Thing Are Really Fucked Up

Date line 8/23/2024 4:35 AM. Here I was having issues with “monkey brain” as Eckart Tolle likes to call it since about 2:00 AM. The subject matter in my head seems to be revolving around how fucked up everything is. I mean not just in one area, like the economy, but in the medical profession, in schools with what is being taught, with how people view the military, with the attack on our rights to free speech. To our rights to defend ourselves against violent aggression BY WHATEVER MEANS NECESSARY and how the enforcers are no better in many cases when you watch some of the insanity they pull on Youtube than the enforcers were in the day our founding fathers said ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Pit maneuvers weren’t a thing in the colonies fortunately.

It is so fucked up that I don’t even know where to begin. George Carlin will tell you.

But there’s a reason. There’s a reason. There’s a reason for this, there’s a reason education SUCKS, and it’s the same reason it will never, ever, EVER be fixed.

It’s never going to get any better, don’t look for it, be happy with what you’ve got.

Because the owners, the owners of this country don't want that. I'm talking about the real owners now, the BIG owners! The Wealthy… the REAL owners! The big wealthy business interests that control things and make all the important decisions.

Forget the politicians. They are irrelevant. The politicians are put there to give you the idea that you have freedom of choice. You don't. You have no choice! You have OWNERS! They OWN YOU. They own everything. They own all the important land. They own and control the corporations. They’ve long since bought, and paid for the Senate, the Congress, the state houses, the city halls, they got the judges in their back pockets and they own all the big media companies, so they control just about all of the news and information you get to hear. They got you by the balls.

They spend billions of dollars every year lobbying, lobbying, to get what they want. Well, we know what they want. They want more for themselves and less for everybody else, but I'll tell you what they don’t want:

They don’t want a population of citizens capable of critical thinking. They don’t want well informed, well educated people capable of critical thinking. They’re not interested in that. That doesn’t help them. that's against their interests.

That's right. They don’t want people who are smart enough to sit around a kitchen table and think about how badly they’re getting fucked by a system that threw them overboard 30 fucking years ago. They don’t want that!

You know what they want? They want obedient workers. Obedient workers, people who are just smart enough to run the machines and do the paperwork. And just dumb enough to passively accept all these increasingly shitty jobs with the lower pay, the longer hours, the reduced benefits, the end of overtime and vanishing pension that disappears the minute you go to collect it, and now they’re coming for your Social Security money. They want your retirement money. They want it back so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street, and you know something? They’ll get it. They’ll get it all from you sooner or later cause they own this fucking place! It's a big club, and you ain’t in it! You, and I, are not in the big club.

I hope that the four letter word doesn’t offend you because it has become so mainstream these days that you almost expect to read it or hear it every time you turn around.

I mean can you say that TARFU is wrong?

WORLD WIDE! Everywhere you look! Bizarro world is becoming a reality and movies like Minority Report and the Truman Show as well as Idiocracy are more like documentaries these days rather than entertainment.

Here was one that ran through my mind. Biden and gang want to take away our “weapons of war” or “assault weapons” and yet was willing to leave behind machine guns, attack helicopters, humvees, grenade launchers, etc. etc. etc. to the Taliban which is claimed to be a terrorist organization. Meanwhile some guy who was a well known man in his community and had a very important job at the Little Rock Airport, named Bryan Malinowski doesn’t pay $200 for a FFL license and he is raided and murdered for not doing so. No trial, no warning, no anything except a raid and bullets flying. Shows you how much they think your life is worth. And that thought ran into the eighth amendment of the Bill of Rights which says “Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.” Ok, would you say it is just a little bit fucked up if they can charge you a $250,000 fine for each item you have that they have deemed is taxable at the amount of $200? Isn’t that EXCESSIVE? And that, as I just wrote is for EACH item. So if you have a “silencer” whatever that is, and a short barrel rifle that would be $500,000 in fines for basically not paying $400. And it works that way for the punishment too. Ten years in a cage. Have two items? 20 years. Three 30, Four 40. Heck basically life imprisonment for not paying $800. Put up some fuss and hey, they’ll send out a SWAT team to shoot your wife in the head and your kid in the back or burn your church down with seventeen little children inside. Nothing fucked up about that!

And then there is the houses we live in and may pay off. Someone thinks that we owe them some “property taxes” every year. Don’t pay it because maybe you don’t like the “services” or have any use for what they use it for and they will send out the Sheriff, who is paid with these extorted taxes to force you out or MURDER you for refusing to leave “your house”. Gee, nothing fucked up about that either is there? Murdering someone or stealing their house that may be worth hundreds of thousands because you didn’t go along with the communist

slogan is a cruel and unusual punishment is it? I think that Frederic Bastiat made it pretty clear in 1850 when he said…

The law perverted! And the police powers of the state perverted along with it! The law, I say, not only turned from its proper purpose but made to follow an entirely contrary purpose! The law become the weapon of every kind of greed! Instead of checking crime, the law itself guilty of the evils it is supposed to punish! If this is true, it is a serious fact, and moral duty requires me to call attention of my fellow citizens to it.

Well, I’m making some time to call attention to my fellow citizens of it. I started thinking about all the people in our midst that have a job as a parasite. Basically ANYONE who works for “the government”. Because all REAL services can be taken care of by the private sector. So we don’t need government paid teachers. Government paid politicians. Government paid police. Government paid military. The military could be totally done away and replaced using militia. And anyone that tries to CONvince me that someone in the private sector couldn’t drive a tank or fly a fighter jet has to tell me where the people that do that in the military come from? Planet Mongo? We need to actually think about DEFENSE instead of OFFENSE. You can’t CONvince me that we are fighting for our freedom by drone striking wedding parties, blowing up aspirin factories, or destroying infrastructure of other nations causing untold suffering, and if you DO, you’re demented and should be institutionalized. And the worse thing is that the more aggression that the US military does around the world the more the populations of those countries love us because after all, watching your children being blown to pieces is a fun pastime for most normal parents, RIGHT? Or is that just a little bit FUCKED UP? HOOOO RAAAAA. Gag me with a place setting.

The Thirteenth Amendment to the Constitution clearly outlaws slavery and indentured servitude. That was swept aside during World War I when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the slavery of conscription was legal and constitutional after all because, in the opinion of the Wilson administration, it was “necessary and proper” for the war effort. This ruling was based on the necessary and proper clause of the Constitution, which was first used to pervert the true meaning of the document by Alexander Hamilton to push for the creation of a national bank. Yes, conscription is not one of the powers delegated to the federal government by the sovereign states, and it’s even outlawed by the Thirteenth Amendment, the ruling argues, but it is necessary and proper to have it anyway. Such is the Hamiltonian method of constitutional interpretation.

If the government can conscript you into its army, can cause your death or mutilation in some war that has nothing to do with national defense, and can execute you if you resist, then it can do anything to you at any time, for any reason — or without bothering to give a reason. A blurb about medical…How about the fact they tell you to introduce a new food for a toddler one at a time and yet jab them with how many vaccines before they are one? And if you read the ingredients to the vaccines why would you put them in your body? Wouldn’t it make more sense to put them in your gasoline tank?

What else is TARFU? Or FUBAR? The list is endless. Our monetary system is totally fucked up. They stole the system that the Founding Fathers gave us in 1913 with the Federal Reserve act which is the 5th plank of the Communist manifesto. REAL Money hasn’t been in circulation for over 60 years. And don’t tell me about the Gold standard. There wasn’t a gold standard. They set up Gold and Silver AS the money to be used.

Funny, today I could work for someone at $2.00 in SILVER an hour and it translates out to about 70 fed notes per hour. Gee that doesn’t show you that something is fucked up does it? In 1964 a gallon of gasoline was a quarter. You could pay for it with a quarter dollar of silver. Today, I can convert two silver dimes into fed notes and buy a gallon and half of gasoline with the 4.20 I can get in fed notes. So has the silver gone DOWN in value or UP in value. Reality shows that it went up due to the fact you can buy more gasoline for the twenty cents today than you could in 1964. And as a matter of FACT the fed notes have gone down so badly in value that you have to trade 4.20 of them to get the two dimes. When was the last time article 1 Section 10 was used in your location? No STATE SHALL USE ANYTHING BUT GOLD AND SILVER COIN A TENDER IN PAYMENT OF DEBTS!

Do you realize that if you deposited that $50 gold coin in your bank account your ledger entry would say $50 and the girl working behind the counter would swap it for one of these:

And yet you would have had to give up FORTY EIGHT of those to get the gold coin! Just how fucked up is that?

Wait, I just thought of another one. What is the REASON for government? To provide for the common DEFENSE of one’s country. That should include the BORDER shouldn’t it? Naaa…let’s just leave it wide open and PAY people to come here to rob, rape and steal from the people residing here. Let’s give them food stamps, education (LOL), housing, and all kinds of FREE THINGS that we can create out of thin air using our wonderful monetary system and in the process make it so expensive for people to live here that they have to move somewhere else. Makes sense doesn’t it?

How about this one:

Ever hear of “civil asset forfeiture”? And how it is used and abused?

In the United States, civil forfeiture (also called civil asset forfeiture or civil judicial forfeiture) is a process in which law enforcement officers take assets from people who are suspected of involvement with crime or illegal activity without necessarily charging the owners with wrongdoing. While civil procedure, as opposed to criminal procedure, generally involves a dispute between two private citizens, civil forfeiture involves a dispute between law enforcement and property such as a pile of cash or a house or a boat, such that the thing is suspected of being involved in a crime. To get back the seized property, owners must prove it was not involved in criminal activity. Sometimes it can mean a threat to seize property as well as the act of seizure itself. This doesn’t violate the 5th Amendment in a major way does it? Using reason, logic and common sense what would your answer be? That this is really fucked up.

Then there is this one that I was reminded of by a commenter:

6th Amendment To the Bill of Rights. In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense.

How about the January 6th protesters when it comes to this one? How fucked up is it that there are some who still haven’t been to trial and are sitting in a cage for going on four years? Nothing fucked up about that. And that witch, Kamala Harris claiming at the DNC convention that it was an “armed” insurrection. WHAT? I guess she considers arms those things growing on either side of our body. What else could that brain dead lying psychopathic twit be thinking? The only one armed was the man who murdered Ashli Babbit. (Capitol Police Officer Who Fatally Shot Rioter Ashli Babbitt Will Not Be Disciplined) The bastard should be tried for murder. PERIOD, but no. So by totally ignoring this amendment as they totally ignore the rest of them, I have to say. WHAT CONSTITUTION? When I was a younger man, I had a conversation one day with my father, who said this. "Russia has a Constitution too. They just ignore theirs". Funny thing was that even at that time in my life I could see there were some egregious violations of the united States Constitution that were quite obvious. How is the great “free” United States any different in that respect?
