Yeah, Lion, YEAH.

You know I'm down. So... what to DO is where I am now. There are many possibilities... And I believe, whole-heartedly, that WE SHALL PREVAIL.

I used to hate "the elite" but after the past 3 years I see them in a new light. The "elite" are a necessary evil. What if the "elite" are simply playing the role of "the adversary"? Like the role of Satan in the Book of Job or Mr. Slugworth in Willy Wonka. Both characters were under complete control of a God figure and their role was to present challenging moral situations to teach spiritual lessons. I think we all hate to admit that without an "adversary" we would become stagnant beings. Just as a spoiled child who is given everything they desire without having to work for any of it, they usually become the most wicked, incompetent, morally corrupt people.

What if "the elite" simply plant negative ideas in our minds and we collectively can create that idea into reality with our imaginations or we can reject their ideas and instead focus our imaginations on creating "beauty for ashes".

Do "the elite" actually do any of the acts of killing, poisoning, stealing or do they simply set up the scenarios to make it possible for US to do those things to EACH OTHER? For example, did Bill Gates actually give anyone a toxic vaccine or toxic medications or did doctors and nurses do those things? People also had free will to not allow themselves to be injected. Did society do enough to help protect the vulnerable? Do world leaders who order wars actually slaughter innocent lives and destroy cities or do the soldiers do those heinous acts?

Who is more culpable, the order givers or order followers?

Who actually clamoured for the crucifixion of Christ, Pilate or the people?

Is the government inherently evil or is it simply a reflection of the current state of collective morality? Essentially, we have the government we collectively deserve. We can look back and see that as morality declined so did the quality of our government. Trump is a spoiled, petty, narcissist reality TV star and now we literally have a bumbling idiot as our president and a cackling stoner as VP. Hmmm. What does that say about the state of morality?

What if the solution to society's problems is as simple as taking personal responsibility for our actions instead of blaming "the elite" or claiming "I was forced" to do something.

Another hint is in the Rolling Stones song Sympathy for the Devil, "Who killed the Kennedys? When after all it was you and me".

The devil is our mind (materialism) and Christ is our spirit that are in constant battle with each other.

So, in my humble opinion, we do need "them" to challenge our beliefs and transform into higher beings. I now see "them" as a personal trainer. I abhor the vile ideas they present, but without the fake "pandemic" I never would have grown up. For that I am thankful.

Interesting and mostly a correct point of view from my way of thinking.

I'll address some of what you say and we can go from there.

You: "Do "the elite" actually do any of the acts of killing, poisoning, stealing or do they simply set up the scenarios to make it possible for US to do those things to EACH OTHER?

Me: Are we actually doing it to each other? No, there is a group of ENFORCERS in between us and the elite. Made up of psychopaths or those who are borderline psychopaths that lack self leadership to go against the orders they are given.

You: "For example, did Bill Gates actually give anyone a toxic vaccine or toxic medications or did doctors and nurses do those things?"

Me: Yes, it is obvious that it was doctors and nurses who had been injected with false teachings at the medical schools that caused a mind set in them to "believe" they were doing the "right thing".

You: "People also had free will to not allow themselves to be injected. Did society do enough to help protect the vulnerable?"

Me: No, society failed because as a whole society believes the false superstition of "authority" and as the religion it has become didn't realize what they were doing was actually against their own interest.

You: "Do world leaders who order wars actually slaughter innocent lives and destroy cities or do the soldiers do those heinous acts? Who is more culpable, the order givers or order followers?"

Me: I've been saying it for years. The order FOLLOWERS are the major issue. They are the true criminals when they PERFORM the criminal acts.

You: Who actually clamored for the crucifixion of Christ, Pilate or the people?"

Me: It didn't matter what the people wanted. What really mattered is who performed the ACT. The soldiers that killed Christ are the ones who are the culpable ones in the end result.

You: " Is the government inherently evil or is it simply a reflection of the current state of collective morality? Essentially, we have the government we collectively deserve. We can look back and see that as morality declined so did the quality of our government. Trump is a spoiled, petty, narcissist reality TV star and now we literally have a bumbling idiot as our president and a cackling stoner as VP. Hmmm. What does that say about the state of morality?"

Me: The actual GOVERNMENT of the United States is the US Constitution. Those sworn to uphold it are the agents we have to deal with. Since most of them IGNORE their oaths of office and since positions of power seem to attract PSYCHOPATHS, ( https://courageouslion380.substack.com/p/problem-psychopathic-control-freaks) I'd say the current situation is that NORMAL people won't take the reigns away from these bastards by whatever means necessary. We just want to be LEFT ALONE! https://courageouslion380.substack.com/p/i-just-want-to-be-left-alone

As for your other religious based beliefs, they are fine for you.

You: What if the solution to society's problems is as simple as taking personal responsibility for our actions instead of blaming "the elite" or claiming "I was forced" to do something.

Me: THAT IS THE SOLUTION. Self leadership. Understanding the simple rule of DO NO HARM. You can never be forced to do something. Even if someone is holding a gun to my head and telling me to shoot someone with the gun in my hand, I can ALWAYS refuse and give up my life to the universal truth of DO NO HARM. If fast enough, I would have EVERY right to turn my gun on the one wanting me to do harm to another.

I didn't kill the Kennedys. The lyrics have a major error in them. As for the "devil" being our mind and materialism? I think not. And the spirit of truth that resides in my being is not at battle within my mind with one another. I accept who I am and know that who I am is not perfect. I also know that what I think I know, I don't know. Your friend, ~C.L.

Thank you for your well thought out comments.

Wow, what a great way to look at it. Seriously. I'm going to try that on for size, if you don't mind.

Absolutely! I feel less angry and afraid now -it's still a work in progress 😊. In the Book of Job example, Job's life was only restored when he changed his thinking. Job also acknowledged that it was because of his FEAR that his life fell apart. And it has NOTHING to do with religion as Courageous Lion implied. I'm actually not "religious", but I can appreciate wisdom wherever I can find it. Christian examples are simply what most Americans are familiar with . There are similar clues in all religions texts and traditions. I think most of our problems essentially boil down to fear and pride.

I was raised in a Christian church, literally from the nursery to high school. I'm grateful for the foundation, but I think I outgrew it and expanded it beyond recognition. 😄 I'm sure I've committed blasphemy, by someone's yardstick. What you said about fear is dead on. I've heard there are only two base emotions: Love and Fear and all other emotions will fit into these two. Thanks for chatting. I really admire your attitude and approach to this mess we've been forced into. 👍🇺🇸❤

I give up. What song do those 4 paragraphs represent?

You're older than me when those songs were very popular. I didn't like them. I had my own problems to deal with as a kid, so I liked mostly the things that had "a good beat, and you can dance to it." To dance and not think about my problems.

I am divergent, I can be nothing else. (But no one follows.)

Unforgiven by Metallica What is interesting is that if you watch them on Youtube you can see some of their recent performances of that song. When you look at the crowds you will notice that everyone in them, as a whole, are half their age! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cjrPD_pgpME

My favorite isn't so much heavy metal. They call it "symphonic metal" and the group which was the only concert I ever attended in my life with, is called Nightwish. My wife and I attended one of theirs back in 2018 while Floor Jansen was the lead vocalist. Their song "Last of the Wilds" was one that spoke directly to my DNA and does so still to this day. No words, just fantastic music utilizing a number of ancient Celtic instruments. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cWTdFolXEgA

I have to admit, that there are actually three songs that some of the post came from. The first one was Carl Klang's The Way The Truth and The Life which is linked to in the first line of the paragraph. The second is Don Francisco, Vision of the Valley which I didn't use too much from but it was sort of the inspiration along with Gary Barnett's post today. And then there are the words to Unforgiven by Metallica that are used in the four paragraphs mention. This was one of those days that my mind was all over the place! So it is with those of us who experience frisson.

1988? WOW. That is one I never heard. Not too happy with the music but the LYRICS? RIGHT to the last word...

AND JUSTICE FOR ALL LYRICS

Halls of justice painted green, money talking

Power wolves beset your door, hear them stalking

Soon you'll please their appetite they devour

Hammer of justice crushes you, overpower

The ultimate in vanity

Exploiting their supremacy

I can't believe the things you say

I can't believe, I can't believe the price

You pay, nothing can save you

Justice is lost, justice is raped, justice is gone

Pulling your strings, justice is done

Seeking no truth, winning is all

Find it so grim, so true, so real

Apathy their stepping stone, so unfeeling

Hidden deep animosity, so deceiving

Through your eyes their light burns, hoping to find

Inquisition sinking you with prying minds

The ultimate in vanity

Exploiting their supremacy

I can't believe the things you say

I can't believe, I can't believe the price

You pay, nothing can save you

Justice is lost, justice is raped, justice is gone

Pulling your strings, justice is done

Seeking no truth, winning is all

Find it so grim, so true, so real

Lady justice has been raped, truth assassin

Rolls of red tape seal your lips, now you're done in

Their money tips her scales again, make your deal

Just what is truth? I cannot tell, cannot feel

The ultimate in vanity

Exploiting their supremacy

I can't believe the things you say

I can't believe, I can't believe the price

We pay, nothing can save us

Justice is lost, justice is raped, justice is gone

Pulling your strings, justice is done

Seeking no truth, winning is all

Find it so grim, so true, so real

Seeking no truth, winning is all

Find it so grim, so true, so real

Why thank you for your response Lady Victory. Ray Epps is quite the slippery eel. Seems like his face pops up all over the place and he is working hard to incite those in his vicinity. Jake Chansley, not so much. The videos show him just walking around with the capitol police as if they were taking him on a tour. He was a "little" overboard with his get up, but I suspect he had his reasons that I just haven't been able to figure out on my own. And there seems to be no explanation that I can find. Apparently he also has aspirations of being an actor, so that could play into his outlandish behavior. And who knows? Someone may discover him from this whole nonsense charade that went on! Hope they do.

I think, from reading more about him, that he is a wanna be actor, acting out and in the process ended up being the center of attention. But I could be wrong, it just seems to be a good possibility. In any case, he ended up being "their" poster boy for sure.
