Kingdom and take dominion through the great commandment of LOVE YAHWEH WITH ALL YOUR BEING and LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF. That means we won’t try him and shoot him under the new covenant if he works on the sabbath. AWAKE O’ ISRAEL. PUT OFF YOUR SLUMBER AND THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE…for out of ZION comes your deliver, in the year of JUBILEE!! YAHWEH REIGNS!! https://soundcloud.com/user-96621491/13-mark-reynolds-yahweh-reigns
